26/03/2024: While passing through, we chose this very welcoming and elegant restaurant on the lakefront, recommended by the Michelin guide. Service attentive but friendly. Excellent dishes We chose a tasting menu with lake fish, Everything delicious, the queen of the lake in porchetta, a traditional dish on Trasimeno, was delicious. Adequate prices. To be recommended.

11/03/2024: Abbiamo cenato in questo bistrot gestito in famiglia, materie prime di altissima qualità vini e Champagne per tutte le esigenze con altissimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, spendi quanto vuoi poiché trovi cibo, vino e champagne per tutte le occasioni dalla meno formale alla più formale. Assolutamente consigliato

08/03/2024: Esperienza non solo unica nel suo genere ma anche eccezionale! Difficile da definire, non è uno stellato ma il livello e le impressioni sono le stesse nonostante sia un altro genere di cucina che definirei intelligente, e soprattutto sana poiché l'alta qualità della materia prima viene rispettata non essendo alterata più di tanto rimanendo così semplice e genuina. la Cena si svolge in una interessante enoteca con molte etichette poco note e di nicchia direi, il tutto coronato dall esuberante e piacevole presenza dell imperatore e dalle cortesi attenzioni del personale. Esperienza da provare almeno una volta nella vita, ottimo per celebrare eventi a cui si vuole conferire una certa importanza!

02/03/2024: Buon locale francese,a Roma; qualche rifinitura su qualche ricetta, a mio parere: la zuppa di cipolle, ad esempio, andrebbe realizzata un po' meno "acquosa". Servizio corretto e puntuale, di tipo casalingo ( un pregio per me). Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Da segnalare e provare certamente!

25/02/2024: Il locale all'interno è un po' angusto e non particolarmente pulito, ma diciamo che nel concetto di bistrot francese ci può anche stare, il personale non è particolarmente cortese ma neanche cafone o fastidioso, magari servirebbe un pizzico di amore in più nel servizio ma non sconsiglierei di andarci per questo. Passiamo al cibo: sicuramente c'è qualità, sicuramente consiglio di andarci, la carne veramente spettacolare, ho preso la fonduta di carne che si scioglieva in bocca, accostate a salsine di altissima qualità, poi ho assaggiato la miglior quiche della mia vita e anche il dolce, la tart tatin, era stata preparata a regola d'arte, anche se la creme fraiche l'avrei stemperata un pochettino visto il sapore troppo forte. Tuttavia aggiungo qualche nota dolente: il pane un pezzettino a testa, la zuppa di cipolle completamente anonima e priva di carattere, il filetto alla Rossini buonissimo ma accompagnato da un tartufaccio di infima qualità e le terrine fredde, insapore e secche. Buona la scelta dei vini, ma nell'ottica di un bistrot amplierei la scelta aggiungendo magari qualche scelta un po' più casalinga e meno chic, prezzi veramente veramente bassi vista la qualità di alcune materie prime, ma forse avrei preferito pagare un pochino in più e avere porzioni un po' più generose, iniziando dal pane che ripeto: solo un pezzettino a persona.

22/03/2024: Absolutely recommended...sublime truffle risotto! One of the best I've ever eaten and the choice of wines is equally good and valid...not to mention the guys...attentive, helpful and never intrusive...must try!!!

11/02/2024: Unfortunately, I hadn't been back to eat at Luis and David's for a few years, and it was a wonderful rediscovery. The environment is always splendid, intimate and warm, with attention to every detail. The cuisine is amazing and the hospitality is equally amazing. I can't wait to go back already!

29/01/2024: An unconventional restaurant where you can appreciate refined and attentive cuisine which combines flavors that are not typical of the area but which blend well with the Tuscan tradition. The owner Luis knows how to welcome and create a convivial atmosphere without excesses of protagonism and his experience acquired over years of life spent in Paris is found in the flavor of the very French setup that he has reconstructed in his restaurant. The only note is that the cost is a little over the top, although quality and service can allow us to indulge in this aspect........

30/11/2023: Nel periodo del Santo Natale la Vineria Fuori Porta offre una selezione di prodotti unici, di nicchia, eleganti e raffinati come i proprietari Luca e Delfina che noi adoriamo da sempre. Quando entri l' accoglienza e' unica ed inizi un viaggio tra oggetti delicati, vini, olii,cioccolati, delicatezze salate e dolci. Io adoro questo luogo, Ve lo consiglio, non ho altro da aggiungere se non un invito diretto " fatevi un giro" sarete accolti da sorrisi e grande professionalità

06/04/2024: We stumbled upon this small place for dinner during a mini holiday in Turin. Very nice and modern location; friendly, helpful and friendly staff. We ate two delicious savory crepes, with particular combinations. The one with pea pesto and mint and goat's cheese is very light and fresh. The desserts are also very good, especially the hazelnut cake with eggnog cream is excellent. Wide choice of wines, well recommended by the staff.

18/03/2024: After a few years of absence I returned on Saturday. The dishes were not exceptional, but the thing that bothered me the most was one of the waiters who constantly shouted, making fun of the customers. Terrible attitude!!
