11/05/2025: The setting in which Casa Bleve is immersed, in the center of Rome, is of rare beauty. The room is located in the old sixteenth-century stables of a noble palace, and is adorned with columns, arches, and glass ceilings. The view is exciting. The menu offers extremely refined dishes: raw courgette flowers stuffed with ricotta and garnished with cherry tomatoes and olives, tagliolini with lamb rugo, orecchiette with turnip tops, stewed cod. The cellar is extremely rich in high-quality labels. The waiting staff is kind and welcoming.

24/05/2025: All of Rome… and all of Italy on your plate. Every bite excites you and what can I say, you feel at home… Finally a corner of taste, simplicity and true Rome. Bruschetta, courgette flowers, first course, dessert, coffee, amaro, coffee killer and tozzetti… for only €20. A unique and rare place. I highly recommend it.

21/05/2025: Set lunch: appetizer, pasta of your choice, dessert, coffee, water will cost 12€ the price is very pleasant especially if you are traveling on a budget, the quality of food is at the highest level. I will return to this establishment again

25/05/2025: Osteria del Cavaliere is located in the San Giovanni area in a small street that connects the Tuscolana to the Appia road, impeccable service and EXCELLENT food not to mention the bill. The place is unfortunately not very big, ideal for those looking for a bit of intimacy, I recommend booking. Enjoy your dinner

25/05/2025: The food ingredients are fresh and the service is very delicate. I made a reservation at the recommendation of an acquaintance who lives in Italy, and it was by far the best food I had during my trip to Rome. Everything I ordered was delicious. The desserts were creamy and delicious, but sweeter than the ones I had in Korea. I would like to visit again next time I visit Rome.

10/05/2025: Beautiful view and pretty good food, Carbonara was good. Service was reasonable and very kind for the most part. Experience was soured by a waitress who helped us with the bill at the end, she asked for a Google review and made sure that we did it right then, then reached over to my phone to enter in 5 stars herself and write the review. I had to intervene directly and start leaving. She did the same to my wife. From other reviews I see she's been doing this for months. Unprofessional and not acceptable behavior in any restaurant. Please stop her from doing this.

21/05/2025: My family and I went here to have lunch because we wanted to enjoy the views. We asked to sit outside and they said we couldn’t, but the next 4 parties that walked in after us were seated outside. We had actually been to the restaurant before and had such a nice experience previously. For appetizers we got the croquettes and the zucchini flower which were both delicious and came out quickly. After that, things went completely downhill. We ordered all our food and proceeded to wait over 45 minutes between our appetizers and entrees. We asked the waiter to check on our food because many tables that were seated after us were receiving their dishes. When our plates eventually came, there was no apology and they shoved the dishes in front of us and walked away. The general demeanor of the staff was incredibly rude. It was clear they were much nicer to the locals. We will not be returning.

21/05/2025: The best restaurant we have dined at. Michelin Star very old circa 1720 with breathtaking views from the Tce. What more can I say it was perfect in every way and is a must to visit if you’re at Tivoli or Hadrian’s Palace. The drivers cannot go into the old village so a short walk is required 10 min the driver will wait outside the town. Probs not suitable for disabled of inferm peeps as the streets can be steep. That is an experience in its self as the surrounding community is very old. The Resturant is on the site of the Tivoli Roman Forum. And of courses the foods was perfect.

Oh well, I'm in love with this place and like all lovers I only see positivity, but you go too and you'll fall in love 😄. Prices absolutely appropriate to the context, but certainly not prohibitive... on the contrary

27/05/2025: An authentic taste of Rome hidden in a side street of Viale Marconi that is worth trying. The place is small, but well organized and focused on the essentials. Abundant first courses typical of Roman tradition, the strozzapreti with green beans and pachino also deserve special praise. At lunch, first course, second course with side dish and bread, for only 10 euros, cost price. With a price like that I thought the quality would go down and instead my compliments to the kitchen. If you pass by there you must stop to eat. Remember to book, because it is very difficult to find a place. Highly recommended
