15/10/2025: I enter the bar and find the young lady playing on her phone, not even looking up. I try to ask her for a coffee, but she doesn't answer and continues minding her own business. Tell me if this qualifies as a bar.

22/12/2025: A very good piadina shop in the center of Ravenna. Short waits and the option to eat on-site.

21/11/2025: Located in the center of Ravenna in the Piazza del Comune, within walking distance. Also open in the evening, the menu offers a variety of piadinas, from classics to those with less traditional fillings. There's both indoor (not much) and outdoor seating. The piadina is good, and the prices are reasonable given its central location with a good view of the large square. The restroom is inconvenient, as you have to go to the bar on the corner of the square (about 20 meters away), where the establishment has a special agreement.

21/09/2025: Kindness reigns supreme, the owners are always smiling and friendly, as are the staff, and the breakfast buffet is quite generous. My only comment is that the rooms, although very clean, could use some updating.

12/09/2025: The hotel is really well-maintained and clean. The breakfast buffet included a wide selection, and the staff were truly courteous and friendly. Our room was modest but had every comfort, including a hairdryer, towels, soaps, and even a disposable hair cap. It's well-connected to public transportation, and I believe they're open 24/7. Overall, it was a great experience.

10/12/2025: Scandalous... I went there (by mistake at this point) on Monday for lunch, unfortunately everything was really bad. Only later did we understand why there were only 7 or 8 people at lunchtime... I ordered from the kiosk and the "food" arrived: a sandwich with some kind of dry, charred hamburger for my daughter, and for me, a different kind of sandwich that was completely wrong. First of all, the bacon was completely raw, and when I pointed this out to the girl at the counter, she said it's normal, we do it like this... oh, you didn't do it, it's raw?! Okay, I go to the table and notice that there's not a hamburger inside, but chicken, also almost raw... OK, OK, let's throw everything away and leave as fast as lightning, we escaped from this and never again!!!!! Don't go there, please, it's enough to make you feel bad. I hope someone higher up notices, I hope.

13/02/2026: Excellent gluten-free piadina, made with dedication and care by the owner using only high-quality, naturally gluten-free flours. And it tastes good, needless to say. I had a chance to chat with the owner, and she told me that for her gluten-containing piadinas, she uses local flours, made with Romagna grains, and doesn't use milk. In short, eating here is a taste experience that even a celiac can finally enjoy. I paid €8.70 for a piadina and a gluten-free beer: what more could you ask for? Prices are in line with the market, but the quality is decidedly superior. Furthermore, the owner's friendliness and helpfulness make this place a must-visit for anyone needing a quick lunch or dinner. Highly recommended!

24/11/2025: Honestly, I expected something more! I was a little disappointed! The prices were a little high too!

08/03/2026: We booked a superior double room three weeks in advance. Upon arriving at the hotel, we saw that the room didn't match the photos on the hotel website. They assigned us a standard double room. After several requests for an explanation of the misleading advertising, they offered a refund for dinner (which isn't a refund because it's the difference in price between a standard and a superior room!).

27/02/2026: Wonderful place, but above all, welcoming. The receptionists, Sara and Domenico, were extremely kind and professional. Having a small child, we asked for favors several times, and they immediately granted them. The room was cozy and spacious. The spa was relaxing. On our first evening, we ate in the on-site restaurant, where we were very pleased. The breakfast buffet was generous. I don't understand the many negative reviews. I'll be back soon.

08/09/2025: Sorry, nice place but half an hour wait for coffees, finally finding out that the lady who said yes to me left without telling the guy, and it's not the first time with her. Never again!!!!

22/08/2025: Terrible experience. If this is how you choose to welcome clients, perhaps it would be best to change careers. I found the attitude presumptuous, arrogant, and even threatening, completely unacceptable, especially considering the dog has serious neurological problems. A modicum of understanding and sensitivity would have been appropriate. It's shameful to behave this way without even investigating the true history of the situation. Arguments and shouting from the staff in front of all the other clients... SHAMEFUL! In situations like this, respect and empathy should be fundamental values, but here they are completely lacking. PS: If you have pets with disabilities, leave them at home, or better yet, "at the clinic." DO NOT take them on vacation with you! Above all, avoid certain places! Best regards, Vicky

13/08/2025: Never again! Picanha ordered medium rare and it was as tough as a shoe. I couldn't pay my share because they don't keep separate bills... but will you live, you unfortunate people??? If I know what I got, I'll come and pay. NEVER AGAIN!

21/08/2025: The crescione with potatoes and sausage was amazing! And then, oh well, a 10/10 welcome! During a flood in August, with the streets flooded, at 9:30 PM, they welcomed us to feed us with an incredible smile as well as some great motivational quotes! Delicious crescioni and top staff🩷🩷🩷🩷
