03/04/2024: In the 50 years that I have been hanging out in restaurants, I have never had such a bad dinner, I would advise the new managers to change jobs, they don't know what catering means. Excessive prices, unclassified food, unclassifiable service and I'll stop here.

06/02/2024: Fixed appointment! Kindness and lots of taste! I constantly get pizza at this place and I always appreciate the precision, friendliness, commitment, kindness and... the flavour! Light and very good pizza, with quality products. Perfect for takeaway with the possibility of home delivery! Give the pizza chef the green light to make the choice: always different flavors and always delicious results! Sometimes it happened that I didn't eat it immediately and, despite being eaten 20 minutes after taking it away, the dough was light and not chewy. Good flavor and pleasant aroma. Approved!

11/03/2024: I dined at Donatello several times during my business trips to Imola. The dishes are well looked after, the products used are good as are the wines, the offer on the menu is a bit limited but on the other hand you can opt for the pizza, overall everything is good. Fast service, courtesy and kindness from the staff, prices slightly higher than the average in the area but for those who stay in the hotel the convenience of not having to go outside to have dinner remains. Advised.

24/03/2024: Excellent pizza, the owners are meticulously good at sourcing the best products of typical Campania cuisine... the place is very nice, the bathroom is always super clean. Soft dough with slightly crunchy crust. Considering the (low) standard of Imola I would say it is one of the best.

22/03/2024: Delicious pizza, friendly staff, fast service, in one of the prettiest corners of the historic center! Special thanks to the pizza chefs who entertained my two-year-old son by showing him the fire of the wood-burning oven and making him mini pizzas in the shape of animals! Super recommended!

26/12/2023: Considering that we have been for lunch four other times and had a good time in terms of quality and price, I have to say I am very, very disappointed, and saddened, by how lunch on Christmas Day was. 1 there were nine of us with a 4 year old child, one of the two starters was made up of shells filled with ricotta, after having emptied them we asked if they had a little bit of tomato for the child, the terse answer was a NO and in a very rude way . In your opinion, restaurant cuisine doesn't have a spoonful of tomato? 2 one of the second courses was roast pork with a side of apples, the meat was good but we spread the well-known pitiful veil on the apples. 3 dessert, if they left the classic panettone it would have been better 4 very slow table service, at the table from 1pm to 4.10pm you see. Nb the child still paid €40 without the revolutionary addition of a spoonful of canned tomato I wish you happy holidays and good work

13/02/2024: Happened some time ago for a drink in the evening aperitif time, terrible. They bring you two peanuts placed in a glass bottle and two chips (tell me if this can be defined as an aperitif). However, they outdid themselves in the afternoon, at 5pm, an empty bar. We ask if we can sit down to have a tea/coffee and in response we are rudely told that we would have to leave at 5.30pm (they had to prepare for the aperitif, putting the peanuts in the bottles probably takes up a lot of time). During our meal the "polite" boy, after less than 5 minutes, started taking napkins and sugar away from us as if he wanted to chase us away. I know, I'm a sadist for having returned to the bar again that had disappointed my expectations and not having left after the boy's response but there certainly won't be another time. Stay away from this bar!
