29/12/2024: Siamo tornati al ristorante Casa Bleve, e come le occasioni precedenti abbiamo trascorso due ore piene di soddisfazione. Il locale è molto elegante, comunica un'atmosfera veramente giusta per organizzare sia cene intime, sia riunioni familiari o incontri di lavoro. I punti di forza degli ambienti sono l'illuminazione e gli arredi. I tavoli larghi e sufficientemente distanziati contribuiscono al massimo confort per gli ospiti. La sala è grande, ma mai vivace: non abbiamo avuto alcun disagio, nonostante la presenza di numerosi ospiti, anche perché non ci sono mai stati momenti chiassosi. Anche le tovaglie e le posate adeguate sono importanti, e il ristorante cura in modo impeccabile la mise en place. Nei piatti abbiamo trovato una vera esplosione di ingredienti, freschi e di qualità alta. Abbiamo preso il Misto di Casa Bleve, un misto dei migliori antipasti. Per gola, e per fare una sorpresa agli amici, abbiamo anche ordinato la Burrata con una confettura di frutta. Abbiamo scelto come primo le Orecchiette con le cime di rapa e le alici. Sui secondi, abbiamo variato: due porzioni di straccetti di Rombo con carciofi, due porzioni di Guanciola di manzo brasata.

21/12/2024: Un luogo caldo, piacevole e rilassante. Un posto in cui è possibile assaggiare sapori delicati e buoni. Un valore aggiunto riuscire a dialogare con le amiche/i senza un assordante rumore di sottofondo. Un posto intimo.

07/12/2024: Idilio is a small restaurant that from the moment you enter you can breathe a homely atmosphere. The lady who works there is charming and the dishes she prepares are authentic and different from the conventional. I loved the experience. A 10!

Varied menu with fondue specialities, both meat and cheese, truffles, black and white, fillet, in different proposals and, also, chocolate, milk and dark chocolate fondue. The Piedmontese truffle fondue (very fragrant) is excellent and plentiful. Delicious agnolotti with castelmagno and walnuts, served with gorgonzola. The caramelized pear is very good. The wine list is excellent. Good quality/price ratio. Small place, with tables very close together.

21/12/2024: I recently visited Le Bistrot, a place with an elegant and welcoming atmosphere, managed by a young and courteous staff who make the experience pleasant. The culinary proposal is extremely simple - perhaps too simple: despite the care taken in the preparation, the presentation is so essential that it makes the dishes appear a little "sad". It wouldn't take much to make them more appealing, like two roasted potatoes next to the scallops or a vegetable cream cheese on the spaghetti, for example (I attach photos). Given the small number of dishes on the menu, one would expect shorter waiting times: for two first courses, a second course and a cup of ice cream, we spent around three hours (from 8.30pm to 11.30pm), an aspect that it could definitely be improved. Overall, however, it was a positive experience, thanks also to the courtesy of the girls in the room and the honest quality-price ratio.

12/12/2024: A very familiar place, characterized by an elegant Christmas atmosphere. The food is crazy, we tried a braised legume that melted in your mouth and an exceptional coconut cake. The owners are welcoming and very nice! I absolutely recommend going there🌱

15/01/2025: Si percepiscono segni di cedimento. Il successo del locale è crescente, di conseguenza l’ affollamento. Il personale non sta al passo. La carbonara non è più la migliore di Roma, spesso le cotture sono un po’ in là, spesso ci sono errori nei conti. Spero che il giocattolo non si rompa. Io ho attenuato da cinque stelle a quattro.
