It's a magnificent place, immersed in nature and history. The presence of the castle lends an almost magical atmosphere. The restaurant is beautiful, with attention to every detail. In the summer, you can enjoy a splendid view from the terrace. The food is excellent. The owner's kindness, expertise, and friendliness are extraordinary. A truly special restaurant: dining inside a castle with a breathtaking view makes for a unique experience. The meats were delicious, and the desserts were also excellent. Everything was beautifully prepared in a charming setting. An experience worth repeating!

Tre Tenori is a quaint two-story restaurant with a picturesque view of Bianello Castle and the hills of Quattro Castella, among other things. It offers a modern menu with some traditional dishes and some more innovative ones, with reasonable prices for the quality. Excellent desserts. The wine list features many quality options. Professional and friendly staff.

We arrived by chance and were greeted with a wonderful welcome, even for our two dogs! We had lunch in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere: the owner explained and recommended some wonderful dishes, from appetizer to dessert, a triumph of authentic and intense flavors. Congratulations and thanks from the four Franciacorta campers, Lucilla, Luisa, Gio, and Francesco.

We celebrated our daughter's confirmation at this restaurant, nestled in a truly enchanting location at the foot of Bianello Castle. There were about twenty of us, and both during the planning phase and throughout the day, everything was handled impeccably. The quality of the food is exceptional, with traditional local dishes prepared to perfection. The service was always punctual, friendly, and attentive to every detail. The restaurant has two beautiful dining rooms: the one on the lower floor, completely renovated in stone, elegant and welcoming; and the one on the upper floor, bright, with large windows overlooking the hilly landscape. The spaces are well-organized, perfect for private celebrations as well. A flawless experience in every way; we will definitely return on other occasions!

08/03/2026: My partner and I went for dinner expecting it to be one of the classic taverns in the lower Reggio Emilia area that we enjoy frequenting, but instead we were surprised to find an elegant and refined atmosphere. The dishes were truly delicious, with a good wine selection and prompt, courteous service, despite the fact that there was a large event at the table that evening.

22/04/2026: A group of 8 of us arrived at closing time and they treated us wonderfully! The food was also excellent, highly recommended!
09/03/2026: I visited Cadauno with dear friends who frequent the restaurant regularly; for my wife and I, however, it was the first time. I found the setting to be refined and welcoming, with a pleasant atmosphere. The menu is quite varied and able to satisfy different tastes. For an appetizer, I tried their snails à la bourguignonne, which, despite being a slight reinterpretation of the classic recipe (shellless and lightly breaded), I found them to be truly delicious. In some ways, I considered the reinterpretation almost an improvement. For the second course, I couldn't help but choose their signature Spaghetti alla Giulio Cesare (Gragnano pasta with Karl Bernardi pancetta, cherry tomatoes, chili pepper, and organic Tuscan pecorino): an excellent dish, perfectly balanced. Kudos also to the wine cellar, well-stocked and with wines to suit every budget. The service was attentive and professional despite it being a Saturday night and a packed restaurant. The quality/price ratio was also excellent. I definitely think I'll be back.
