13/01/2025: Let me start by saying that we didn't stay there so I can't give a rating to the rooms, but the dinner was fantastic!! Super-prepared and kind staff, my boyfriend doesn't eat truffles and in the kitchen they immediately took care of being able to offer him alternatives. The format is a menu with a fixed price of €30, drink, coffee and dessert included. Incomparable quality-price!! Everything was good and we were also able to try some rather special dishes. The photos don't do the goodness justice. We will definitely be back!!!

15/02/2025: A very pleasant discovery of this place whose owner is the strong point of the experience. Well yes, a very well-kept, clean place located in a strategic point of Orvieto, an essential menu but also excellent off-menu items which are TOLD and you can taste it from the words. The quality of the raw materials is excellent and the wine list is truly comprehensive. I will bring back great memories and I will definitely eat there again.

12/01/2025: Ne avevo sempre sentito parlare ottimamente da amici e parenti, così abbiamo deciso di prenotare. Ottimo servizio, super professionale e simpatico. Antipasto con affettati superbo di qualità superiore. Cinghiale mai così buono, con un sughetto che chiamava la scarpetta con il pane. Rapporto qualità prezzo top.

Quando ci rechiamo in Umbria in vacanza il Borgomela è per noi tappa obbligata. Se non stessimo in Lombardia, saremmo clienti assidui! Bravissimi!

25/01/2025: I was last night to celebrate my birthday with my partner and I must say that Perbacco rightfully ranks among the best places I have ever eaten in my life, not only for the refined and magnificently revisited quality of the food, but also for having done the best when making the decision to eat out: seeking atmosphere and relaxation, feeling of welcome and awareness of being in a special place, almost detached from reality, in which to restore the spirit even before the body. 21/01/2025: On August 24, 2024 I went to the wedding of a great friend Daria and for the first time I discovered this magnificent place. The food was amazing, everything was good and what can I say about the kind, smiling, welcoming staff. I returned for New Year's Eve and on this occasion too they did not disappoint me.

19/01/2025: Everything was superb, from starters to desserts. One of the best restaurants we have eaten at. Impeccable service. Very well cooked dishes with excellent raw materials, a rare combination to find lately. Excellent truffle, not like a tourist. Beautiful and well-kept location. Absolutely recommended. We will come back for sure.

01/02/2025: Che dire… siamo capitati in questo ristorante per caso, non avevamo posto dove cenare e abbiamo provato a chiamare per sapere se avevano disponibilità. Gentilissimi, ci hanno ricavato due posti. È stato tutto perfetto: dall’accoglienza, fino al conto. Il locale si sviluppa in un vecchio frantoio, il posto è ben curato e bellissimo. Appena seduti ci hanno offerto un aperitivo a base di vino bianco e pasta di pane fritta… antipasto crostone con burro di pecora e tartufo fresco, primi buonissimi, quaglia sublime, per concludere con un dolce da 5 stelle. Personale gentile, simpatico e preparato, location da 10 e lode… che dire, consigliatissimo! RAPPORTO QUALITÀ PREZZO PIÙ CHE ECCELLENTE!!! (Abbiamo pagato 69€ tutta l’esperienza)

01/02/2025: Excellent dinner! Friendly staff, excellent service and quality food! I highly recommend the Florentine steak, quality meat and perfect cooking! The prices are absolutely not high, considering the quality of the food and the service. The venue is very intimate and characteristic.

27/01/2025: Trattoria La Gallina Liberata of Narni is located in an alley near a viewpoint. Typical cuisine, in a simple and rustic restaurant. I started with grandfather Guido's bruschetta, liver and chicory pâté. Then I chose the Narnese gnocchi - slightly spicy - good and to conclude the wild boar stew with plums which has a taste with the right balance between the ferrousness of the meat and the sweetness of the plums. Dinner accompanied by a glass of red. As the menu title says, the atmosphere is homely with truly passionate service.

08/01/2025: Trattoria in pieno centro storico. Ambiente caldo ed accogliente. Menu tipico umbro. Accoglienza gentile e cordiale. Il menu viene presentato su una lavagnetta. Ho preso una pasta fatta in casa alla Ternana, e poi faraona servita con crostini di fegatini, strepitosa... Ci torno sicuramente

05/01/2025: Lillero was one of those culinary discoveries you want to make again. The environment, decidedly original and welcoming, is the perfect setting for a real food and wine experience! The menu is full of typical dishes of the area and the wine list is no different. The raw materials are special and the only problem is not being able to order the entire menu to try everything! Lillero is certainly an obligatory stop if you pass through Terni.
