27/01/2025: A real surprise!!!! Found it by chance while we were traveling to Naples for the Christmas holidays and we decided to break up the journey by stopping in Colle Val d'Elsa. It was almost 10pm and I booked a table for 10.30pm and they told me there was no problem. We arrive at the pizzeria and there were only us there, considering that all the places there close at 10pm. We were welcomed with courtesy and kindness, in a modern environment. I had read from the site that the pizzeria had entered the TOP 50, we choose our pizzas and what can I say, a real surprise, an excellent pizza that is both soft and crunchy but above all light and very digestible, thanks to the long leavening. Truly excellent pizza. At Napoletana I was surprised to find excellent pizza outside of my city. We then stayed to chat with the staff. Complements!

27/01/2025: Extraordinarily Guinness-worthy pizza Fabrizio and Claudia make us eat the best of pizza dough and the best of them. Dedicated with passion and intelligence in the main basic products and sharing with each other in the pizza toppings! Keep it up! Well done!

30/12/2024: I came here as part of a tour. The organization to get food out to everyone quickly was good. The view of the vineyards was beautiful. However the food was not good. The appetizer mixed plate had a good variety. The pasta potion was small and tasted abit bland.

22/11/2024: Ringraziamo allo staff per pranzo di oggi ottimo cibo e personale accogliente siamo stati in 10 pax per un pranzo di lavoro e vi consiglio di andare a trovare questo posto piatti buonissimi e ricchi di sapore ci si ritorna per una altro evento cordiali saluti ance alla proprietària ❤️

10/02/2025: Siamo stati qui domenica 9 febbraio a pranzo, capitati per caso tramite una prenotazione com Thefork, in quanto eravamo di passaggio durante un tour in Toscana. Siamo stati accolti benissimo, il proprietario è molto cordiale e disponibile, la cameriera gentile e professionale. Il locale è davvero particolare, ben curato con una sala dove all'interno ci sono i vecchi meccanismi del Mulino, che rendono tutto davvero molto interessante suggestivo. Abbiamo mangiato piatti tipici toscani, eseguiti bene e gustosi, mentre abbiamo visto altri tavoli che facevano la formula All you can Eat, davvero super, ma non si adattava a noi, perché avremmo mangiato davvero troppo prima di continuare il giro... Comunque la formula è interessante, perché ti permette di fare molti assaggi di piatti tipici ad un prezzo relativamente piccolo, e le portate avevano tutte un aspetto invitante! Chissà se torneremo mai, nel frattempo consigliamo a chiunque si trovi in zona di provare, ne vale la pena.

09/02/2025: Truly charming and charming place, very well kept. They have happily decided to keep as much of the old look of the mill as possible. Very friendly and easy-going service, and very fast. Good food and no unnecessary frills. Highly recommended!

26/01/2025: Pessima esperienza tre primi meno di mediocri tre grigliate miste per tre persone un coscio di pollo diviso in due un boccone di petto tre cinque rosticciane piccole secche 0,75 di acqua non sigillata 0,50 di vino acido due caffè 98,00 euro era pieno chi si accontenta gode a mai più

18/12/2024: La nostra famiglia frequenta l'astronave da almeno 25 anni. Noi non viviamo in Toscana ma tutte le volte che siamo passati per Siena andavamo all'Astronave. Purtroppo è cambiata la gestione. Mai più!
