04/04/2024: The third experience was BAD. Booked and confirmed by them 15 days before for Easter 31 March 24, when we arrived at 1.15pm they told us that the reservation was there but we would have to go and eat in one of their restaurants 20 meters from the one booked and with a totally opposite.

07/04/2024: I ordered a traditional meal with pork and local white wine - both were truly great and tasty, and the staff was very welcoming. Only the bread I received wasn't as high in quality as the other things I tasted, and the dish with pork would definitely need a side dish with it to make it complete. The staff was very nice and professional and they always offer a local liqueur to guests before they leave. I would recommend the place!

13/03/2024: Innanzitutto consiglio sempre la prenotazione, perchè il locale è spesso affollato e si rischia di non essere accettati. Durante la bassa stagione e nei gironi settimanali non si incorre nel rischio. La cucina è tipica cagliaritana e c'è la possibilità di assaggiare diversità di mare uscendone soddisfatti. L'accoglienza non è delle migliori e anche il locale è poco curato. Il servizio è però molto attento e veloce. Passando dall'ingresso alla sala da pranzo è possibile guardare direttamente il gran lavoro del personale in cucina e sbirciare nei piatti in preparazione. Abbiamo scelto un antipasto di mare, sebbene molto ricco, per via dell'ora tarda era incompleto di alcuni piatti già terminati (es. polpo con patate). I due primi, fregola e spaghetti allo scoglio, abbondanti e saporiti. Consiglio l'esperienza.

05/04/2024: Came on April 4, 2024, the food is very good, price-quality point of view, nothing to complain about. The service was efficient, one of the servers even spoke French and the menu is in 4 different languages ​​which makes choosing the dish easier. Easy access and parking space. I recommend it’s a sure value!

However, we ordered takeout and the food was pretty good despite not being freshly made.

29/03/2024: It is truly with great pleasure that I write this review because it was a unique experience. I went to this restaurant to celebrate a special occasion with my boyfriend, and without expecting it we found one of those places where you leave your heart, and above all the desire to return and be thrilled with authentic flavors and unexpected combinations. A great example of haute cuisine and excellence in Sardinia. The first impact was a well-kept room, which certainly does not lack touches of personality such as the bookcase that surrounds the gap that joins two adjacent rooms. The meter and all the dining room staff who accompanied us during the evening were impeccable, transmitting to us so much about the philosophy of their cuisine, the history of the ingredients and the place. Nothing has been left to chance and I am convinced that extreme courtesy is essential for the customer to have a complete and pleasant 360-degree experience. We were lucky enough to test the new menu on the day of its debut. I chose the 5-course vegetarian menu (Radici), while my boyfriend chose the 6-course omnivore menu (Memory). We really enjoyed the welcome aperitif, in particular the bao stuffed with chicken and the tartlet with goat yoghurt. Afterwards we were brought some excellent homemade bread with sourdough, accompanied by a generous portion of butter also made by them, whipped with saffron and dusted with fig leaf powder. To complete, breadsticks and an extremely tasty Villacidro oil. The vegetarian menu was one discovery after another, so much so that it's really difficult to choose the best dish! The first course on the menu is unforgettable, consisting of a thin pastry filled with asparagus cream, accompanied by various other preparations all based on asparagus, including a granita, and grated Sardinian truffle! Even the dish with the egg cooked at low temperature, crunchy onion, truffle and Sardinian flower foam and fermented apricot was a riot of flavours. My boyfriend, however, was particularly impressed by the potato gnocchi stuffed with crazy water. The delicious desserts concluded our experience. For me, a dessert starring the green apple. Biscuit base, almond cake filled with caramelized apples (very reminiscent of the flavor of strudel), apple foam, granita and fennel. For my boyfriend a caramel, carrot and coffee dessert. To end on a high note, a small pastry with a pair of ladyfingers (super!!) filled with strawberry cream, and truffle with bitter cocoa and mint. The dinner was a treat from start to finish, we will definitely be back and I highly recommend it. Congratulations to the whole team!!

29/03/2024: Typical Alghero cuisine with a fixed "surprise" fish menu: five tastings of starters, two first courses, two second courses, dessert, water and wine. All very good also thanks to the freshness of the fish. Quality and quantity at a very good price.

05/04/2024: We used the restaurant service, confirmation of flawless quality, genuine and tasty raw materials and dishes, excellent suckling pig, all delicious desserts. Credit for this beautiful experience also goes to Monica's service, on her first day, expert, good and very kind. The room with fireplace is very welcoming, the outdoor spaces are beautiful and well-kept. We'll be back!

04/04/2024: I agree the location is nice with lovely scenery but pay €8 for a beer and a coke without a snack/small bite aperitif is absolutely expensive..I gently remind to the management that this is not costa Smeralda

Spectacular beef tenderloin with abundant pepper sauce. How lucky to have found it by chance. They didn't have a place but when they came soon they took us. The photos of the place are exactly as they say. I'd come back
