19/02/2025: Ci siamo fermate a pranzo con un amica in questa hostaria, già dall'ingresso si parla di Sardegna, carinissimo il proprietario ci ha coccolato e spiegato tutte le pietanze che con grande professionalità ha scelto in tutta la sua terra per dare ai clienti le eccellenze. Io ho scelto il pesce mentre la mia amica carne, siamo felici di aver fatto questa scoperta e non vedo l'ora di tornare, consigliatissimo. Grazie

15/02/2025: Found by chance, it was a nice surprise. Excellent food and a warm and welcoming environment. Chef Luca has the power to triple himself while simultaneously managing to control the kitchen, take orders and proudly explain the dishes of his beloved Sardinia. We will be back for sure!

19/01/2025: Discovered by chance via Tripadvisor, everything was perfect. Nothing to say. Everything super perfect and super good. Lots of quality and even if the prices are a little high they are compensated by the goodness of the food. A triumph of colors and delicious dishes, an amazing pecorino fondue, the priest's hats indescribably tasty, fettuccine once upon a time that were excellent and the service? It's no less. WELL GOOD EVERYONE WE WILL BE BACK SOON.

15/02/2025: Valentine's evening, I worked all day until 11pm. I wanted to surprise my girlfriend of Sardinian origins by bringing her a seadas (a dessert she often talked about and that she had wanted for a while). At 7pm I called the restaurant that was supposed to close at 11:30pm and asked them this unusual request, that is, if it was possible to make one to take away at the time I would arrive at the restaurant. The owner, understanding the situation, waited for me and prepared the seadas and despite having traveled an additional quarter of an hour to get home, it remained warm. Well, what can I say, she loved it and I'm happy to have given her a nice surprise. We will definitely be back to try other dishes. Thanks again, you saved my Valentine's Day.

20/01/2025: Siamo andati a cena la scorsa settimana. La scelta di aprire un ristorante nel quartiere è stata coraggiosa, perché a ridosso di un centro commerciale con i soliti punti ristoro. Locale piccolo ma molto carino, con tanti prodotti provenienti dalla Sardegna. Il proprietario gentile. Abbiamo mangiato due spaghetti alla bottarga con un bel po' di bottarga: grattugiata e a fette. Una insalata di polipo e un filetto di maiale al mirto. Ci hanno portato anche del pane abbrustolito e il carasau. Unica pecca, forse il filetto di maiale non è perfetto da fare arrosto, perché si asciuga troppo, però era buono. Abbiamo speso sui 70 euro, ma considerando che in molti ristoranti della capitale paghi lo stesso prezzo per mangiare cibo qualunque...

20/01/2025: We had lunch at this place on a rainy Sunday in January. The experience went far beyond expectation. Excellent raw materials, good selection of wines, exquisite and absolutely traditional Sardinian dishes. The owner is a passionate, friendly and highly knowledgeable host. The platter with cold cuts, cheeses and vegetables in oil is highly recommended. Excellent fgole with scampi cream. Malloreddus Campidanese style delicious. Super promoted!

First and second courses executed with professionalism, a little '80s, but certainly tasty and tasty. Service a strong point, always courteous and quick, perfect online times. 10/12/2024: Stunning restaurant, I had very high expectations but the mixed souté was made with old fish, clearly due to the raw fish which had not been sold, zero flavour. The fried anchovies however were spectacular. The rock was full of fish, the octopus were wonderful, but it tasted of nothing even the sauce was low in salt. The frying is average, the fish is exceptional but the squid is rubbery. In short, what can I say, they have all the features but lack a strong base in the kitchen. The wine list was excellent, we had a spectacular Vermentino. I'm sorry because if it weren't for some things we would have returned.

Cibo di qualità e davvero ottimo: dal carpaccio con tartufo, la tartare di gamberi rossi, i calamari con carciofi come antipasti, gli gnocchetti sardi gustosi come da tradizione, per non parlare dell’astice alla griglia e della catalana di rombo SUPERLATIVI; tutto accompagnato dal tipico pane carasau sardo . Dolci fatti in casa buonissimi. Torneremo prestissimo, peccato averlo scoperto solo dopo un anno dall’ apertura. Complimenti anche ai padroni di casa, moglie e marito (lo chef) di una carineria e umiltà unica! Bravissimi continuate cosi !!!

15/02/2025: Siamo tornati alla Locanda del Sardo a Genzano e con la soddisfazione di sempre possiamo confermare la sublime esperienza gustativa vissuta a pranzo oggi... Inizio con elogiare lo spirito di accoglienza mostrato dai proprietari, sempre sorridenti e disposti a soddisfare le richieste di ciascun ospite. Piatti eccellenti, preparati dal grande chef, con tanta passione.. I prodotti primari freschi e genuini sono senz'altro uno dei tanti motivi di successo di questo ristorante:competenza dello chef e bontà delle materie prime creano il connubio vincente per asserire che questo ristorante rappresenta il fiore all'occhiello della cucina italiana. Sono pochi i luoghi del cuore dove si respira aria di tradizione, di buono, si genuino.. Questo è uno di quelli! Grazie per la vostra maestria e simpatia! Consiglio a tutti questo ristorante!

24/02/2025: Très bon accueil, souriant et rapide. Nous avons pris 2 Spritz et 2 Spaghetti à la Vongole, délicieux, parfait en un mot. En dessert un tiramissu pistache exquis. Je recommande vivement.
