21/12/2025: Good food, but poor service. The atmosphere is poorly maintained; it's unacceptable for water to leak into the dining room when it rains.

28/11/2025: Wasn’t going to book this because of the central location for fear of this being a tourist trap…I was proved completely wrong! Hands down our best meal during a weeks stay in Taormina. Food was superb, reasonably priced and the service was great. It was very quiet when we visited but I imagine the atmosphere will be phenomenal when it is fully booked. The walls are adorned with photos of famous faces who have ate here and I understand why! 100% recommend you to try here if you are in Taormina…you will NOT be disappointed!
23/10/2025: This restaurant is pure rip-off. Before you even read the menu, you're already served water at the table, the price of which is conflated with the wine. The menu is expensive, and although I don't know how it tastes, the way it's done is very bad. This is the only weak point of Taormina restaurants. It's a shame, because the rest of the restaurant is great.

11/12/2025: It's a 'slow' type of restaurant. Meant to relax and spend time taking it in. They don't pressure. Enjoy the view and atmosphere. Very good food. Dog friendly.

07/12/2025: I was doing the Sicilian transversal and found myself sleeping in the forecourt after having set up my tent. The owner, who happened to be there, didn't hesitate for a moment to give me a roof over my head and my sleeping bag inside the restaurant, especially given the very cold and humid night that was slowly advancing.

05/05/2025: Ci siamo capitati per caso dopo aver visto un video su tictok.Mangiato in 2 io e la mia signora. Spezzatino e parmigia buonissimi davvero! io un Primo busiate a raguttino di pesce che è stato uno spettacolo. Capitato per visitare palermo che non avevo mai visto. siamo della versilia. Domani ci torno per assaggiare altre piatti perché ne sono rimasto particolarmente colpito. Anche i cameri gentilissimi e pronti a regalarti un sorriso.

28/08/2025: If I could, I'd give everything a zero!! UNCOMMENTABLE FOOD AND PRICE! We had lunch after an hour's wait, with maybe only 4 tables to serve. The appetizer was for 4 people, but maybe two people ate, but not even that much!! High prices for the portions and non-existent staff!

18/06/2025: It was plesent and clean in a good location. Prices weren't to bad. But the food was very average. Nothing to right home about. There are better restaurants 2 mind away. Wouldn't bother going back. Probably better for the unadventurous eater.
14/06/2025: Volendo cambiare rispetto alle solite scelte per cui optiamo in occasione di pranzi e cene a Sferracavallo, dietro consiglio abbiamo deciso di provare Temptation, e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti.
Rispetto alla media delle offerte "menù fisso", c'è possibilità di scelta del secondo (peraltro molto buono) ed a livello di antipasti c'è molta più varietà (menzione per le arancine, buonissime).
Servizio rapido come ci si aspetta, ma per nulla opprimente ed anzi molto premuroso e professionale!
Rapporto qualità prezzo nella media!

27/11/2025: First, the bright and airy interior was nice.
The food was clean and delicious.
The parking lot was also convenient, with CCTV cameras outside. The owner was there to see me. Even though I had to park in more than one lane, it was fine.

15/01/2026: Today I went to this restaurant for lunch, and now I remember why I hadn't been there in a while.
I paid almost €100 for anything but good fish! I also had a scampi risotto that had no scampi at all, and even though we pointed this out, the response was: "That's how the chefs make it!"
What kind of response is that?
The other dishes were also disappointing!! Bottom line: I'll never go there again!

Tutto molto buono, porzioni molto abbondanti rapporto qualità prezzo fantastico e personale cortese.

01/08/2025: Non eravamo mai stati a Portopalo e dopo una visita al centro città ci siamo spostati in zona porto.
Per puro caso ci siamo fermati in questo ristorante.
Sono stati gentilissimi a farci accomodare nonostante non avessimo prenotato in quanto la sala era piena e molti non hanno avuto la nostra stessa fortuna.
Abbiamo mangiato del pesce freschissimo cucinato e marinato sapientemente.
Abbiamo dovuto chiedere dei contenitori per portare a casa quel ben di Dio che non siamo riusciti a mangiare.
Abbiamo preso un Piatto Mare per 2 persone veramente abbondante.
Ottima anche la pasta fresca ripiena, una grande differenza rispetto al classico raviolo pronto congelato per non parlare del fritto misto che ha preso mio figlio.
Alla fine è rimasto spazietto per un ottimo sorbetto al limone.
Lo consiglio vivamente e consiglio di prenotare.
