06/11/2025: What can I say... a gem in Tuscany.
Small but beautiful. They still cook real food here!! Beautiful ingredients and very original! The poached egg appetizer was excellent. Then, homemade parpadelle with wild boar stew. Ricotta tart with figs!!
It was all delicious.
The service was very pleasant and extremely friendly. This is what you go to Italy for.
06/11/2025: Chosen at random after a trek, it was a pleasant surprise. Seasonal ingredients showcased well, portions were just right, and the first courses were generous. Plus, they even seated us even though it was past 2:30 PM. Highly recommended!

Excellent ingredients, elaborate pizzas that are different from the usual pizzerias.
Everything was excellent, and the service was impeccable.

30/11/2025: We had dinner at this restaurant and can't say enough about it! The atmosphere is truly enchanting, perfect for a romantic evening or a special dinner. The real surprise, however, was the food: Gabriele in the kitchen manages to transform traditional dishes into true magic, with an innovative touch that makes them unique and irresistible. Each dish is a discovery, tasty and refined, but without ever losing the authenticity of classic recipes.
A special thanks also to Roberta, who welcomed us with warmth and professionalism, making us feel at home.
Highly recommended for those seeking a quality gastronomic experience in a welcoming and refined environment. We will definitely be back!

07/12/2025: We came to this restaurant because of the all-you-can-eat menu. We were a little worried that this type of offering might negatively impact the quality, but we were disappointed. We tried a little bit of everything, and all the dishes were carefully prepared and very tasty. The portions are just the right size (allowing you to try multiple dishes, and the first courses are quite generous). We particularly enjoyed the tagliatelle with Cinta Senese ragù, the gota, and the ribollita.
The service was very quick and courteous, and the price was absolutely reasonable for the experience.
A special thank you to the owners, who very kindly offered us a ride, given our difficulty finding a taxi after dinner. Thank you!
P.S. For future guests: if you're staying in the upper part of the village, don't walk there!

21/10/2025: I had already noticed this trattoria on a previous trip to Tuscany. I had considered it rather conservative. Yesterday, I had the opportunity to be served. The truly conservative menu, however, also includes tripe and pigeon. Dishes that are not very fashionable.
After the Crostini Toscani, I opted for the pigeon. Accompanied by a wine recommendation, Chianti Classico.
Conclusion ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
No further comments, as everything was excellent with competent service.
Locals and tourists alike are welcome here.
My first impression was confirmed: Conservative in the positive sense, 100%

29/10/2025: The setting and location are undoubtedly beautiful and well-kept, but the real shame is the pricing. Not to mention the wait.
The experience was ruined by the unacceptable quality-price ratio.
Charging €40 for a very simple dish like pasta with tomato sauce for a child is outrageous and unjustified.
For these prices, you can dine at restaurants with a much higher gastronomic standard.
I strongly advise the management to review and drastically reduce the prices, otherwise customers will not return, despite the beauty of the place.
19/10/2025: We went for a delicious Neapolitan pizza. We also had dessert, which was truly delicious.

14/12/2025: I've been to this restaurant three times now, and my previous experiences have always been positive, which is why I regret having to write this review.
On my last visit, however, I found wire from cleaning brushes in both the first and second courses. This is a serious incident, as it directly affects the safety and health of customers and could have had far more serious consequences.
I wasn't charged for the dishes, and the second course was remade, but I wasn't able to eat it. This gesture was appreciated, but it nevertheless undermined trust and created a significant disruption during the meal.
I'm writing this review not out of spite, but because mistakes like this need to be reported so they don't happen again.
PS
They cancelled my TheFork reservation to erase my negative review. In one word: scandalous.
