14/05/2026: A hidden gem in the heart of this village, a true "Michelin" discovery. A pleasant setting, a warm welcome, a concise menu, and a 6 or 8-course tasting menu worthy of the finest establishments. Refined, well-conceived, and flavorful, the dishes are original and expertly prepared, offering cuisine that is both authentic and contemporary. In short, we highly recommend it.

31/05/2026: The food had some wonderful touches and the sauces were excellent; however, the execution compromised the overall quality (both our orchiette and filet were overcooked). On its day this is probably an excellent osteria but for us it was just a bit above average.

24/05/2026: Thanks to the Ristoranti d’Italia guide for the discovery. It was wonderful! First of all, the service was marvelous and so warm (I wanted to hug them when I left). Then, the food was delicious: the starter was divine: "Homemade orecchiette pasta, white lamb ragù, and caciocavallo cheese." The main course was also excellent: "Salento beef rolls, stuffed with celery, carrot, provola cheese, and mortadella, rolled and cooked in a tomato sauce." The tiramisu was a very nice ending. A good glass of Negroamaro to accompany it all. Several small rooms, so it wasn't noisy at all. Go there!

26/04/2026: Very characteristic restaurant in the historic center, the place is clean, air conditioned and has a good aroma... the service is fast and attentive to every call, as for the food it is an explosion of flavor, the risotto is wonderful... clean toilets even if the walls have some cracks in the paint, the price is definitely excellent and honest however it is very charming to spend a nice evening I highly recommend 👍💯

25/04/2026: My friend from Gallipoli introduced us to several restaurants. But I must say that this one was my favorite. The food was of very high quality. We went from one discovery to another, discovering new and very interesting flavors. Thank you to the fantastic team.

30/04/2026: We wanted to eat something typical of the area and that's why we chose this restaurant. Keep in mind its opening hours. We chose a lunch visit because we are not fans of late dinners.. The atmosphere is a bit simple (with tiles like a bathroom). The menu has horse meat dishes, which are typical of the area. I recommend the meatballs with tomato sauce (the meatballs are very flaky). We also tried beans with pasta, which is not bad, but there are no spices, and this makes it tasteless. The dessert is top... The service is fast, without unnecessary courtesies... As almost everywhere in Italy there is a service charge per person (even if you are not very happy 😉🤨😵‍💫).. We were lucky without a reservation for late lunch.

08/06/2026: A unique experience... the place is delightful, a stunning corner of Salento... the food is truly excellent, there are so many appetizers, but each bowl brings a classic flavor created by a skilled hand... not to mention the homemade ice cream... let's not forget the professional service... efficient but with the ability to make you feel at home... highly recommended.

07/06/2026: This Lecce farmhouse, nestled in the beautiful countryside, has the unique ability to immerse guests in a peaceful and tranquil rural setting. The interiors are truly charming: the old fireplace, the wrought-iron bed with antique sheets, the freshly baked loaves of bread that form part of a truly evocative setting, the farming tools, the soft candlelight. It feels like stepping back in time and finding yourself in another dimension... it's worth a visit... but alas, the cooked food didn't satisfy my palate. The much-vaunted appetizers of peasant cuisine are expensive and flavorless; the fried foods all tasted the same even though they were made with different ingredients. The fresh, handmade chickpea pasta was flavorless, the meatballs were rather tough, and the pork stew was not to my liking. In short, we enjoyed the experience for the setting...

05/06/2026: Eight years later, we returned to experience the same genuine and pleasant experience. Alas, no longer. The masseria is well-kept, but it has lost its authentic rustic character. The food? To be kind, we'd have to skip it. So just one thing: at 6 pm, we still haven't digested. Prices? Considering that you're eating potatoes, broad beans, and pasta with tomato sauce, €37 per person is truly unjustifiable. The only thing worthy of praise is the staff. What a shame!

24/04/2026: The atmosphere was generally nice, the food was okay, but the prices were way too high. What bothered us most was that when I went to pay with the card I'd been using throughout the trip, it was declined. I tried another card, and the same thing happened. They asked if I could pay another way, and I had no choice but to use the little cash I had. It was clear it wasn't a problem with the card because they didn't make any effort to fix it or even offer us a discount for the inconvenience. I left and went to a kiosk to buy something to see if my card really wasn't working, and as I expected, I was able to pay without any problem. I felt ripped off; the service was terrible.

04/06/2026: Excellent trattoria, authentic and full of charm. The service is pleasant, unpretentious, and never intrusive. My boyfriend and I had lunch there one day and had a wonderful time. It's naturally cool inside during the summer, which is especially welcome. I ordered the dish of the day: homemade gnocchi with tuna, tomatoes, and arugula. Absolutely delicious! They were the best gnocchi I've ever had; they literally melted in my mouth. My boyfriend chose orecchiette, and he was equally delighted. Simple, authentic, and perfectly executed cuisine. If we ever return to Lecce, we will definitely go back. We highly recommend it! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

01/06/2026: An authentic dinner for two in the heart of Lecce. We dined at this trattoria as a couple and had a truly positive experience. The restaurant boasts beautiful, distinctive stone vaulted architecture that immediately creates a warm, rustic, and welcoming atmosphere, typical of old Salento taverns.

02/05/2026: Featured on The Fork with many positive reviews, but unfortunately it doesn't deserve them. The orecchiette were topped with a sauce made from practically raw cherry tomatoes; they tasted like they'd been poured straight from the jar onto the plate, reheated. The spaghetti with sea urchins was flavorless. The place is a bit dark. The staff, however, are very friendly.
