02/10/2025: Returned after a week: the courtesy remained, but not the rest. Ordered two cappuccinos, one excellent, the other served on the same tray was half full and without foam—bah. The place was packed with dogs, so you couldn't turn around. The croissant counter was full of flies. Too bad, we had come here on purpose, based on our previous experience. We had breakfast with two cappuccinos, a croissant, and a donut. Everything was excellent! The service was truly exceptional: smiling girls, very efficient despite the crowds. Ample parking, very convenient. Highly recommended if you're in the area.

19/07/2025: While strolling through Ravenna, I stopped at Cilla Caffè, drawn by the excellent reviews. My impression was confirmed: a clean, tidy environment, friendly staff, and a menu with meticulous attention to detail. I chose a scoop of fiordilatte gelato dipped in coffee—a simple yet surprising combination. I can say without hesitation that it was one of the best I've ever tasted: creamy, balanced, with a strong coffee that didn't overpower but rather enhanced the delicate flavor of the gelato. One thing, however, is worth noting: the lack of table service. I understand the organizational choices and modern pace of life, but in such a well-curated and pleasant setting, the idea of having to personally pick up your order is a bit jarring. It doesn't ruin the experience, but it leaves a feeling of something that could have been perfect... and wasn't quite. That said, the quality is such that it still makes the stop pleasant and worthwhile. I'll gladly return, perhaps hoping for a little extra attention!

10/11/2025: In the past, it had started off with the best auspices, but gradually, over time, it lost its shine. A stretched pass.

05/10/2025: A historic place located between the city center and the hospital... convenient both for the inside seating, perfect for a coffee/relaxation area, and for the outdoor space... lovely armchairs and tables, also for lunch breaks and aperitifs.... The girls are kind and nice. A must try.

24/02/2025: We think we saw some mistakes, due to inexperience. We're giving them the benefit of the doubt because they're just starting out (February 1, 2025). We ate what we paid for. Neither praise nor infamy. It's enough to be in good company. However, when it came time to get the bill, Mrs. Orchidea managed to leave with a smile. We're sure we'll return and see an improvement.

02/09/2025: I had fond memories of this pub, which I frequented 20 years ago, but now I have to change my mind. Once we were seated and given the menu, we were completely ignored for 20 minutes. We left. I don't think the owner even noticed, as he was busy chatting with his friends.

08/08/2025: A terrible experience, unlike anything I'd ever had in my life. A friend of ours was supposed to be playing karaoke; he was inside, but they'd changed their minds, ignoring the reservations. We had to insist, as if we, the customers, were asking for the favor of letting us eat and pay. Eventually, they let themselves be persuaded to open, provided we only ate what they said we would, namely the fish menu. At which point, I, a vegetarian, asked if it was possible to have some vegetables and cheese. The waitress, a foreigner and as arrogant as can be, began to argue about the meaning of the word vegetarian, stating that if I were truly vegetarian, I wouldn't have asked for cheese (she was referring to vegans, but she didn't know the difference between the two terms). Somehow, we reached an agreement. I asked her what types of bread they had. She replied: only the "Common" bread, and then we saw the Piadina on the other tables. When I pointed this out, the waitress, the foreigner again, started arguing about the meaning of the word "pane" and the fact that piadina wasn't actually bread. I don't know by what miracle, but my plate arrives: a beautiful LONG, BLACK HAIR in the foreground, mixed with the vegetables. I call her and point it out, and she responds: "It's not mine, the chef is bald; let's do this: I'll take everything away and you won't eat anything, because you're a vegetarian and I have nothing else." Totally, I remain there with a pit in my stomach, increasingly irritated, watching the others eat. I stay out of respect for my friend who was upstairs with me, because otherwise I would have gotten up after the first word I heard from this rude, arrogant, aggressive, and ignorant waitress. I decide to give it a try and try to calm down. I ask her for dessert. She responds: "I don't have any desserts for you, understood?" She acted resentful because I hadn't gotten used to eating the only dish offered by that place, which absolutely couldn't be called a restaurant. It was also my fault for having found a hair and pointing it out to her. At which point I exclaimed, "Is this a restaurant or what?" And she responded with a quip along the lines of "No, we're comedians and we're here to joke." My darling, you don't mess with customers, because with that attitude, your newly acquired restaurant will die like lightning. I'll give you tons of publicity.

18/09/2025: Very very mid, meat tasted like old frankfurters, salad was okay, and for some reason they put fries inside. At least it was quite cheap and I didn’t have to wait long I was reading reviews and someone said that it’s one of the best kebab in Ravenna, i wish it’s not cuz that would mean there is no good kebab here

02/09/2025: Pizza, kebabs, hamburgers, chips, croquettes, and much more... all excellent. You can eat in, and it's also open in winter.

17/08/2025: Experience Ni..I ate well, shame about the service leaving a bit to be desired, I drank the cocktails ordered for dinner after I finished dinner, embarrassing, I'm lucky for the strategic location of the place impossible not to try..

10/08/2025: As a nightclub, it's nice. The only flaw is the bathroom, because there's only one and the line is endless. Then, as soon as you enter, there's a 2-centimeter layer of mixed liquids...

29/06/2025: I understand that dogs aren't allowed on the beach, but denying them access to the bar just to buy a bottle of water while carrying a 3-kilo dog without putting it down seems truly excessive. Inhumane, to say the least.

20/11/2025: I hope the new management is better than the previous one, which denied bathroom access to a disabled person who needed help unless he used it first. I used it to let her go to the bathroom... I should have filed a complaint.

31/10/2025: We stayed for ten days after getting married on our honeymoon, everything was fine, the food was excellent and plentiful, the waiters were kind and always available, the rooms were clean, the pool was warm and nice and comfortable on bad days, the only downside was that I received a broken glass three times.

02/10/2025: We had a great time, good food, excellent pastries, friendly staff. The hotel is in an excellent location, just steps from the beach and the main attractions.
