18/04/2025: Sentirsi dire abbiamo chiuso alle 20:20 significa davvero che non si ha voglia di lavorare…si inizia a cenare a quell ora e voi già chiudete..no comment.

18/02/2025: Continuo declino sia della qualità che della quantità, le dimensioni dei crescioni sono molto più piccole e le farciture hanno ingredienti scadenti. In aggiunta, mentre attendevamo il nostro ordine attorno alle 18 è arrivata una del personale, si è tolta il giubbotto e ha cominciato a maneggiare prodotti e imbustare le piadine senza manco lavarsi le mani, con la cucina a vista non è stata una bella cosa. 19/07/2025: Non accettano nessun tipo di pagamento digitale, accettano solo contanti. Diverse volte avrei voluto fermarmi per curiosità, ma mi è stato impossibile perché non ti fanno sedere se puoi pagare solo con carte o app. E dire sarebbe obbligatorio garantire almeno una modalità di pagamento elettronico. Ah, quando alla fine sono riuscito a sedermi, perché uno nel gruppo di amici aveva contanti con se, ho visto emettere in totale uno e un solo scontrino nel periodo della nostra permanenza (circa due ore, con i tavoli pieni).

19/08/2025: Even though Google says the restaurant is open until 3:00 PM, they don't accept outside guests, even though they're supposedly full! I can't rate the food or the atmosphere inside because I can't get in. I can only rate the staff, who don't speak English well, and are dismissive. Hotel Cezar is located right on the beach!

10/05/2025: Cibo di qualità, servizio attento e cortese. Piatti ben cucinati e finalmente verdure croccanti, non pappe stracotte. A pochi minuti dai Musei di S Domenico è la mia tappa fissa quando da Firenze vengo a vedere le mostre. Oggi ho mangiato: uovo fritto (2) col dentro morbido servito con crêpes, spinacini a foglia intera e crema di formaggio. Poi tagliatelle ruvide al ragù bianco, deliziose, cottura perfetta e ragù saporito e leggero. Prezzi corretti, consigliatissimo.

25/11/2025: Anyone who longs for the places of the past, those that combined a stop at the bar with the option of doing some grocery shopping, will find what they're looking for here. We stopped for a coffee almost by chance, and I immediately began to carefully observe the atmosphere, the owners' manners, the cleanliness, and the orderliness. In this bar-shop, I immediately sensed a rare sense of care: everything is precisely arranged, the goods are sorted by type and meticulously lined up. The display case of cured meats, well-sealed and of high quality, resembles that of a jewelry store. Even the bathroom is surprising: probably cleaner than the one at home. I searched in vain for a flaw in this little place in Forlimpopoli. Finally, I asked the manager who was responsible for such attention to detail. With a smile, he replied: "My name is Lino, but my friends call me pignoLINO." And I can easily believe it. A friendly chat rounded out our experience, in addition to the usual cappuccino and brioche. Here you'll find exquisite pastries prepared by a very kind lady, a shop selling fresh produce, and a kitchen serving trattoria-style dishes. If I lived in the area, this would be a place I'd frequent often, without a doubt. Jokingly, on my way out, I even suggested hiring the owner: I'd perfectly recognize the way this business is run.
