30/01/2026: Since it changed management, it's been unrecognizable. It's almost fascinating to see how quickly the new management managed to ruin everything. The welcoming atmosphere has been replaced by a cold and listless air, with rude staff who seem perpetually annoyed by any request, even the most trivial.

21/02/2026: I'm sorry to write a negative review because it had all the makings of a good piadina: the smell was really good, the place seemed very traditional and quiet. Instead, I was served a piadina that was burnt on the outside and RAW on the inside, with all the ingredients placed poorly, and even some I hadn't requested... I absolutely wouldn't go back, and I don't recommend going. I'm worried about getting sick.

02/10/2025: Returned after a week: the courtesy remained, but not the rest. Ordered two cappuccinos, one excellent, the other served on the same tray was half full and without foam—bah. The place was packed with dogs, so you couldn't turn around. The croissant counter was full of flies. Too bad, we had come here on purpose, based on our previous experience. We had breakfast with two cappuccinos, a croissant, and a donut. Everything was excellent! The service was truly exceptional: smiling girls, very efficient despite the crowds. Ample parking, very convenient. Highly recommended if you're in the area.

19/07/2025: While strolling through Ravenna, I stopped at Cilla Caffè, drawn by the excellent reviews. My impression was confirmed: a clean, tidy environment, friendly staff, and a menu with meticulous attention to detail. I chose a scoop of fiordilatte gelato dipped in coffee—a simple yet surprising combination. I can say without hesitation that it was one of the best I've ever tasted: creamy, balanced, with a strong coffee that didn't overpower but rather enhanced the delicate flavor of the gelato. One thing, however, is worth noting: the lack of table service. I understand the organizational choices and modern pace of life, but in such a well-curated and pleasant setting, the idea of having to personally pick up your order is a bit jarring. It doesn't ruin the experience, but it leaves a feeling of something that could have been perfect... and wasn't quite. That said, the quality is such that it still makes the stop pleasant and worthwhile. I'll gladly return, perhaps hoping for a little extra attention!

02/09/2025: I had fond memories of this pub, which I frequented 20 years ago, but now I have to change my mind. Once we were seated and given the menu, we were completely ignored for 20 minutes. We left. I don't think the owner even noticed, as he was busy chatting with his friends.

15/12/2025: To forget. Let me start by saying that I love hot tea and I enjoy it sitting at a bar, but I thought to myself: I've lived in Milano Marittima all my life, I've never been here, why? I remembered immediately. For tea in a teapot, not even filled with hot water (just the bare minimum), a cup(ish), an ENGLISH BREAKFAST (not even Twinings) and a slice of lemon with a drink at the table... €4. The average hot tea is €2.50 plus a €1 cover charge, I thought, €3.50 on average. Instead, I think they even counted my mother's cover charge, and she didn't consume ANYTHING. We were alone in the bar, so the girl at the counter could clearly see that my mother hadn't consumed even a drop of my precious tea! (She was still there, staring as if terrified.) When I ask for tea or a personal drink, I have no problem making it clear to whoever's with me; we're not "freeloaders." Besides making me feel like a thief under surveillance, the €4 charge really got on my nerves. Guys, if you're empty on a Sunday morning and your quality average is 3.6 out of 5, ask yourself a few questions. To clarify, I took a photo with a very clear communication gesture! I strongly advise against it. P.S. I don't see the word "cover charges."

17/08/2025: Service: I had to get up from my table to get a drink. Service is based on the first person arriving, but unfortunately, those who arrived later were served. I asked for a Coke since there were 35 gratuities to quench my thirst, and was handed a room-temperature Coke with a glass of ice (justification: we only refrigerate beers). If this is called service on the pedestrian street, you'd better reconsider your job description if you want to keep doing it.

15/08/2025: The bar is very nice, with a rich buffet included in the drink starting from six o'clock, many drinks including non-alcoholic ones, a large and welcoming place in South American style, fair price, highly recommended.

16/03/2026: I only had a coffee, I can't give a detailed review, the decor needs improvement.

17/01/2026: I had breakfast this morning after a long time, but I found the quality and selection of croissants to be very poor. They warned me, and I didn't want to believe them, but I realized it was true. It's a shame; until a few years ago, it stood out from the usual coffee shops and was truly top-notch.

31/10/2025: We stayed for ten days after getting married on our honeymoon, everything was fine, the food was excellent and plentiful, the waiters were kind and always available, the rooms were clean, the pool was warm and nice and comfortable on bad days, the only downside was that I received a broken glass three times.

02/10/2025: We had a great time, good food, excellent pastries, friendly staff. The hotel is in an excellent location, just steps from the beach and the main attractions.

20/11/2025: The staff was rude and lacked the professionalism needed to properly perform their duties, and they also displayed a disrespectful attitude toward customers. I believe their work requires more patience. In light of what happened, I will not be returning.
