10/02/2026: Nice place, very welcoming and kind staff!

01/02/2026: I highly recommend this place. We recently came here craving a delicious pizza. This was immediately disproved when the pizzas arrived at our table. They were low and soft, looked horrible, and smelled terrible. We even sent a couple back. The mozzarella wasn't fresh, the pizzas were very lightly topped, to say the least. The only redeeming feature is perhaps the service, which wasn't bad. There were about ten of us, and after eating the pizza, we felt sick all night with severe stomach pain and nausea. Especially since it's just a few steps from the center of Spello, for those who want a good pizza, just go downtown and you'll find tons of places that are at least adequate for a decent dinner. I strongly advise against it.

15/03/2026: This wine bar offers both food and drinks, and overall my experience wasn't particularly positive. I found the service rather sketchy and improvised. We asked for the wine list several times, but it was never provided. Instead, they listed a few wines verbally and brought some directly to our table. We ultimately accepted them, but we would have preferred to have been able to browse the wine list at our leisure. We then asked for water several times, which wasn't brought until about a quarter of an hour later. When we asked for the menu to order food, we were asked to wait because the menu was displayed on a poster, but at that moment it was already being used by another table, so we had to wait for them to finish reading it before we could choose our dishes. As for the food, we had a tartare and a bruschetta with butter, lemon, and anchovies, but we weren't particularly impressed. Overall, nothing memorable. In short, for me, it's a neighborhood place with no particular strengths, and I personally wouldn't return.

11/10/2025: An intimate, private, and welcoming restaurant in the center of Gubbio! Extremely friendly staff, a friendly and approachable owner. Delicious, carefully prepared dishes. If you're in the city center, don't miss it—highly recommended!

22/09/2025: Nothing special. The food was good, but nothing special, especially considering the prices. I expected something better. The garden where we had lunch was also very beautiful, but it's a shame the place is poorly maintained and reminiscent of a village festival.

04/01/2026: Through a local friend, we came here for dinner to enjoy traditional cuisine. We had a manfricolo with broad beans, pancetta, and pecorino cheese, which was good but not as exciting as I'd hoped; a wild boar stew, which was good; and a guinea fowl cooked on a grill, which was good and flavorful. The creamed chicken livers were also excellent, perhaps a little dry, but ultimately good. The service was quick and friendly, and the prices were affordable. I'd give it a 4-.

26/10/2025: A very old and charming property in the heart of Narni. Family-run, with very friendly staff. It also has a restaurant serving excellent traditional cuisine. Ideal for exploring this ancient city. Recommended for those not looking for sophisticated accommodations. Covered parking is available near the hotel, and free for motorcyclists.

30/01/2026: We had dinner this evening at this trattoria and it was a wonderful experience. The staff was welcoming, to say the least, and Massimo, the owner, exudes his passion for his work and the trattoria itself through every aspect of his service. Delicious food, from appetizer to dessert. Highly recommended in every way. We'll definitely be back if we're ever in the area again!

07/01/2026: I've only been there once when I visited Assisi, but the experience was so positive that I'm sure I'll be back. The cuisine is truly delicious, with carefully prepared traditional Umbrian dishes: from the rich and flavorful first courses to the succulent meats, each course reflects the local tradition. The atmosphere is welcoming and peaceful, perfect for slowly savoring each dish. The staff is friendly and helpful, ready to explain the dishes and recommend wine pairings. In short, a must-see for anyone seeking authentic and genuine cuisine in Assisi: I'll definitely be back to relive this experience. 🍝🍷✨

05/03/2026: Unfortunately, it's clear that Mr. Ugo is no longer managing the restaurant. I didn't like the pizza at all; the pasta with clams wasn't appreciated either. The only positive things we found were: - Mr. Ugo's thoughtfulness and friendliness - Mr. Ugo's amazing ice cream What a shame...

01/03/2026: We stopped in after a visit to the area. The place is rustic and charming. The staff was courteous and friendly, but the real highlight is the menu: the quality of the ingredients, fresh and flavorful, was evident right from the appetizers. The pappardelle and wild boar were excellent. We'll definitely be back!

18/07/2025: Il ristorante ha, dei tavoli all' aperto, il menù non è ampio ma con prodotti di qualità. Gli affettati, e la guancia molto erano buoni. Bisogna prenotare specialmente quando ci sono feste a Spello.

08/01/2026: My husband and I stayed for New Year's Eve and left on January 2nd. We both stayed and dined at the Locanda, and it was a wonderful experience! Everyone was very kind, and the dinner was superb! Breakfast was meticulously prepared, with a different dessert made every day by the owner of the Locanda! Highly recommended! We'll be back soon!
