Something unacceptable for such a well-known bar, I would propose a change of staff because something like this has never been seen, especially a young lady with brown eyes who shouts at us to wake up in a bad way

Fine cena biscottini ed albana rossa compresi nel coperto (noi in più abbiamo avuto i digestivi della casa) Accolti in un corridoio, ex capanna, molto spartana, da una giovane cameriera (titolare?) gentilissima Non mangio carne rossa (c'era solo quella in carta) quindi dal menù scelgo i piatti alternativi: cappellacci burro e salvia e come secondo verdure grigliate Sicuramente un mio errore perché dalle recensioni leggo che servono piatti di carne bianca.. mio errore perché non ho chiesto, ma non me lo hanno neanche proposto..! La mia compagna ha preso cappelletti al ragù ed una tagliata L'ha mangiata, finita, ma alla domanda della cameriera di come stava andando la cena ha fatto presente che non ha mai mangiato una tagliata così dura (cottura media) e almeno l'ha mangiata in gran parte il nostro cane Poi IMPECCABILE alla cassa la cameriera/titolare ha scontato del 50% il prezzo del secondo ed un ulteriore arrotondamento nel conto finale Una precisazione perché nel sito il prezzo del contorno era 5,00 € e non 6,00 ? A già era il listino dell'anno precedente Buono ed economico il vino della casa..(ed in bottiglia)

14/05/2025: Buon ristorante. Cucina rapida con servizio molto pratico. Vari collaboratori, mangiare vario, menù sia alla carta che convenzionato. Prezzi irrisori. Sala ampia e confortevole, parcheggio in loco. Struttura consigliata. Maggio 2025.

Terrible service, I don't see the point in being able to do it on the app and cancel an hour and a half after delivery. Already during the lockdown they made fuss to reach a certain amount... it's not the way to work. NEVER AGAIN

03/10/2024: It was supposed to be a 3 star hotel, but it turned out to be a rip off. The rooms? Dirty, squalid, air conditioning NOT working, not very spacious, TV NOT working, safe NOT working, wardrobe NOT usable as the rod for hanging clothes was missing. Dirty sheets. Microscopic bathroom, shower without curtain and it didn't drain the water like the sink! Hairdryer very dangerous as the feet were in the shower water, and in any case it was located behind the door. Inedible food, without a menu. Overall the Hotel, if you can call it that, was dirty and poorly maintained, with incompetent service staff, in fact the manager was lying on the sofa in the lobby watching the Simpsons. I don't think I have ever stayed in a worse "Hotel"!

22/08/2024: 490 euros for 4 nights 18/08/24..22/08/24 without any service. Rooms without a balcony because if you request a balcony it is 20 euros more per night (we asked for a change upon arrival and were told yes then at check-in time they said that it was not possible because in the rooms with balconies there is no third bed./.. no breakfast, lunch or dinner there is no fridge in the room even if when we booked it said that we would be there to have a coffee you have to wait until 9 for the girl at the reception to arrive....provided the reception works coffee machine..then I stop because I'm finally home and the holiday begins....

24/02/2025: We think we have seen some errors, due to inexperience. Let's give the benefit of the doubt because they are just getting started (February 1, 2025). We ate what we paid for. Without praise and without infamy. Just be in good company. However, when it came to the bill, Mrs. Orchidea managed to close with a smile. We are sure to return and see an improvement.

23/06/2025: Empty bar, I asked kindly to use the bathroom with a 3 year old girl, they told me I had to consume. I think that any form of humanity and respect for others has been lost. I left, rather do it in the meadow.

15/04/2025: Posto stupendo. In piena campagna, un'atmosfera magica. Casale ristrutturato benissimo, cibo ottimo, presentazione perfetta, ma il tutto di sostanza, non assaggino. Attenzione ai clienti da parte dei ragazzi in sala. Il titolare è unico, ma il locale è bello già di suo, lui è "solo"la ciliegina. Ho passato una serata Bellissima. Grazie❤️

01/03/2025: Frequentiamo l’ m11 da diversi anni e abbiamo avuto modo di provare i diversi stili di cucina proposti nel corso del tempo dagli chef che si sono alternati alla direzione del ristorante. Siamo tornati ieri sera con una coppia di amici e c è stato proposto il menù realizzando dal nuovo chef. Che dire, tutte le proposte presenti alla carta sono risultate piuttosto interessanti e innovative, e altrettanto piacevoli al gusto. I piatti sono ben realizzati con l impiego di ottime materie prime, e presentati con estrema attenzione al dettaglio. Il servizio è stato attento e cordiale, accompagnato dalla professionalità del sommelier Marco. Rapporto qualità prezzo assolutamente corretto.

03/05/2025: Carne di ottima qualità e servizio buono.La quantità non soddisfacente! Avrei preferito avere più carne al costo di pagare qualcosina di più!

08/05/2025: Sono stata qui con il mio compagno e mia figlia. Abbiamo preso 3 antipasti, 2 primi e una frittura. Era tutto buono. Unico neo il cameriere un po' scazzato. Il cibo era buono e la cifra onesta. I tavolini sono sul porto canale e la vista è bellissima

31/03/2025: Dopo aver chiesto un tavolo per quattro, mi hanno risposto che c'era da aspettare circa 20'. dopo circa 15' un tavolo si è liberato e non vedendo nessuno in attesa, ho chiesto se potevamo sederci e mi è stato dato l'ok. Una coppia si è seduta contemporaneamente a noi, a loro è stato sparecchiato il tavolo e contemporaneamente hanno dato i menù e preso le prenotazioni, a noi nulla.. dopo 10' abbondanti di attesa chiedo se potevano sparecchiare e quello che mi aveva dato l'ok per sedermi risponde che pensava avessimo già finito di mangiare...(??), preparano il tavolo e poi non si fa più vivo nessuno, altri 10' per poter ordinare, nel frattempo la coppia a fianco aveva già cominciato a mangiare! dalle ordinazioni sono passati altri 40' con 2/3 richieste e sollecitazioni da parte nostra alle quali hanno risposta dicendo che avevamo ordinato da 30' soltanto.. (ovviamente senza considerare il tempo dal quale eravamo seduti..) Cibo buono, ma forse era la fame che nel frattempo era salita enormemente, ma pomeriggio ampiamente rovinato, visto che ci siamo alzati alle 15 passate. Peccato, sarebbe un posto carino, con una bella vista sul porto canale, ma con questo tipo di servizio non si va molto lontano...
