10/07/2026: We arrived from a road trip from Bologna to this welcoming restaurant run by a very friendly and attentive owner. Even though he doesn't speak English, you can feel his warmth and attention to detail in all his service. The food was excellent, there's parking nearby, and if we can, we'll definitely return.

10/07/2026: This is the very best restaurant in the area. If I could give 6 stars, I would have. The food is incredibly flavorful. Good portions and good timing between courses. The staff is attentive and very sweet. You feel more than welcome! They are all up for a chat. We went here twice during our week in Bologna. You absolutely must eat here!

08/06/2026: The food was absolutely delicious; we're still talking about it. Andrea explained everything to us in detail and gave us excellent advice. We've rarely eaten so well. He also has fantastic wines and non-alcoholic drinks that he makes himself. The pasta is also freshly rolled and prepared on-site. We'll definitely be back; Bologna is very conveniently located for a stopover.

18/07/2026: I visited this restaurant with my family and immediately felt at home. I'll start by saying that I don't eat fish, but I wanted to take my wife to eat there for her birthday. The result far exceeded all expectations. My meat appetizer was perfect, followed by a really good tagliolini with bacon, and for our daughter, an orecchiette with cherry tomatoes. My wife was thrilled with the mussels and clams, followed by the linguine with mussels Taranto-style. The desserts were all delicious: pistachio semifreddo accompanied by a candle (a very thoughtful touch), a chocolate tenerina with mascarpone, and a mind-blowing green apple sorbet. Finally, they brought us some homemade cookies accompanied by a liqueur. A highly recommended culinary experience, accompanied by the owners' unique hospitality. We'll definitely be back ❤️

25/07/2026: Review: ★☆☆☆☆ I booked a table for July 23rd on July 7th, clearly specifying that it was a proposal and requesting a reserved table with a view. I was assured there would be no problems. Upon arrival, however, we were assigned a table in the middle of the hallway, with no privacy and a constant flow of people. When I explained what we had agreed, I was told I would have to call back to confirm my request, something I never communicated and was denied by messages. It's a shame, because you choose a restaurant for its atmosphere, especially on such important occasions. To make things even more disappointing, the food didn't even live up to expectations. I wouldn't recommend it, especially if you're looking for reliability for a special occasion.

21/07/2026: We tried this restaurant on a recommendation for a bachelor party. There were 13 people at the table. What can I say... First of all, it's impossible not to notice the fantastic view. The terrace, in true rustic style, overlooks the valley, offering breathtaking sunsets and panoramas to capture, perfectly complementing the experience, whether with friends or, in my opinion, as a couple. The food is well-served, with simple yet appreciable plating. Above all, the quality and deliciousness of the dishes immediately catches the eye, and they did not disappoint. Indeed, at this Hostaria, tradition and a touch of innovation—which never hurts—combine for a truly pleasant and distinctive blend of flavors. Absolutely delicious! Above all, as a customer, I'd like to point out the following: due to a series of events, we showed up a full 40 minutes late compared to our reservation. A truly unpleasant delay. Upon our arrival, the staff was friendly, courteous, and professional. We had a wonderful dinner, and the kitchen was truly efficient and accommodating. I think this is a key detail to highlight and recognize. Such professional and courteous staff is not always easy to find, especially when the customer is at fault. However, everyone was extremely courteous, and the dinner went smoothly. In summary: A rustic restaurant in the hills with a breathtaking view, good, traditional food, and friendly, professional staff. Definitely worth a try, for couples or groups!

15/07/2026: Historic Chinese restaurant in Sasso Marconi, present long before the all-you-can-eat trend, I highly recommend it for anyone who wants to try authentic Chinese cuisine. Despite the quality, the prices are very low, nowadays you won't find such a good value anywhere else!

17/07/2026: We stayed overnight while passing through. We received a very warm welcome; it has a very family-run atmosphere. The staff and owners are very friendly. The food was good and reasonably priced. Unfortunately, the rooms weren't quite up to our standards. The room hadn't been updated in a long time. With a little effort, it would be possible to create something truly wonderful; the property has potential.

26/06/2026: Very friendly family serving genuine local cucina and fabulous sea food dishes. Spacious rooms well maintained with air-conditioning and excellent WiFi connection. Last but not least fantastic breakfast.

16/05/2026: We didn't stay at the hotel, but we had lunch at the restaurant. The atmosphere is rustic but welcoming. The staff is friendly. The service is fairly quick. We ordered a platter to share, followed by passatelli (very good) and beef cheek...the meat was incredibly tender. Good value for money, especially considering it's close to Bologna. Outside the restaurant is a lovely park where you can stroll.

07/05/2026: The best bed of the month. Clean room, bathroom, redone overnight. A sumptuous breakfast (watch the video), all homemade desserts. The restaurant serves its only dish, avoid the lasagna, which obviously isn't very good, but the rest is definitely better. The young, lively, and enthusiastic staff are a great team, no exceptions. Definitely worth returning.

04/05/2026: I chose this place to celebrate my 40th birthday and because I love craft beers, the girl who served us even gave me a beer 🥰 ❤️ so everything was perfect, suitable for a young clientele between 30 and 40 years old, very good dishes, shame about the onion rings, good but not as crispy as one would expect, the people who work there are very kind and friendly, maybe because I was on crutches 🤣 jokes aside, very kind and friendly, I'll come back, the price is worth it, McDonald's and many other places should be ashamed of selling €10 sandwiches, they are disgusting here, the price is in my opinion even low for what it's worth, I will return regarding the music, a bit of a flaw, you struggle to hear what the person next to you is saying, it should be quieter

14/06/2026: The place isn't particularly welcoming, but the staff (without waiters) is very kind and professional. The food is excellent and, as the name suggests, quick. My company and I had a great time, although the table service is lacking, as is the table setting. We highly recommend going there, especially if you're not an expert for the reasons mentioned above.
