This place is a go-to for those seeking simple, authentic ingredients, expertly prepared without unnecessary pretensions. What I appreciate most is the piadina dough: its flavor is clearly distinct on the palate and its texture is incredibly melt-in-your-mouth. Whether you opt for a plain piadina (with various dough variations available), a filled one, or a cassone, quality is always guaranteed. It's a small place that stands out for its simplicity, offering a culinary experience that never disappoints, unlike some piadina shops that also offer "gourmet" fare and often fail to meet expectations with such simple ingredients. 18/08/2025: The only redeeming feature was the seafood salad. They don't know how to make the pasta with clams; it tasted like nothing, lacking salt, oil, and chili pepper; only a lot of cooking water. The wait staff forgot to bring us drinks, but that happens. €40 for pasta that doesn't even taste like pasta is perhaps a bit excessive.

24/09/2025: We had one night left in Italy after an amazing 3 weeks. We needed to be near the airport so we stayed in Ostia. Went for a walk and happened upon Vittoria’s. It was great! Highly recommend and we met the owner who showed us fun pics of visitors over the years. Seems to have quite a history. 😁My husband had the carbonara and I had Quattro Fromaggi pizza. Location right on the sandy beach is the best.

07/09/2025: Terrible food. We're at the beach, and the appetizer is a slice of packaged salmon and a slice of stale, unchewable bread with an unidentifiable green cream. For the first course, a single forkful of precooked, sticky spaghetti. A sampling of paccheri and mussels, inedible because they were bitter and salty. A grilled fish platter with an elongated trout-like fish. Salad for a select few. Terrible, uncaring service. Despite asking the owner to report the matter, no one bothered to apologize or offer a discount. To top it all off, all of this led to a family fight and a disgrace with the guests.

02/10/2025: We're from the Como area but have been loyal to Riccione for years! You can't go wrong at Rudy al Grottino, and every time we're in Riccione for a weekend or a few days, we make a stop. Try it! The food is good and the price is right!

10/10/2025: I visited Sburoun Osteria e Cucina again this year, but unfortunately, it was disappointing compared to last year. The staff were excellent — friendly, professional, and welcoming, truly the best part of the restaurant. However, the food quality was poor and far below previous standards. The prices have increased a lot, and the value for money was not satisfactory. I really hope they return to their old quality, as the service team truly deserves better food to match their great hospitality.
