14/06/2026: Lovely restaurant with a beautiful view of the valley and Sassi. Booked here for 25 people on the panoramic terrace on top ahead of my wedding as a welcome and it couldn’t have been better - very responsive host before the booking, helping organise a local food platter to start and then menu ordering after that. The view was beautiful and everyone had a great time. Would recommend!

A traditional menu of the highest quality With generous portions and excellent value for money A special mention for the pizza, whose dough impressed me with its flavor and the smell of "freshly baked bread" it exudes. Family-run, very attentive to their customers, all very friendly. We'll definitely be back.

10/06/2026: Nice atmosphere and attentive service. The food is good, but more theatrical in its name than in its flavor. We tried the skewer, the eggplant parmigiana, and the friggitelli/green chili peppers served with the whole stem were awkward to eat. The portions were too small.

17/05/2026: I can't comment on the food, but I have practically zero tact regarding the hospitality and the ability to resolve a problem. A customer who travels 100 km to see you shouldn't be turned away just because he asks for an hour's early lunch. Or rather, there are ways and means. You could have tried to find a solution. You're obviously quite full. Enjoy your life.

03/05/2026: Located in a stunning location, that's all that's good, though. The staff is haughty and not at all courteous; the girls are improvised (definitely not trained) because they have no idea what it means to serve a customer. They don't allow dogs (in 2026, I think everyone knows that dogs are considered family members and more polite than certain humans). Food: Again, nothing special; in fact, you can eat better at some local trattorias. We ate meager portions of both first and second courses. But the highlight was the pasta on a cream (broth) of legumes and the artichoke literally boiled with a quenelle of ricotta, which, I mean, isn't haute cuisine. The meat was incredibly tough; the other first course called for hazelnuts, but only molecules of the latter were found. Strascinati: ugh... here, an annoying cream cheese, who knows who combined it with the other ingredients? Bread is only available upon request. They know how to set the prices right.

15/02/2026: Terrible experience. We sat at the table at 8:40 pm, after half an hour of no waiter paying attention to us we asked for a menu and the only thing they brought us was water... we asked for the menu after another 15 minutes and they told us that there was an à la carte menu and that we would have to wait... to top it off at 9:40 pm we got up and on top of that we paid for water and the cover charge for a total of 9 euros for two people... not even worth paying!!

08/06/2026: A wonderful Sunday beach experience. After relaxing under a beautiful gazebo, we were drawn by the smell of fresh fish and the crowds filling the newly opened restaurant, so we decided to dine in for the first time. The restaurant was packed, with professional, friendly, and welcoming staff. An excellent à la carte menu with daily fresh fish specials, accompanied by excellent wines from a southern Italian winery. Despite the crowds, we ate in a reasonable amount of time, but those few minutes of waiting were quickly forgotten after enjoying a selection of fresh appetizers (mussels with pepper, baby octopus, seafood salad), excellent first courses (pasta with swordfish and eggplant, fresh gurnard, and shrimp risotto), accompanied by sublime mixed fried fish, a grilled fish, and a delicious baked snapper. The only flaw is that we didn't take photos of the dishes, but we'll definitely be back soon. Recommended and a must-try!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

02/06/2026: We arrived on June 2nd, 2026, at approximately 6:00 PM. Everyone was taking a break after a busy national holiday. Upon request, we were treated to a wonderful meal and allowed to drive home satisfied (all other options were closed). THANK YOU Team Scimmie
