19/08/2025: We had dinner at this restaurant. The atmosphere was simple, with a beautiful view of the vineyards at sunset. The staff were very kind and attentive, but the real highlight was the dishes... from appetizers to dessert, all exquisite, prepared with care and culinary expertise. Pasta was strictly homemade, with sauces so delicious you'd be licking your lips and mopping up the sauce. The wine was produced on site, the portions were generous, the ingredients were high-quality, and the prices were decidedly fair. Well done everyone!!! If you love good food, this is the place to be. 19/08/2025: Really nice place. Food is really good. Especially for Batalabaf (tortellini) and Pisarei e Faso which are the emblamatic food of the region. I fully recommend this place. We go every single year and won’t stop going !

10/07/2025: We had a delicious gelato here during our visit to the beautiful town of Castell'Arquato. The ice cream parlor is tucked away along Via Sforza Caolzio. A very friendly young woman helped us and we struck up a conversation in Italian. She also gave us a tip on where we could eat that evening with live music and a beautiful view. That's how we ended up in Vernasca, where we had a wonderful evening. In short, we love Baiocc Gelato Lovers for the excellent service...and did I mention the gelato is delicious?!

02/07/2025: This out of the way pizzeria is excellent. They obviously have committed themselves to crafting amazing pizza. Excellent dough is the foundation for every good pizza. Theirs is crafted with high quality flour and patience. The other ingredients are also of the highest quality. Ours were then prepared with attention to detail and perfectly baked. Well done!

11/06/2025: I’m still dreaming about this meal — hands down one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in Italy. Every single dish was bursting with freshness and flavor. The pizza was absolute perfection: that airy, charred crust, creamy mozzarella, sweet tomatoes, and the touch of fresh basil… chef’s kiss. The seafood pasta was light yet flavorful, with tender clams and a perfect garlic-sauce. And don’t get me started on the shrimp and calamari — so tender and seasoned just right. Even the sides were impressive — crispy potatoes with charred tomato and fresh herbs? Yes, please. And then came dessert… both were so elegant and not overly sweet. The raspberry one was refreshing and fruity, while the other had this lovely balance of whipped cream and chocolate shavings. Every detail — the handmade ceramic plates, the charming glassware, the cozy ambiance — made the whole experience feel special. If you find yourself anywhere near here, this place is an absolute must. I’d come back in a heartbeat

04/08/2025: Very good pizza, thin and crispy. Fairly priced, even cheaper than other pizzerias in the city. A welcoming place with a spacious terrace that lets you enjoy the cool shade of the surrounding trees. The service needs improvement. We asked in advance if we could bring a birthday cake and have it served. We were assured there would be no problem, as it's a service they provide regularly. It's a shame the waitress was annoyed by the task (she was clearly overheard by someone who came down to ask for a knife and how much it would cost to make it themselves, given that time was passing, service wasn't being provided, and the cake was in danger of melting). A real shame. We won't be returning.

01/08/2025: I recommend this restaurant for both pizza and fish. You can eat both inside and outside. On weekends, reservations are recommended.
