The fish is fresh, well-cooked, and you can tell the ingredients are treated with respect. The seafood risotto is excellent, one of those dishes that alone makes the stop worthwhile. 02/05/2026: We celebrated a baptism at this restaurant. The place is very beautiful, especially the windows that let in constant light. The service wasn't great because some requests and arrangements weren't met, such as having two glasses—one for water and one for wine. At times, the dishes were served in a disorganized manner; while we still had our appetizers, they brought the first course sperlonga without even taking the previous dish away. Some dishes served in the second course, such as grilled vegetables, were only served to a few people, forgetting about the others and wanting to bring them after the second course. Be careful of intolerances; ask several times because they apparently don't pay much attention. The appetizers were good, the first courses were nothing special, and the meat was very good and tender.

12/02/2026: We had a wonderful experience at L’Azdôra Pasta Fresca Pedagna in Imola. The fresh pasta was absolutely delicious and tasted truly homemade. I had the quadretti ripieni al ragù (stuffed square pasta with meat filling and ragù), and it was fantastic. The pasta was perfectly cooked, the meat filling was rich and flavorful, and the ragù was authentic and comforting. Finished with Parmigiano Reggiano, it was simple yet incredibly satisfying — exactly what you hope to eat in Bologna. You can really taste the tradition and quality of fresh handmade pasta. A must-visit if you want to experience true Bolognese cuisine. We will definitely come back next time we are in Imola! 😊🍝

Colorful dishes, rich in flavor and texture, with a wealth of spices carefully balanced, each dish presented with a brief description of the ingredients used, and informal and truly pleasant service—a wonderful experience I highly recommend!
