29/06/2024: Classified Romagna piadineria, but with something more. Open area with canopies and bathrooms, spacious, very kind ladies and stratospheric menu. EXCELLENT Piade, watercress and fried pizza. We couldn't resist and ate too much, but we leave super happy. The piadina dough is one of the best I've eaten. Honest prices.

14/08/2024: I have been a customer for 7/8 years and I have never found a flaw in this restaurant: Romagna food (but there is also a fish menu) but their specialty is pizza. 10/10 service and very correct prices.

09/08/2024: I agree with the reviews that talk about a family environment etc etc. my problem is the bill: there is no written menu, you welcome me with dip (who asked you??) mortadella and piadina, you charge me €15 for dip, €5 mortadella and €2 piadina. Then cappelletti €15 each and a single veal with tuna sauce for €18. Finally you bring me a fruit plate with 2 figs and some grapes ((not requested) for €5. In total €90 for 2, really too much. Smart-family environment.

06/08/2024: What can I say... everything was excellent and the owner was very nice!!!!!! On Saturday evening we went to this place with a couple of dear friends, Franco and Giovanna, who highly recommended it to us and we were really very satisfied. Excellent quality food, impeccable service and TOP owner!!! We will definitely be back, thanks Roberto!

19/08/2024: 4-star first courses even if not abundant, 1-star pizza among the worst I've ever eaten. Virtually no service. Music from the piano bar at a very high volume which prevented any attempt at conversation and was also of rather poor quality. Never again

17/08/2024: We had a great time, comfortable and clean rooms, beautiful and well-kept exteriors, clean swimming pool and super attentive staff, excellent food. Highly recommended for those who want to spend peaceful, relaxing days!

07/08/2024: I heartily recommend it. The pizza is delicious, the dough is thin and soft and toasted at the same time. Nice staff, you can communicate in English. We took pizza to go, there is no charge for the packaging, it's free.

02/08/2024: Eating at Trattoria Valsenio is fantastic. You feel at home, pampered and eat unique things of exceptional quality. Starters, first courses, second courses, based on truffles and porcini mushrooms, bring tears to your eyes. Then the fried foods are truly incredible. Fried chicken top marks and fried porcini mushrooms worth mentioning! And don't forget the barbecue... 01/06/2024: The innkeeper Edgardo is a very nice and wise Romagnolo. The environment is old, full of centenary relics and on the wall there are paintings describing phrases written by Edgardo himself. The raw materials are testimony to Edgardo's experience and culinary culture; his wife and son cook them. Edgardo is a man of other times and the many positive reviews he receives are the greatest testimony to the goodness of the dishes offered in his tavern. If you find yourself passing through Emilia Romagna, this stop cannot be missing from your itinerary.

17/05/2024: The environment is rustic, few tables, open kitchen and very kind owners. I enjoyed everything we ate, a delicious pate served hot with croutons. Excellent tagliatelle with meat sauce. The true Romagna cuisine of the past. We will definitely be back to try other specialties.
