08/02/2025: Location rustica, ma molto accogliente con un grande camino, che usano anche per cucinare una mortadella buonissima. Perfetto per il pranzo della domenica con un menù ricco (antipasto, 2 primi, 3 secondi, contorno e dolce) a 35€ con piatti saporiti e sfiziosi e porzioni giuste, e se si ha ancora fame fanno sempre anche il ripasso!

12/03/2025: Devo dire che non è facile trovare una magistrale tecnica di esecuzione (penso alla crema di broccolo viola per il benvenuto dello chef) insieme ad una attenta scelta delle materia prime (penso alle fettuccine al tartufo, ma anche alla tartare) insieme ad una estrema attenzione nel portare a tavola (penso alla cloche sollevata davanti al mio naso per le mie fettuccine al tartufo) insieme ad una presentazione che mi fa capire che nello chef c'è grande gioia nel fare (penso alla mia tartare, pazzesca!...). E se tutto questo è in una cittadina della provincia umbra, assolutamente gradevolissima ma fatalmente più esposta ad un turismo leggermente meno consapevole... Beh.. Allora... Chapeau ! Personalmente preferisco l'apparecchiatura con tovaglia per ragioni igieniche ma il piano di cristallo mi dava grandi sensazioni di igiene; in effetti anche più di una tovaglia quindi... super-promosso! Tavolo grande (non il 60x60...), finalmente un ristorante dove si possono scambiare due parole in santa pace; ambiente forse leggermente ricercato ma ci stava... Superlativa la scelta di vini al calice! Posso dirvi che se siete di Roma questo ristorante vale il viaggio! Questa ristorazione mi ha parlato di vocazione. Io ci tornerò perché... vale il viaggio, e grazie anche da Michela !

02/03/2025: Come non dare il massimo del punteggio ad un ristorante del genere!!!!! Ristorante delizioso, abbiamo ricevuto in regalo il menù degustazione della campagna; 5 portate una più gustosa dell’altra sapientemente preparate dallo chef e narrate dai proprietari. Narrate perché sono state vera poesia per la vista e per il palato . Tutto ottimo, accompagnato da un vino delizioso. A fine cena mi è stata regalata una pergamena contenente una ricetta dello chef. Quindi siamo stati coccolati. Esperienza da provare

The location is designed down to the smallest details, with refined and high-impact stylistic elements. The food was delicious, genuine and best represented the tradition of Umbrian cuisine. A special applause to the owner, a person of unique kindness and spontaneity, who passionately transmits her love for the kitchen, the restaurant and above all for the guests. A perfect place for a relaxing evening in an elegant and welcoming environment. Absolutely recommended!

07/03/2025: Cena in famiglia.. Ogni volta trovi grandi novità! Oltre ai loro super antipasti ci hanno deliziato con un tortello fritto di carbonara con ripieno di uovo liquido, raponzoli fritti, spalletta di maiale brado. Primi strepitosi cucinata dalla signora Patrizia con maestria: tortelli ripieni di manzo stufato su un fondo di arrosti, gnocchi ripieni di funghi porcini. Come secondi abbiamo preso il coniglio in porchetta con finocchietto servito con una deliziosa crema di patate e carré di agnello. Per finire in bellezza abbiamo scelto le ultime delizie della chef Benedetta: bignè ripieni di crema chantilly con fondente liquido servito al tavolo e la crostatina di frolla con una coulisse di lamponi, chantilly e soffice di mimosa. Tutto è stato accompagnato da un servizio attento e preciso ad ogni esigenza da parte di Tommaso. Con la sua professionalità e simpatia ci ha reso la serata ricca di allegria e spensieratezza! 10/04/2025: A beautiful location with a beautiful view (if the weather is good I recommend the outdoor tables). Excellent cuisine with local products. The ciliegiolo stew was excellent and the first courses were excellent. Homemade sweets and bitters too. Ask for the dessert "the princess"... a pleasure ❤️🥳

06/04/2025: Small but welcoming restaurant, always book with a margin, competent, friendly and jovial owner, dishes refined in the quality of the local cuisine, abundant and very delicious dishes, courteous staff, very kind and helpful, prices within the norm, I recommend paying him a visit.

24/03/2025: Siamo stati io e il mio ragazzo a cena alla Trattoria ci hanno accolto con la loro cucina strepitosa, antipasti deliziosi e anche proposte del giorno fuori menu.. personale e servizio ottimi al punto che abbiamo deciso di tornare anche la sera successiva. Ottima accoglienza, posto suggestivo immerso in un borgo medievale con una terrazza fuori piena di fiori e curata nei dettagli. Una menzione speciale alle cuoche con i loro piatti superlativi….e la loro simpatia !! Ottime proposte anche vegetariane !!

24/03/2025: Having dinner inside a historic building from the Roman era is already enough, I think. Instead, you find yourself eating a super platter of incredible cold cuts and cheeses, especially the lentil flan, then you continue with a plate of strozzapreti with ricotta cream, sausage and truffle. And dessert? Wait though. Because at a certain point the service stops, warned by a call from Campanella and as if by surprise the owner briefly explains the history of the place where you are eating! To finish, you then have a nice Rocciata where inside you find all the flavor of an ancient recipe. Highly recommended. We had dinner for two and we didn't even take a photo. Yes, because we were more attentive to looking at the walls, the ceiling of the place and the dishes than taking the phone from the jacket😂. We really felt at home!
