I chose the blind menu at the chef's discretion. Extensive wine list. Excellent experience. I will definitely be back. Highly recommended.

03/12/2025: A lunch outside Milan in a quiet setting a few km from Fidenza, impeccable service, parking available, excellent food served with a good, very sweet wine, and an excellent homemade dessert to try!!!

30/11/2025: We ate everything well (starters, first courses, second courses, desserts), and that's the most important thing, but the portions could have been significantly larger, especially considering the expense. It's better to eat and spend than to spend little but eat poorly, but at least make the portions decent. They didn't include the usual limoncello shots and after-dinner drinks.

11/01/2026: A well-kept and clean place. Antonia is very kind, while her husband is a bit more strict. Excellent lunch, featuring traditional cuisine, prepared with quality ingredients and made with attention to detail. The herb ravioli were spectacular, the stuffed veal tip was delicious, and Antonia's dessert was excellent. The sbrisolona with gelato was also very good. Fair value for money. I definitely recommend it and will definitely be back. Congratulations!

14/12/2025: Found by chance, it was a delightful discovery: a refined, old-fashioned atmosphere (I'm a little tired of modern places, all a bit samey and lacking in soul). The house-made cured meats platter with torta fritta was a treat not to be missed. Anolini in brodo were the best I've ever had; tortelli verdi stuffed with pork shoulder, sautéed with guanciale; beef ravioli with its own stock—all delicious. Pork cheek braised in gutturnio with polenta crostini (melted in your mouth), grilled shank with baked potatoes; chicken thigh stuffed with artichoke cream, wrapped in crispy pancetta on a parmesan cream—delicious. Unfortunately, no desserts, as there was no more room! Congratulations!

03/01/2026: Hostaria delle Terre Verdiane is a place where Emilian tradition is presented with respect and restraint. The cuisine speaks of the region, seasons, and memory, with dishes that don't seek to impress but to convince, and succeed. The flavors are full and distinctive, crafted from quality ingredients and a solid technique that leaves room for flavor without ever overwhelming it. Each course arrives at the table with balance, in a continuous dialogue between past and present.

30/12/2025: We stopped for Sunday lunch. The deli counter is open to the public on one side, while the other offers small tables for a quick lunch and a quick snack. It's very close to Fidenza Village. We ordered a glass of wine. For appetizers, we had a torta fritta, a Casaro platter (a selection of cheeses accompanied by a Parmigiano Reggiano DOP pâté, served with balsamic vinegar, honey, and crostini), a tagliatelle carbonara with Culatello di Zibello DOP (a little fresh cream and lots of Parmesan. A must-try delicacy!!!), and a pumpkin-filled tortelli with salami paste (with amaretti biscuits, melted butter, and chopped hazelnuts). For two, we spent €54. We couldn't finish dessert because we were so full, but Torta Susanna, a local specialty, was definitely worth a try. Inside the Hostaria, you can also purchase traditional products, in addition to various cured meats and cheeses, at reasonable prices. The products are excellent quality, fresh, and the dishes are exquisite and delicate.

05/01/2026: The place is very crowded, but the staff is helpful and courteous. The mixed cured meats are excellent. The lasagna and gnocchi with saffron and culatello are really good. The place is also nice. I would gladly return.

14/12/2025: Exceptional welcome. Booked for lunch with friends. We arrived early and enjoyed an excellent aperitif outside with a view of the hills. Service was prompt but never intrusive. In fact, the fish selection on the menu was exceptional. Special mention for the fried octopus and the tuna steak with puntarelle, which is very hard to find. As a Roman, I assure you, puntarelle are expertly made. Then there were the cod spheres. Oh God, I lost my dignity. I almost licked the plate. Paella was made upon reservation. Here, I have to make a comment about the quality and quantity of the fish. Nothing to complain about. In fact, it was abundant, perhaps even too much for my personal taste. It was an exceptional risotto, but not a paella. Obviously, everything can be improved. The wine list is tastefully stocked and offers exceptional wines at a more than reasonable price. Will I return? Absolutely, and I'll be happy to bring more friends. Congratulations guys, and keep it up. The only complaint is that if you have the Amex logo outside, a customer expects you to accept credit cards. But I repeat, everything can be remedied. Highly recommended.

08/12/2025: I discovered this restaurant thanks to a friend, and I still can't believe it was so close to home. A true gem, especially for seafood lovers: dishes rich in flavor, expertly prepared, and capable of bringing the authentic aroma of the sea to the table. The baby octopus appetizer was simply fabulous, tender and flavorful. The first course, tagliatelle with crab and leek, was a true delight: original and fun to crack the claws and savor every marine nuance of the dish. The grilled fish was also excellent, well-executed; the only complaint concerns the plating, which could be a little more refined. Everything was accompanied by a fresh and fragrant Sardinian Vermentino, perfect for enhancing the flavors of the fish. To finish, a sundae flavored with a dash of nocino: irresistible. Impeccable service. The owner is a delightful and very sociable person, while the chef was available to accommodate every request. Interesting note: upon request, you can also order the whole *purceddù*. The prices are more than fair for the quality offered. A place to return to again and again!

11/11/2025: Excellent and professional! Excellent cuisine, a great option for a quick but high-quality lunch. The ingredients are incredibly fresh and exceptional. If you'd like to order some of the chef-made stuffed pasta and other first courses, you won't regret it! I just finished a plate of tortelli with cooked shoulder meat, simply SUBLIME!
