02/10/2025: We're from the Como area but have been loyal to Riccione for years! You can't go wrong at Rudy al Grottino, and every time we're in Riccione for a weekend or a few days, we make a stop. Try it! The food is good and the price is right!

17/01/2026: Friendly and professional staff. Helpful and attentive. Good food. Prices in line with those who want to eat fish. Excellent bread. Good selection of wines, and decent house wine. Dishes are well-presented and modestly generous. I went back two nights in a row.

16/11/2025: A pleasant surprise: fresh fish, carefully prepared dishes, excellent service. We opted for the hot and cold appetizer menu, as well as raw oysters. The pairings were delicious, and the dishes were unusual and unconventional. We'll be back to try the other options.

15/03/2026: A delightful discovery. This Sunday morning we decided to spend it in Cattolica, and stopping for lunch was a spur-of-the-moment decision. Among the various restaurants in the area, our intuition led us to "O Capitano Mio Capitano," enticed by the crowds coming in and those already having lunch inside. We found a table without booking in advance, and they were very happy to seat us. The staff were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, with attentive and fast service. The restaurant is very charming, and being in the port area, it reflects the surrounding style. EXCELLENT cuisine! Not much to say. Excellent first and second courses. The abundance is paramount! The prices are very fair, and the quality is even better. WILL DEFINITELY RETURN! THANK YOU SO MUCH!

16/12/2025: Top-quality food. The owner is friendly and approachable. Being a delicatessen, you eat with compostable cutlery and plates, so if you're looking for a restaurant where you're served, this isn't the place for you. If, however, you prefer fresh, beautifully cooked fish without a "comprehensive" service, this is the place. I traveled from Modena to eat good fish and came away more than satisfied. Special mention for the skewers. Prices are more than fair.

21/11/2025: We stopped in for early lunch in November 2025. The restaurant is small but very nicely kept. It was clean. The food looked and smelled fantastic. It was hard to decide what to get. The man who helped us (maybe the owner?) was very kind and helpful. We had pasta and lasagna. Both were delicious! We would definitely come back again.

19/02/2026: Stopping with the truck is absolutely prohibited. 2 first courses (spaghetti allo scoglio), 2 second courses (very poor boneless roast), 2 side dishes, 2 bottles of water, and half a liter of wine, €80. Luckily, we asked the waitress if they had a driver's menu, and she said yes. We finally found a surprise. Never mind... Next time, we won't stop. Since we asked the waitress about the driver's menu, and she said yes, she could have said that they didn't offer this service on Sundays, so we could choose what to eat from the à la carte menu.

03/12/2025: I stopped by. I was very surprised to find that it's not just a hotel/motel for truckers like we all think, but a nice, well-maintained place where you can enjoy the bar downstairs and the restaurant during meal times. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I'll try the restaurant version soon.

23/01/2026: Eh... nothing... excellent sushi... very good... there are very nice girls serving the tables... it's a shame the place is a bit small... the price was right €78.00 for two with a bottle of white wine... go and eat there!

16/01/2026: Trusted sushi in Cattolica. Some interesting dishes and very cheerful staff. The only downside is signing up for the newsletter for promotions: too many emails 🥵, but it can be deactivated anyway. A modern and cute place.
