21/05/2026: AWFUL EXPERIENCE! The clerk who served us, a brunette with a tattoo on her neck, was REALLY RUDE! She used a surly tone, never smiled, and was rude! It almost seemed like we'd spited her by buying the pastries (which I hope were good and weren't offended by her attitude...). When dealing with customers, you have to be kind and not sulk or snap, even if you're feeling down on yourself... otherwise, she'll change jobs! I'll definitely never go back, even if they're the best pastries in the world... Absolutely not. Failed!

05/07/2026: We've been coming back for 3 years! Beautiful location, clean rooms, and good food at the restaurant. They always make it possible for us to work remotely, reserving a table for us near the laptop outlets! At the end of the day, you can take a (hot) shower and get changed right there for dinner—very useful and convenient. We're very happy with it and recommend it.

After a year, the waiter remembered us; Signora Bionda is a true Romagna native and makes a Zuppa Inglese worthy of the name. The meal was delicious, and if I have another opportunity, I'll return. The photo immediately captures the place's character: small, authentic, without the fake elegance of an "Instagram-worthy" venue. Outdoor tables, a cozy atmosphere, minimal signage, and that slightly underground vibe that's extremely rare these days. Inside, the atmosphere is classic, well-executed, cultural pub/bar: tastefully chosen music, serious cocktails, craft beers, and a relaxed clientele. Not your typical noisy, soulless place, but a place where you'll want to stay longer than expected. Online, too, it's often described as one of the most unique and lively places in Ravenna, especially for its atmosphere, music, and quality of drinks. The burgers and appetizers are also excellent: simple yet thoughtful, perfect with a beer or a properly crafted cocktail. Many reviews praise the music selection and the "authentic" atmosphere, which are worth their weight in gold these days. The great thing about Fargo is that it doesn't seem to want to impress anyone... and that's precisely why it's so impressive. It's one of those places that gives a city its personality. If you're passing through Ravenna and want to avoid the soulless, same-story places, this is definitely worth a try.

I had the classic one with arugula, prosciutto, and squacquerone cheese: fragrant dough, fresh ingredients, and perfectly balanced flavors. A simple piada, but made according to tradition. The added value is Angelo and his wife: kind, welcoming, and with a passion that shines through in every piadina. They've been a Ravenna institution for years, and you can immediately see why. Every time you come, it feels like home. Highly recommended for those seeking quality, tradition, and an authentic welcome. Congratulations!
