11/03/2026: I should start by saying that I could eat anywhere in the world, but no one can cook like my wife. This location is a new one for me, having gone with colleagues because we were away on business. I can say that in terms of quality, there's no equal in the Rosolini area. Despite there being an evening (not ours) with a demonstration, the dishes arrived very quickly. The CARBONARA was truly five-star, tasty, and a full plate. The main course was a bit more modest, but no complaints there. Anyone passing through Rosolini simply must visit this place, which is also open for lunch.

21/11/2025: Absolutely amazing! A real authentic place in the touristy Noto. Top notch lasagna and their house wines are definitely great with any type of dish you pick from the menu. Last but not least, if you're lucky, the owners brings out his guitar and plays you some real Sicilian tunes!!! Don't miss out on this gem

03/04/2026: A simple yet welcoming location, the first course is a professionally prepared fish dish, the second course is excellent, golden fried calamari, and the mussels are delicious. Fast and friendly service, reasonable prices, and excellent wine. A choice of bittersweet aftertaste.

18/12/2025: We were 12 in total the travel agent made the booking but when we arrived they didn’t expect us to. Likely the agents fault. Luckily it wasn’t a busy day and they were happy to accommodate us . We tried almost all of the appetizers and all the pasta dishes.The service was excellent, with prompt food delivery and clearly of used plates. We all enjoyed all the various dishes, well made with fresh ingredients and local foods.

14/12/2025: Delicious seafood dishes and wines. Very unique and Sicilian with yummy sweet and sour sauces that I had not tasted anywhere previously. Great service. A wonderful experience all around.

08/04/2026: We found this place by chance; we were welcomed by Francesco, who guided us with kindness and professionalism to discover the flavors of Sicily. Dishes with authentic flavors, super-fresh fish, and a breathtaking view. A perfect lunch! And as promised, five of us will be back!

05/04/2026: This was such a great evening. The food was out of this world! Maybe the best pulpo I ever tasted, not even exaggerating. Next to that, delicious fish ragout pasta and amazing shrimp. Apart from the food, Francesco was a wonderful host to us and elevated the night with his welcoming service and hospitality. Grazie Mille Francesco! We will certainly come back next week before we leave!

07/04/2026: The overall experience ranged from mediocre to disappointing. The food was "acceptable," but far from what one would expect seeing the place decorated with Michelin Guide stickers from 2011 to 2023. More than a guarantee, they resemble a museum of past glories. As of today, it feels more like a tourist trap than a restaurant that lives up to that history. The atmosphere upon arrival was, to say the least, peculiar. Part of the team was sitting at a table with what appeared to be acquaintances, then they served with an almost admirably… frenetic energy. Before the standard response of "we have many 5-star reviews" or "if you didn't like it, you should have left it on your plate," let me preempt you: a bad experience isn't invalidated by statistics, and paying for service doesn't obligate you to stage a scene to validate your opinion. The saying "one flower doesn't make a summer" is true, but when the garden has been neglected for a long time, we're no longer talking about a single flower. In our case, the disappointment was enough to leave our plates half-eaten, our wine practically untouched, and skip dessert altogether. It wasn't an isolated incident, but rather a series of signs that suggest the current level of service doesn't live up to the image they try to project. Summary - Edible and decent food, nothing special - The waitresses were lovely. The rest of the staff was peculiar.

07/04/2026: I spent three days in this wonderful hotel. The room was tidy and clean. The breakfast was truly superb! Highly recommended!

03/04/2026: The hotel was lovely. We liked the rooms; they were very well-equipped. The bathroom had both a bathtub and a shower. One thing that stood out about the hotel was the minibar, which was stocked with non-alcoholic drinks—a very nice touch. There was also a coffee maker for making coffee or tea. We also thought the breakfast was good. The only issue was the staff being a bit slow with the coffee, but it wasn't a big deal; it was due to the high volume of guests. The location was incredible.
