12/04/2025: Brioche with a tuppo too big and not heated. (this is how they bring it to the table in Sicily) As for the granita, not enough chocolate and too many almonds. What struck us most is that they don't even give you time to sit down that they ask you to pay the bill, without even bringing the receipt. (I would like to say jokingly you are afraid that people will run away) Disappointing.

12/04/2025: The pistachio brioches are NOT pistachio but are filled with green cream, which is different. I add, since it is not possible to answer: tastes are NOT strictly personal as they are intersubjective and if a croissant is called PISTACHIO croissant it is clear that it is expected to be filled with PISTACHIO cream otherwise the wording is a fraud: finding milk cream with the addition of pistachio flavor or a minimum percentage of pistachio cream does not correspond to what the name describes and therefore goes against ANYONE's expectations. Don't use cheap rhetoric to deceive and protect yourself, have a good day in your so-called impeccable 'pastry shop'.

26/03/2025: The food was outstanding, the service perfect. We took spaghetti al vongole et risotto di mare: excellent. Beautiful view too. Not very cheap but quality is here.

04/04/2025: Primi piatti molto buoni e abbondanti, la pecca è sull'antipasto. I fritti erano riscaldati in un fornetto ma nonostante questo erano tiepidi e non avevano croccantezza. Per il resto tutto ok, rapporto qualità prezzo buono. tranne per l'antipasto da 14 euro che non è preparato al momento.

01/04/2025: Nothing to say about the place, sea view... wonderful We were two people, we took two pizzas, a portion of chips, a beer and cocacola. The pizza was nothing special...we paid around €30 and I think it's a fair price given the location of the restaurant. I was perplexed by a guy who worked there, who seemed clearly annoyed when he came to take orders at the table.

12/01/2025: Sono cliente della pasticceria da anni, da quando ho assaggiato i loro dolci a Catania. Infatti quando potevo prima in aeroporto a roma (da diversi anni purtroppo non c e più il negozio) mi fermavo per coccolarmi con le prelibatezze siciliane. Anche oggi ero in zona trastevere mi sono allungata fino alla pasticceria abbiamo ordinato e quando mi stavo avvicinando all unico tavolo libero ancora da sparecchiare ho notato una coppia che molto furbamente ha occupato il tavolo prima di ordinare... Non mi piace fare questioni con i maleducati anche perché mi aspettavo un intervento del personale della pasticceria dato che non è normale che si sieda al tavolo chi ancora deve ordinare (il marito era ancora in fila) e si lasci in piedi chi invece ha già ordinato costringendolo a consumare una pasta e caffè in piedi ad un tavolo senza sedie. C è stato un tentativo da parte del personale di sistemare la situazione portandomi un sgabello di legno, non confacente ad una seduta. Mi spiace che c è stata poca accortezza nei confronti della clientela e sinceramente a malincuore rinunciero' ai prodotti di ottima qualità della pasticceria siciliana, ma non sarò più cliente se questo è il trattamento riservato.

30/12/2024: Locale abbastanza accogliente, leggermente esterno alla via principale dove il personale é davvero gentile e disponibile, simpatico e cordiale. Il cibo, purtroppo, non altrettanto all’altezza. Abbiamo aspettato molto per un paio di antipasti (cozze, zuppetta) non particolarmente da ricordare, anzi, dal sapore non proprio buonissimo. Primi abbondanti e ricchi: alcuni gustosi ad esempio lo scoglio, altri davvero difficili da mangiare come quello alle acciughe. Prezzo molto alto rispetto alla qualità del cibo, sinceramente non da tornarci

09/11/2024: Locale deludente. La pasta alla norma appena sufficiente, la pasta allo scoglio decisamente cattiva con pesce non fresco. La voglia di chiedere un secondo o un dolce è venuta meno e ce ne siamo andati. Gran delusione, speriamo la digestione non sia troppo difficile.

31/01/2025: Abbiamo pranzato oggi in questo ristorante e siamo stati benissimo. Materie prime freschissime e cucinate con grande capacità. Il tutto accompagnato dalla gentilezza di tutto il personale. Complimenti!

06/01/2025: We stopped here for a coffee after a walk from Oliveri. The man behind the counter wasn't rude, he just seemed disinterested. The girl with the nose ring was annoyed because we didn't exactly have the money, €5, to pay for them. She was equally indifferent to everyone else we saw her deal with. A very interesting way of treating customers. We will spend our money somewhere else next time, as we suggest you do.

21/09/2024: Sono stato in questo posto con un amico siciliano che ci ha accompagnato. Pochi piatti con antipasto unico per tutti, un paio di primi e un paio di secondi (secondo la disponibilità di materia prima), ma tutti rigorosamente "fatti in casa". Servizio nella media per un agriturismo. Prezzi onestissimi.

07/12/2024: I cannot express an opinion as, after having booked and having received confirmation of acceptance of the reservation, I arrive at the restaurant and find it closed. I ask some neighbors the reason for the closure and I am told that the place has been out of business for some time!!!

Masseria Carminello was in our heart and so is Masseria La Timpa because the heart is in there... there is a team that works well with a smile and taking care of details from all points of view... would I recommend it? absolutely YES❤️ we will be back soon 🥰

25/03/2025: As soon as we entered they made us sit at a table with stained tablecloths and greasy cutlery. Furthermore, the pasta portions were very small in quantity and the pasta was too al dente. When I got to the bill I didn't even have change to give. Terrible lunch
