03/09/2024: A few steps from Piazza Kennedy, hidden among the streets of Ravenna, there is one of the most interesting restaurants that the city has to offer. This venue, furnished with a fascinating maritime theme that recalls the atmosphere of a fishing boat, manages to combine a welcoming and elegant environment, creating a unique and refined atmosphere. As soon as you are seated, you will be greeted by a small selection of fresh bread and breadsticks, the perfect prelude to the arrival of the amuse-bouche, the "chef's welcome". The menu proposals, in addition to being carefully presented, are characterized by a gastronomic quality that is difficult to find elsewhere. This is due both to the use of excellent raw materials and to preparation and marinating techniques that differ from classic fish restaurants. Among the dishes that impressed me most were the passatelli with seafood, which I found absolutely delicious. The only personal note is that I would have liked a touch of lemon zest, which would have harmonized better with the flavor of the fish, slightly attenuating the taste of the parmesan in the passatello. Another course that deserves a special mention is the grilled red tuna steak. Prepared to perfection, the tuna meat melted in the mouth, with a cooking that fully brought out its rich flavor and succulent texture. A truly phenomenal dish, which alone would be worth the visit. The desserts are equally excellent, accompanied by a wide selection of wines and a surprising variety of gins, whiskeys, bitters and liqueurs, perfect for finishing the meal on a high note. The service is impeccable: the staff is extremely attentive, courteous and always available to satisfy any request, helping to make the experience even more pleasant. If I had the chance, I would return to this restaurant much more often, which undoubtedly represents one of the culinary gems of Ravenna.

08/12/2024: A place that has stood still in time, as you enter the staff welcomes you with a warm smile, they are fast and professional. The pizza is good and well leavened with the right toppings accompanied by a good beer. Being an older building, the smells from the kitchen get stuck in your clothes.

21/09/2024: Delicious food (and we would already be on horseback), but it is the atmosphere that reigns in this ancient farmhouse that seals a magnificent experience. The staff is very kind and very fast. The prices are more than honest. Really congratulations!!! There aren't many top quality restaurants left in Italy and this is one of them. Returning to the food chapter, I ate excellent gnocchi with exquisite sausage ragù, a mixed grill of really delicious meats, excellent dessert.... and fried bread for entrée, lots of stuff!

04/10/2024: Siamo stati in questo rinomato ristorante per la prima volta per un’occasione speciale e ne siamo stati piacevolmente sorpresi. Si trova all’interno di una vecchia grotta utilizzata per vari scopi negli anni passati, ben ristrutturata allo scopo, che crea una bella atmosfera per una cena romantica, ma non solo. Il menù è molto vario e può accontentare i diversi gusti che ognuno può avere. La cosa che mi ha molto sorpreso è stato il riuscire a sentire nuovi sapori creati dall’insieme di ingredienti molto diversi, ben impiattati. Si vede che in cucina c’è stato un lavoro importante per raggiungere certi risultati, specialmente nel filetto di cinghiale, finocchi alla griglia e liquirizia. Davvero sorprendente. Carta dei vini pressoché infinita, di alto livello e con un ricarico non eccessivo. Servizio preparato, gentile e disponibile. Prezzi adeguati alla proposta.

02/09/2024: caratteristico locale in quel di Brisighella. la location è affascinante. si passeggia nel centro storico per entrare in un locale che è un grotta. servizio ok e accurato. piatti raffinati. buona la carta dei vini. prezzi alti ma nella media del tipo di locale/servizio/qualità. piacevole per una cena a due. consigliato.

We were two friends, we bought very different things in price and at the time of payment we had to divide "Roman style" without the possibility of each paying our own. Not very correct.
