03/05/2026: A charming restaurant. Aside from us, there were only locals. No one spoke English, which added to the atmosphere. The menu was written on a chalkboard. There were several vegetarian options. The food, coffee, and desserts were amazing. Delicious! The prices are the same as everywhere else.

06/05/2026: Here you will find a place full of history and still memories... from the owner who, after more than 30 years of opening, still has a great nostalgia for days gone by in his eyes.... The food is excellent and you spend little even if you eat fish 🐟.... The only flaw..... The atmosphere is stuck in those distant days..... It hasn't been cleaned and dusted for who knows how many years. I hope he leaves everything to someone who can bring fresh air and new colors... But may it never change
30/04/2026: We finally got to try this place's dishes, and our expectations were far exceeded!
Everything was beyond excellent... homemade tagliolini (spinach and nettles) with scampi and cherry tomatoes, all made to order; cuttlefish with chard for the main course.
House white wine, good bread, two coffees, and the courtesy of the owner and chef make this place truly unique!
More than fair prices
Unmissable!
We'll definitely be back soon!

01/08/2026: The owner is extremely rude and incapable of making 55-2 (the bill). I sincerely recommend drinking less coffee and more chamomile tea. The fish-based food is subpar.

21/03/2026: Terrible, unfortunately, good food, but be careful with the bill, which they don't show you specifically. They give you a total not even with a receipt, but only a POS charged about 25-30% more than what you should have paid!! A huge scam, kind but fake!!!!

07/05/2026: Being a Home Restaurant and not a regular restaurant, everything is different.
The cuisine is excellent, with Ligurian specialties and plenty of it. It's hard to finish the meal due to the quantity. The cheese focaccia and the regular focaccia are exceptional. The host is very friendly. Ample wine is served. Highly recommended, but not for those who don't understand the home restaurant philosophy.

16/07/2026: It was a seafood restaurant, and since it is the home of pesto, pesto pasta was on the menu. I chose the grilled shrimp because they said they use fresh seafood, and it was delicious. The fried anchovies were also very tasty.
It was fascinating to see a mini beach right in front of the restaurant. The ocean view was beautiful.
15/07/2026: Unpleasant waitresses, dirty establishment (the toilets, don't even get me started), I didn't dare order food, and the atmosphere was awkward. Luckily the view is nice to make up for it, but I recommend the bar next door; they're much nicer and more helpful.

19/03/2025: Drawn by the atmosphere and the fixed-price menu, we had lunch as a couple at this restaurant, which features numerous vintage furnishings and pleasant background music, contrasting with the brusque and unwelcoming manner of the sole person serving the table: certain professions require a certain level of skill, and in this case, it's lacking.
The food, in terms of quantity and quality, is in line with the prices, to which you add €2.50 for table service per person and €2 for bread (€2 for a 0.5-liter plastic bottle of water). It wouldn't take much to make a meal stop much more pleasant and appealing.
16/03/2025: We had lunch on a weekday, following the daily menu offered by the establishment... A unique venue, well-suited to the context of a small town like Bergamo Alta; the service was quick but careless, sloppy, and almost anxiety-inducing; the food was good, well-cooked, but not cheap.
