09/10/2025: A cozy little bar with a modern style and dark tones. Personally, I didn't like the decor, and I found the seats uncomfortable. The staff was very attentive, and the display case wasn't terribly large. The pastries and ginseng were good, but the prices were disappointing.

15/11/2025: We stopped by for a quick gelato. We saw some guys inside talking to a new, young sales assistant while eating their gelato. With the car parked, the guys rushed out, and as soon as we entered, the girl, with a slightly anxious smile, said to us, with the lights on and all the gelato still on the counter, "Sorry, we're closing!" Never happened in 10 years. I don't think we'll be back, especially since the website said it was still an hour before closing time...

24/08/2025: Nice place, small but cute, with a friendly and cheerful sales assistant. I'd go back. If I could give you a piece of advice, opening at 3:00 PM and closing at 11:00 PM wouldn't be a bad idea.

29/09/2025: Hi, my name is Mara. I came here this summer to get a piadina, and what can I say? The piadina is truly revolting. The cold cuts have to be sliced ​​very thinly, otherwise it's like eating a pig's leg. They definitely need more space to work, and there's little organization. I totally understand the tiredness and the hot air inside, but it seems absurd to wait so long for a simple piadina. The staff, the two ladies, are perpetually super serious, and I'm almost afraid to order anything! Enjoy your piadinas, goodbye.

02/11/2025: The pizza is delicious, but they offer home delivery of the movies, even though it's difficult to reach them by phone. Don't count on their punctuality.

02/06/2025: We ordered pizzas at 6:00 PM for 7:45 PM, and at 8:45 PM, despite two calls reassuring us that the pizzas would be ready for delivery, they hadn't even been kneaded yet. Delays can happen, but they need to be announced more honestly. This isn't a serious way of working.

08/08/2025: A terrible experience, unlike anything I'd ever had in my life. A friend of ours was supposed to be playing karaoke; he was inside, but they'd changed their minds, ignoring the reservations. We had to insist, as if we, the customers, were asking for the favor of letting us eat and pay. Eventually, they let themselves be persuaded to open, provided we only ate what they said we would, namely the fish menu. At which point, I, a vegetarian, asked if it was possible to have some vegetables and cheese. The waitress, a foreigner and as arrogant as can be, began to argue about the meaning of the word vegetarian, stating that if I were truly vegetarian, I wouldn't have asked for cheese (she was referring to vegans, but she didn't know the difference between the two terms). Somehow, we reached an agreement. I asked her what types of bread they had. She replied: only the "Common" bread, and then we saw the Piadina on the other tables. When I pointed this out, the waitress, the foreigner again, started arguing about the meaning of the word "pane" and the fact that piadina wasn't actually bread. I don't know by what miracle, but my plate arrives: a beautiful LONG, BLACK HAIR in the foreground, mixed with the vegetables. I call her and point it out, and she responds: "It's not mine, the chef is bald; let's do this: I'll take everything away and you won't eat anything, because you're a vegetarian and I have nothing else." Totally, I remain there with a pit in my stomach, increasingly irritated, watching the others eat. I stay out of respect for my friend who was upstairs with me, because otherwise I would have gotten up after the first word I heard from this rude, arrogant, aggressive, and ignorant waitress. I decide to give it a try and try to calm down. I ask her for dessert. She responds: "I don't have any desserts for you, understood?" She acted resentful because I hadn't gotten used to eating the only dish offered by that place, which absolutely couldn't be called a restaurant. It was also my fault for having found a hair and pointing it out to her. At which point I exclaimed, "Is this a restaurant or what?" And she responded with a quip along the lines of "No, we're comedians and we're here to joke." My darling, you don't mess with customers, because with that attitude, your newly acquired restaurant will die like lightning. I'll give you tons of publicity.

11/06/2025: Siamo appena stati a pranzo in quel bel locale vista mare. Location bellissima, personale qualificato e gentile, accoglienza cordiale. Abbiamo preso le polpette di sardoncini (buonissime e bellissima presentazione e giusta quantità); gli spaghettoni con le vongole e i paccheri con il sugo allo scoglio. Piatti molto saporiti e abbondanti e ben presentati. Unica nota: cottura a nostro avviso troppo avanti (un minuto in meno sarebbe stato perfetto). Torneremo presto!

11/05/2025: Mangiare vista mare già basterebbe … ma se alla vista aggiungi il personale molto attento, un menu ben strutturato, la scelta di materie prime ottime e una buona cucina … allora sei da Pino Beach!!! Consigliato !!!

14/12/2025: It's gotten worse! I came on a Saturday, endless waits to pay and to receive the order, the other cold, and you could tell maybe from the excessive level of work, but now I came to an almost empty restaurant, waiting 20 minutes to pay for who knows what reason, and again the order arrived cold. Change the staff, really, it wasn't like this before.

07/11/2025: There's no signage about this bar. It's very convenient, though. It's fair that there's a line to get in. The baristas are hardworking, smiling, and kind. The sweet brioches are reasonably priced; the chocolate one is fabulous! 'Serenissima' is a great name for brioches, even at Lugo hospital. Next to the bar, there's a small room where you can sit; it's a little dated, but nice and quiet.

06/08/2025: …Since it's a bar inside a hospital, you'd expect the staff to have a minimum of empathy, but no, the girls were rude and inattentive to customer requests. I asked for a toasted sandwich but they told me they couldn't make it and that I should have something ready. I agreed, but the girl made the wrong sandwich because she wasn't attentive to my request, and when I said I hadn't asked for that, she snorted, and her colleague also mocked me, insisting that the mistake was my own… moral of the story, I didn't have lunch, I got annoyed, I paid €6 for the sandwich, and it ended up in the bin. What a shame!!

20/08/2025: Terrible value for money Confusion with the bill and rudeness towards customers. I've seen the other reviews and there's a lot of truth in the negative ones. I absolutely don't recommend it, especially if there are a large group. Even after checking the bill several times, I still don't understand why we paid so much. The woman at the cash register was very confused. Not recommended.

02/10/2025: Returned after a week: the courtesy remained, but not the rest. Ordered two cappuccinos, one excellent, the other served on the same tray was half full and without foam—bah. The place was packed with dogs, so you couldn't turn around. The croissant counter was full of flies. Too bad, we had come here on purpose, based on our previous experience. We had breakfast with two cappuccinos, a croissant, and a donut. Everything was excellent! The service was truly exceptional: smiling girls, very efficient despite the crowds. Ample parking, very convenient. Highly recommended if you're in the area.

19/07/2025: While strolling through Ravenna, I stopped at Cilla Caffè, drawn by the excellent reviews. My impression was confirmed: a clean, tidy environment, friendly staff, and a menu with meticulous attention to detail. I chose a scoop of fiordilatte gelato dipped in coffee—a simple yet surprising combination. I can say without hesitation that it was one of the best I've ever tasted: creamy, balanced, with a strong coffee that didn't overpower but rather enhanced the delicate flavor of the gelato. One thing, however, is worth noting: the lack of table service. I understand the organizational choices and modern pace of life, but in such a well-curated and pleasant setting, the idea of having to personally pick up your order is a bit jarring. It doesn't ruin the experience, but it leaves a feeling of something that could have been perfect... and wasn't quite. That said, the quality is such that it still makes the stop pleasant and worthwhile. I'll gladly return, perhaps hoping for a little extra attention!
