The care, knowledge, and skill with which he presented each dish transformed this lunch into a true culinary experience. And what about the food? We were blown away by the deliciousness of every single dish. The ingredients, all strictly sourced from Sardinia, sent our taste buds into raptures. 05/09/2025: Very, very unique. Everything is focused on Sardinian cuisine. Excellent specialty dishes. A truly special little restaurant. The owner showed a deep love for his homeland and was particularly careful in describing the dishes. A very pleasant evening. I will be back.

03/10/2025: Yesterday we celebrated our wedding at this restaurant, and everything was simply perfect. The private room was elegant, with an impeccably clean private bathroom. The organization was excellent, the service professional and always courteous. The seafood menu was extraordinary: top-notch dishes, generous portions, and truly rare quality. Excellent value for money. My sincere thanks to all the staff for making this day unforgettable!

01/10/2025: We discovered this restaurant by chance and it was a pleasant surprise. The place is well-kept, intimate, and elegant. The seafood cuisine is excellent, with well-balanced portions and a good value. I especially recommend the squid ink ravioli. The staff is friendly and helpful: they offered us a glass of prosecco and some homemade desserts. A truly positive experience.

14/10/2025: We're from Lecce, and every year we vacation in beautiful Rome. Every day we eat at this wonderful restaurant, where we feel right at home thanks to the kindness of the owners. The food is divine, you'll never be disappointed. The staff is attentive to everything! The cleanliness is excellent, the restaurant is bright and welcoming... in short, I highly recommend it... you won't regret it!

07/09/2025: A charming place. We found it by chance and were truly delighted. The suckling pig (reservation required) and the raw fish dishes, which are superb, are highly recommended. The owners are extremely kind and friendly. Homemade cuisine and quality ingredients. I'm sure we'll be back.

09/09/2025: The place is nothing special, and the cuisine is very Sardinian. The food: the appetizer, a platter of cold cuts and cheeses, was presented in a way that was unpleasant and tasteless. The braised beef, which should have been cooked in Vernaccia, was very questionable; it tasted like a classic boiled meat in broth, and was flavorless. The pork shank with potatoes was good. The 375cl Cannonau wine was delicious. I would have expected something more from Sardinian cuisine. The price was a bit high for what I mentioned above.

21/10/2025: Our concierge at the Hotel Pacific recommended this restaurant not only because we were tired after our journey and it was right across the street, but she insisted that we needed to try some Sardinian food while we were in the Mediterranean. My understanding of the subject is that there wouldn't be Italian cuisine if it wasn't for the Sardinians!!!! Boy was she right!!!! Truly a multiple course gastronomic masterpiece....their menu complements the Sea, Earth and Sky element of sardinan cuisine...all kinds of incredible seafood options, a fresh array of fruits and vegetables fresh from the farm, several poultry,pork and beef entrees to boot!!! May I highly recommend the Smoked Swordfish appetizer with melon and lechuga....and the Tiramisu is Fabulous!!!! If you're in a hurry....go have fast food!!!! Truly an old world dining experience.....great service....an incredible culinary delight... Now I'm back in Middle America craving some Sardinian food....our best meal in Rome!!!

08/09/2025: It's been a destination for business lunches and dinners for the past 5 or 6 years, whether for pleasure or simply because people don't feel like cooking and order in. A seafood restaurant with themed evenings, including meat and specialty recipes. I seriously believe it's one of the best restaurants in Rome. A wine list that rivals many restaurants and wine bars. 17/09/2025: Unfortunately, my experience at the Dolmen restaurant was not a positive one. The decor appears shabby and poorly maintained, while the staff seems lacking in enthusiasm and attention. The bread, served very thinly with oil, was unappealing and almost felt obligatory. Furthermore, they didn't provide the necessary plates for a comfortable mussel meal, and the fregole were bland and lacking in character. I don't understand why they have a 4.6 rating on TripAdvisor... perhaps we had an unlucky evening, but the experience doesn't reflect that rating at all. I hope Dolmen can improve these aspects, because with a little more attention, the restaurant could offer a better experience.

The food is among the best I've had in Rome; the ingredients are meticulously measured, the presentation is always stunning, and the staff is courteous and friendly. It's on par with Michelin-starred restaurants, and a must-visit if you're in the area (or even if you're not!). I hope to return as soon as possible!

Natascia and Francesco are wonderful people and have always welcomed us with kindness and professionalism.
