25/05/2025: The food ingredients are fresh and the service is very delicate.
I made a reservation at the recommendation of an acquaintance who lives in Italy, and it was by far the best food I had during my trip to Rome.
Everything I ordered was delicious. The desserts were creamy and delicious, but sweeter than the ones I had in Korea.
I would like to visit again next time I visit Rome.
25/05/2025: Osteria del Cavaliere is located in the San Giovanni area in a small street that connects the Tuscolana to the Appia road, impeccable service and EXCELLENT food not to mention the bill. The place is unfortunately not very big, ideal for those looking for a bit of intimacy, I recommend booking.

11/06/2025: Una scoperta fatta via internet mentre eravamo di transito durante il nostro viaggio Piemonte Sicilia ha fatto si che potessimo conoscere Stefano Bartolucci, lo chef ed il suo locale in Valmontone.
Già da quando varchi l'ingresso ti prende per mano è ti accompagna nel tuo viaggio culinario splendidamente preparato dalle sue mani ma soprattutto dal suo talento.
Preparati Stefano ci rivedrai di sicuro.

24/06/2025: The steak is cheap and delicious. And there is no wine on the menu, but there is wine by the glass. I wonder if they made it not salty on purpose, but it was the least salty food I had in Italy, so it was delicious.

The pastas are excellent, the entire menu has typical Roman dishes and the prices are not even too high. The portions with which they are large and are satisfying. In any case they are friendly and do their job. They have both a space inside that is very large and some small places outside.

However we were upset because we unfortunately tried to speak Italian to order but when we ordered the pistachio tuna, the server wrote down the wrong item and brought us the Onion Tuna dinner. When we said that we ordered the pistachio she refused to make us a new one and we had to pay for the tuna dish anyway. Maybe that's just how it goes in Italy but everything else came out fine
