It's written all over Colle di Val d'Elsa that their cuisine is among the best... but what about the rest?
Everything else is also fantastic and deserves to be written on the walls of neighboring towns.
Fast service, fair prices, and an atmosphere filled with smiles and gracious manners.
Bravo!

14/03/2026: Italian Americans from NYC here; we fell in love with Torrione and the family that owns it. In our 5 days in Tuscany staying at Palazzo San Lorenzo we came here 3 times. It is by far the most reasonably priced restaurant in the area, and we had a life-changing pizza (it had fresh mozz di búfala, Tuscan sausage & fried eggplant). Ignore the dumb things people said in other reviews, if you like good home cooking at a good price come here.

21/01/2026: I had made a reservation for lunch on January 18th. However, when my family and I arrived, we found it closed. Shameful and disrespectful.
20/12/2025: The all-you-can-eat formula is truly a success; you can try every dish on the menu and decide whether to continue and gorge yourself on the food or sample everything, enjoying both the delicious starters and truly special main courses. The service is very friendly and efficient. Highly recommended.

13/04/2026: Unfortunately, not a good experience. The names of the dishes were very sophisticated and in essence nothing special. The prices were very high, around €20 on average for a first course, and the actual quality was very low. Two dishes were served half-frozen and then had to be remade and were charged the same. On the other hand, the view was very beautiful.

staff made my birthday party wonderful!! A very well-kept venue, with a quiet and welcoming atmosphere. The waiters were professional, attentive, and helpful. The food was delicious and the kitchen was punctual.
Highly recommended!
