01/11/2025: Everything was very good. Dishes featuring black truffles, and to top it all off, a fried egg with white truffle. The owners were friendly and the waiters were very good! Keep it up! Highly recommended!

11/10/2025: We entered and were greeted by the staff and seated, but the walls were full of skunks (insects). We asked for a change of seats and pointed out the problem, and they moved us to a worse place than ever, even more full of these insects, so much so that one of the diners felt ill. Then the owner arrived and began describing the dishes and chit-chat (WHEN A CUSTOMER SITS DOWN THEY WANT TO EAT AND NOT LISTEN TO USELESS CHATTER). 3 APPETIZERS, 3 FIRST COURSES, 3 MAIN COURSES, 2 SOLCI, A COFFEE, 4 BOTTLES OF WATER AND ONE OF LAMBRUSCO, 235 EUROS (IF IT HAD BEEN EATEN), TASTINGS. TIP: LESS TALK, AN INFESTATION TREATMENT.

02/11/2025: A historic restaurant located in the hills of Bologna, and when there's no fog, you can admire a beautiful view. The place is spartan but basic, where you still eat as they used to. We met Signora Luisa, the mainstay of the trattoria, a kind lady who knows how to advise customers, like one of the family. We went there with friends, and we had a wonderful time, we had a great dinner, the staff are great, the price is fair, and we will definitely be back. 👍🏻🔝🔝🔝

14/10/2025: Let's start with the homemade bread, which is wonderful and delicious. The menu is very varied, and all the dishes are very well prepared. The portions are quite generous. Decent wine cellar.

17/09/2025: From the outside, it looks like a takeout place, but inside, though small, it has a few tables for about a dozen people. It's a simple yet pleasant place, offering traditional cuisine with a decent selection of first courses, second courses, and side dishes. Very good, well-cooked food. Both the tortelli and the tagliata with baked potatoes are excellent. If I'm in the area again, I'll gladly return!

09/09/2025: 9/25 yesterday, Monday, practically everything was closed. We wanted to celebrate our anniversary and finally tried this restaurant. The menu offers a wide variety of meat and fish options, so we ordered a fish first course and a meat second course to try both options. As soon as we sat down, they brought water, a small plate with two slices of frittata, two small pieces of pizza, and four crescentine. We chose a marinara risotto and a fillet with green peppercorns. The portions were generous, so we didn't need anything else. Finally, we also tried a lemon sorbet with drops of limoncello. Delicious. Highly recommended.

An important detail: it's the only restaurant open on Mondays in Sasso Marconi, making it a true destination for those who want to eat well, even at the start of the week. 30/09/2025: We spend a night here after hiking 25 km from Bologna. Our room was clear and shower great. All staff was really attentive and helpful, the wine and food lovely. Only bad thing is you can hear the highway but you kind of forget it when you are enjoying their food and wine. They even made us a lunchpack. All in all we enjoyed our stay 😃

02/11/2025: The place is cute and the food is excellent: quality ingredients and generous portions. Some of the staff were also friendly and helpful, despite a bit of a slur on the service. The atmosphere of a Sunday lunch with friends, however, was ruined by the attitude of the bespectacled waiter/owner: from the moment we arrived (6 minutes late), he was extremely rude and made inappropriate jokes throughout the meal, even criticizing the amount of food we ordered. A real shame, because good food doesn't make up for such disrespectful behavior toward customers. I really don't think we'll be back!

02/11/2025: Nice restaurant, and the food was undoubtedly high-quality. Unfortunately, the experience was ruined by the restaurant owner's behavior, which was neither courteous nor respectful. Every request felt like a burden, and some comments about our choices and the quantities we ordered seemed inappropriate. An awkward situation arose at the table; the owner probably should have left his frustrations and personal issues at home, or he should consider changing careers. We definitely won't be returning!

12/10/2025: Service is everything, and unfortunately, it's nonexistent in this place. Forget about having a snack during aperitivo. The €7 spritz is served without any snacks or anything to munch on, nothing. If you want more, you pay. Hamburgers start at €13.50 and up...without fries on the side. If you want fries, add €! The burgers are good, but too expensive. A large ceramic plate with a small, expensive burger in the center, empty all around, a bit sad, honestly. Beer is only served "unfiltered" craft beer; they don't offer alternatives for those who can't drink it. It's nice to eat a burger with just water, really fabulous! All topped off with terrible service. Staff not attentive to requests. The burger was thrown away. Unfortunately. Oh, ketchup and mayo, in abundance! Thank you, really fabulous. I won't be back.

06/10/2025: Super sandwich (very good) and a great selection of beers, which I'll try soon. A little more attention next time (pervasive onion smell, chipped glass), and I won't hesitate to give it a fifth star.

12/10/2025: I tried Ca' Vecchia restaurant for the first time a few days ago, and it was a lovely new experience! The restaurant is surrounded by a beautiful park, the staff is very friendly, and the food is truly excellent! They even have some tasty and nutritious meat-free dishes. I'll definitely be back.
