15/01/2026: A welcoming trattoria in a refined, unconventional setting just steps from Piazza del Popolo. I tried some interesting cuisine: pici al pepe with artichokes, an excellent Jewish-style artichoke, and a creamy pecorino cheese with truffle. Very friendly, welcoming staff, and very reasonable prices. Considering we're in the center of Rome, offering carefully revisited traditional cuisine, I'll definitely be back.

06/01/2026: I wanted to thank the restaurant for the wonderful experience last night!
We booked through The Fork for a friend's birthday and had a truly wonderful time.
The owners were incredibly kind, welcoming us as if we were at home and were always there to make sure everything was perfect.
The food was excellent, and we especially appreciated the gesture of offering us another complimentary first course and a delicious cake made by the lady (with sour cherries and ricotta, delicious!).
Thanks again for your hospitality and impeccable service! Recommended! 👍"
06/01/2026: An authentic Roman restaurant, with a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere. From our arrival until dessert, we were pampered by the staff, who served us traditional Roman dishes with kindness and friendliness.

20/01/2026: Koreans, you must go!!
After visiting the National Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art,
we searched for a nearby restaurant, ranked by star rating.
It took a long walk
and a bit of a wait outside,
but it was well worth it.
The interior wasn't very spacious,
but the customers waiting with me were pleasant,
and the staff were friendly and helpful.
Lunch was a reasonable price of 12 euros
and the food was delicious.
If I ever come back to Rome,
I'll definitely be back.
18/01/2026: Great prices, excellent and very fast service, and truly delicious food. The carbonara and tiramisu are definitely worth trying. It's the perfect neighborhood restaurant. I recommend making a reservation because it's not very big and is very popular.

12/01/2026: I can highly recommend the carbonara here. It's especially noteworthy that the pasta is homemade – you can taste the difference immediately. The service was very friendly and warmly Italian. The owner even took the time to chat with us after our meal and gave us some tips.
If you're looking for high-quality, authentic pasta, this is definitely the place to go.

18/01/2026: I had ‘turbans’ and grilled veg. The food was the best I’ve had so far in Italy. Which, to be fair, isn’t saying much only I’ve been here 3 days… but oh dear lord I savoured every morsel!!!! It was just so perfectly seasoned. The staffs etiquette was impeccable and the surroundings really quite special.

01/02/2026: A restaurant offering traditional Roman cuisine and pizza in the Porta Pia area. The staff is very helpful and welcoming, and the restaurant is decorated like a typical trattoria with Roman touches. We had pizza and a variety of side dishes, and everything was delicious! The artichoke was excellent!
31/01/2026: Six of us came for the first time. The staff was more than kind and helpful, the service impeccable and attentive to detail. (Cutlery changed between appetizers and first courses). The fried foods and typical Roman appetizers were delicious, and the first courses were excellent. They kindly accommodated all our requests regarding intolerances and the like. Thank you, we'll be back.

22/01/2026: I visited Osteria del Cavaliere in Rome and was truly satisfied. I ate exceptional pork ribs, incredibly tender, well-cooked, and flavorful, with meat that fell off the bone and a balanced seasoning that didn't overpower the flavor of the ingredients. You can taste the cuisine of the old-fashioned osterias, prepared with care and without frills.
The portions are generous, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, typically Roman, where you immediately feel at home. The service was friendly and attentive, without being intrusive. I also found the quality/price ratio to be more than fair.
A place you'll gladly return to if you want good, authentic food. Recommended.

20/01/2026: On my very first day, I was lucky enough to discover this wonderful restaurant. Paolo, the owner, loves his job, and so does his gem of a chef. The Carpaccio di Anantra was divine and the start of my wonderful meal. Five courses for €45 – the quality was mesmerizing! I'll definitely be back during my stay. Highly recommended.

Kudos to the chef in the kitchen for creating truly inspiring and flavorful menus. The idea of a painting vernissage, which periodically characterizes and changes the atmosphere of the space by showcasing works by contemporary artists, is a wonderful one...
It's only right that the eye (and not just the palate) should be treated equally!

06/01/2026: I don't know if it was just me who would have eaten three more plates because it was so good, or if the portion was small, but in my opinion this was the best pasta I ate during my short time in Rome. Recommended by a Roman friend, I decided to try the gricia, it was phenomenal. Just thinking about it makes me hungry again 😂😂. The waitress who served us was very kind and even explained the specialties to us! Thank you so much.

20/01/2026: This was one of our favorite meals in Rome! The staff gave us great recommendations and pairings. They were very attentive to our table. We had a few starters, the roasted artichoke was truly wonderful. The pastas for first course were delicious. Perfect portion sizes. The second course, the veal was absolutely fantastic. The atmosphere was really cozy.
Really happy with our meal here in the area. Definitely recommend stopping here!
