25/06/2024: We only stopped for lunch. The cold cuts platter is good, the pasta starters are overcooked. Long waiting times even though it wasn't full.

16/12/2024: Waiter should learn his craft. We arrived last night to get a hot drink, we wanted to sit outside, we order two herbal teas at the bar from a very kind girl who tells us "have a seat" and we head towards the outside. Waiter shouts throughout bar that he won't serve us outside! We decided that we will sit down anyway and wait if the order arrives anyway. The guy came out twice to bring the spritz to the other customers but we didn't care either. In the end the girl came out to bring us the drinks but the boy should be put in line since apart from two herbal teas you also pay for service. And it wouldn't be a problem if service was impeccable. After this situation we will go get drinks and food elsewhere and this bar we will not even look at. The girl is very kind and polite, the boy still has to learn a lot due to his rudeness so many customers will never return.

10/11/2024: Discovered absolutely by chance, this winery-farmhouse-restaurant-spa in the Faenza countryside, ROCKS: good wines with some excellence, good, plentiful and simple cuisine, all in an ancient country courtyard... excellent for escaping from the city for a weekends, eating like animals and getting drunk without restraint, so much so... you just have to get upstairs and get to bed.

01/10/2024: Of course I feel better, the reviews are made to express our opinion on a service, in this case never given. The wedding favor table was a simple end in itself and is a document of photos (which you wanted) and messages. You didn't have any hassle in telling me that I had to make do 5 days before without giving me any alternative as to when to come. It's either this or nothing. First you say some things and then others. You banned me from coming the day before to set up and it was impossible for me to come on the same day. However, thank you for the thought, of course, yes, we found a DOC location that treated us like paying customers for an important ceremony 5 days before the reception with great availability, professionalism and accuracy.

29/09/2024: I am writing on behalf of my son. The hotel staff were very rude to the children. Unfortunately, my son Alessandro (a minor) was insulted by one of your waitresses because he was wearing a football shirt of a team that your employee didn't like. She said some swear words to him as a fan, said in an aggressive and denigrating tone. I find it to be a serious form of racism as well as rudeness, especially towards a minor!! This was reported to the management. Meanwhile, the insulted minor remained very mortified. I'm not reporting the swear words said by the employee just out of a sense of modesty... This is really very serious. This occurred in August 2024. Now don't come and say that it didn't happen. My son is still waiting for an apology after 1 month and more...

14/09/2024: Stayed at the beginning of the season, the rooms are not excessively spacious. Overall a positive weekend, although on two occasions when I went to lunch I couldn't find a seat for my 1 and a half year old son as it was busy with other children. After asking two waiters to no avail, in the end, the dining room manager resolved the issue by taking the high chair from another table which had vacated it at the time, but in any case without cleaning it. Secondly, I couldn't help but notice that all the glass water bottles that were brought to my table had the plastic seal already broken, and on only one occasion the cap was even missing. Now, it's a sin to think badly but you often guess... €4.5 a bottle.

24/07/2024: Unfortunately they don't even know where the mozzarella they sell comes from. Roman-style artichokes are very good for them but only hard. Poorly cleaned culatello, zero quality. Goodbye

11/07/2024: Personale molto cortese e professionale, anche nel rispondere alle nostre domande. Atmosfera familiare molto gradevole e varietà di prodotti gustosi e dall'aspetto interessante e colorato. Entrando si assapora la qualità dei negozi di una volta, pur avendo l'impressione di un luogo estremamente pulito, ordinato e moderno. Volutamente ho lasciato per ultima la bontà dei prodotti: crescentine spettacolari e focacce salate saporite. Da provare!!!

01/01/2025: It's the second New Year's Eve that we've spent at Mazzoni... and I must reiterate that they are fantastic!!! Perfect organization and service!! Good food suitable for the price... music and fun guaranteed with Pasquale Venditto!!! Well done!!!

25/12/2024: I am forced to give one star only because less is not possible. Request made to change a single dish (out of a total of 13 services) agreed upon at the time of booking. The waitress of foreign origin (Cuban) replies to us, in a rude manner and with rude as well as haughty tones, that it is not possible and that only children were allowed. The service methods absurd. They waited for all the diners in the entire room to arrive before they could start serving and until everyone had finished they didn't move on to the next dish. A hallucinating and unnerving wait. I'll let you imagine the queue at the checkout. Cheap dishes. First and last time. Anything but Christmas lunch. The environment: it feels like going back in time to about 70 years ago.

19/12/2023: As soon as we entered we were greeted by a waiter who asked us for a reservation and made us sit at a table (we hadn't booked but the place was almost full). Once seated, orders are all placed from a tablet fixed on the table (be smart with technology, otherwise you will eat very little, especially with little attention to hygiene given that the tablet has fingerprints all over it!). The dishes are starting to arrive, it's a shame that those intended for us have ALL arrived at the next table (for the first courses there could be an error, but for the whole lunch it takes a lot of effort). Positive note: some dishes are good, try to focus on those with salmon. Unfortunately, many are difficult to eat, too many sauces, too many mixtures of flavors that clash with each other, you have to be very simple and make do. Unfortunately I don't eat raw, and the choice was very limited (all you can eat formula, I didn't explore the à la carte menu). I was expecting a lot more variety in cooked food (not necessarily fish... maybe Cantonese rice or something similar). There's a lot of fried food, but it's quite heavy for well-trained stomachs. Although the dishes arrived at the next table throughout the lunch, some didn't arrive at all, and after having asked twice with the waiter, who replied both times with "I'll go to the kitchen and we'll prepare them for you immediately" (we were talking about fries, I think the most banal thing in a restaurant that has half the menu of fried stuff) we asked to cancel them and go to the cashier to pay. Let's sum up the experience: PRO: some dishes are good, the place has a bathroom (dirty, but I can't blame the place, a lot lies in the education of the individual people who use it). CONS: unhelpful and very confused staff, some inedible dishes (some arrived frozen, others uncooked and cold, others covered in packaged sauces such as ketchup which seemed to have been thrown at random just to make up the volume), unfortunately all the dishes were sent to the warehouse first other people's table. I didn't like the hygiene of some courses at all, such as the fingerprints on the plate which I assume is washed between one course and another. I don't like the fact that you have to order via tablet: with your hands I touch something that everyone touches, therefore not hygienic at all, and then I find things on the menu that you eat with your hands? I find it very limiting as you are practically forced to discard some dishes for hygiene reasons (unless you eat with disinfectant on the table). Final price of two All You Can Eat menus and a still water: €18.30 each + free fortune cookie. Personally I think it is very expensive for the low quality of the food and the service of the staff. Maybe I'm very picky, or I'm used to eating well in other restaurants, but this lunch didn't go well at all, and since I paid anyway, for this amount I expect much more. I don't think I'll go back, I don't think I'll recommend the place. Are you a person who pays no attention to hygiene and anything goes, you eat a bit of everything and you don't worry about the taste of frozen and packaged foods? Then you will be fine. I would also have liked a separation between sweet and savory within the menu, so as to know when to take what and be able to evaluate everything more positively.

09/12/2024: Pizza tipo napoletano molto buona e digeribile. servizio rapido ed affabile, locale raccolto e gestito con cura. Unica nota stonata l'importo dei dolci spropositato (6,00 € per una frolla - non al pari della pizza - è oggettivamente alto)

24/11/2024: 4 pizze ordinate a domicilio. Durante la chiamata chiedendo una precisazione mi è stata una risposta “aggressiva” come se fosse scocciato a darmi la risposta. Le pizze sono stata ordinate per le 20/20:15 a Punta Marina, arrivate con 20 minuti di ritardo. Il ragazzo non ha chiesto scusa per il ritardo della consegna facendocela anche pagare. In una delle pizze c’era il prosciutto crudo, tagliato spesso e salatissimo per il ritardo della consegna. Le pizze erano molto fredde, un peccato dato che l’’impasto era buono. Un punto a favore che posso lasciare è il prezzo, 33€ per 4 pizze

11/12/2024: È scandalosa la poca qualità della cucina. Bisogna intervenire subito. I panini sono senza salse, rinsecchiti e Freddi ....... Si vanifica tutto il lavoro del marketing Ma soprattutto il marchio fa una figuraccia . Nella mia città è buonissimo i cuochi sono di un altro pianeta i panini sono spaziali. Ripeto intervenite perché McDonald's fa affari d'oro visto che l'unico concorrente cioè voi pensa a fare mangiare malissimo i propri clienti...... è una delusione ogni volta. Ho fatto questa recensione dopo molti episodi....ora basta! Vedi punteggio delle recensioni.......

13/10/2024: No comment, l'unico bravo è il fotografo che ha fatto dei zoom spettacolari...hamburger con carne che non supera i 30 grammi secondo me dal gusto orrendo , in 4 ci portano 1 vassoio , acqua frizzante e naturale calda

30/11/2024: Nonostante sia passata tante volte davanti al locale, non ero mai salita al piano superiore. Devo dire che sono rimasta piacevolmente sorpresa. Il locale è intimo, ben gestito, il menù ha interessanti proposte sia di mare che di terra. C'è anche la pizza che però non ho assaggiato. I piatti sono ben presentati e il prezzo è adeguato. Anche la scelta dei vini è interessante. Complimenti al servizio. Ci tornerò.

22/08/2024: I was there this evening, the environment was very dirty, there was everything on the tables and on the floor and people were slipping..... the service was terrible because the operators seemed angry with the customers and didn't offer help to those who asked for it, in fact while I was talking the cashier he turned his back to me without answering and to top it off the sandwich was dry, the hamburger was very cold and looked like a shoe sole.......I will definitely never go back there again

17/08/2024: I never thought I would get robbed on the MC Donalds parking lot. After a year of sacrifice and it's not true that the fear you made my family feel is the same, it will have to be reciprocated a thousand times. Yes, now you can celebrate with money and glasses and the cable but you didn't realize that this car also records the inside and outside with a Daschcam where you can see who did it.
