15/07/2026: I honestly don’t even know what to write…
For two evenings in a row, we tried calling to make a reservation, but no one spoke English, and they kept hanging up on us.
In the end, we made a dinner reservation through Google. We arrived on time, but we were simply turned away. Again, no one spoke English, and when we explained that we had a reservation, they just gestured with their hands and essentially told us to leave.
Unfortunately, because of this experience, I can’t recommend this place.

11/07/2026: The waiters were very kind and helpful, but unfortunately poorly trained.
Let's start with the appetizers: good, but nothing exceptional. Next, the bottle of wine arrived already opened; fortunately, we asked for an unopened one, and it was replaced immediately without issue.
The fish entrees didn't meet our expectations: they seemed frozen, and the quality wasn't particularly high.
Overall, the experience fell short of expectations, and I don't think I'll return. The only positives were the kindness of the staff and the fairly reasonable bill.

03/08/2025: Trovandoci in vacanza al Lido di Noto e sempre per la nostra curiosità di provare nuovi ristoranti, sabato 21/06/2025 con mia moglie abbiamo cenato al Ristorante Dammuso.
Locale veramente molto …. molto carino, situato nel centro storico di Noto. Fatti subito accomodare abbiamo ordinato come antipasto crostone con burrata e alici e sarde fritte, a seguire tonno in crosta e polpo ca cipuddata. Tutto veramente molto buono e cucinato a regola d’arte. Bravi. Da consigliare assolutamente.

06/07/2025: Assolutamente da non prendere le linguine al gambero rosso. Ci siamo ritrovate con una pasta scarsa, con pochi gamberetti in stile surgelato che non avevano nulla a che vedere col gambero rosso di Mazara.

05/07/2025: Convinti delle recensioni piuttosto positive prenotiamo in questo ristorante che effettivamente è situato in posizione strategica e molto bella ma gli aspetti positivi finiscono qui! Servizio molto lento anche se presenti parecchie cameriere. Abbiamo dovuto attendere per avere l’acqua successivamente per avere il vino e le pietanze. Il primo è arrivato quando avevamo ancora i piatti dell’antipasto. Per quanto riguarda il cibo: abbastanza buono l’antipasto “di Ercole” mentre i primi assolutamente no. Le busiate allo scoglio erano brodose, il pesce volendo c’era ma cucinato così è uno spreco. Le busiate alle sarde molto forti di sapore, non le ho apprezzate. Prezzo direi non adeguato2 antipasti, 3 primi, mezzo litro di vino della casa 111 euro.

Siamo stati tutti male dopo la cena.
Bagni sporchi e con le porte che non si chiudono.
L’unica cosa che si salvava della cena era la parmigiana.
