19/09/2025: My son and I had a great meal, and we were very pleased with the welcome we received from the waitresses and the hostess, who was always eager to please her customers. Thank you.

19/09/2025: We came for an aperitivo and ordered a cheese platter with honey. However, when it was served, we didn't find what we were promised: the cheeses were accompanied only by honey and caramelized onion, with no trace of the jams or dried fruit listed. The stated attention to the quality of the ingredients should also be reflected in the consistency and accuracy of the dishes actually served. Furthermore, the portion was truly unsatisfactory, certainly not worthy of the €7 we paid. Furthermore, the Aperol Spritz cost a whopping €12, a decidedly unjustified price, as was the €5 surcharge for the gluten-free focaccia, which couldn't even be justified by the concern for non-contamination, since no other restaurant had ever applied such a markup.

12/10/2025: Very bad. The rude manager treated us rudely. He didn't provide a detailed receipt with the prices. We overspent compared to what we ate. This is not how you treat customers. This place should be removed from our list. I will never recommend it to anyone again. No written menu with prices is provided.

29/09/2025: The atmosphere is very simple and a bit dated. The service is friendly and fast. The dishes are very simple (appetizer: mixed cured meats, Russian salad, and melon; first course: ravioli with ragù, tagliolini with mushroom sauce, pesto lasagna; second course: mixed Italian-style fried fish, cima, veal with tuna sauce, roast beef, etc.), traditional Genoese food, all good. What really bothered me was not having a menu with the prices of the dishes. I made a mistake in not asking for the prices of everything. The final price was a bit steep.

23/08/2025: A truly welcoming establishment, with a very friendly owner who explained the various amenities in the area to us. The room was clean, and the breakfast buffet was very generous for a 2-star hotel. Excellent parking, and there's even a spare one (in case the first one is full). The hotel itself also has a bar with a tobacconist and a ticket office for the bus that takes you down to Framura and various nearby places. There's also an excellent restaurant below the hotel with divine food. We'll be back.

05/09/2025: Honest business lunch, very fast service. The waitress tells me they've run out of starters (1:15 PM), I tell her it's no problem and I'll just order the main course. When I get to the cashier, however, they charge me for the entire menu, adding that when the starters run out, they make the main courses larger, like a single dish. I assume the normal portion of the sausages I ate is half a sausage, and they gave me a whole one to make it a meal.

29/08/2025: I went last night with my wife and son. Everything was great. Fast and friendly service. Excellent food and a fair price for the quality and quantity. I'll be back.

09/10/2025: We tried it after driving past dozens of times and were pleasantly surprised, so much so that we had lunch there several times this August. Excellent products, fast service, and reasonable prices (for Santa).

19/05/2025: Qualità del cibo ottima, la carne era tenerissima, consiglio di avere più alternative vegetariane, le verdure sono tutte fritte e di specificare meglio sul meno, la focaccina in realtà era ungnocco fritto. 22/04/2025: Buono consiglio i triangolini ai pinoli per il resto normale amministrazione buono anche il dessert peccato che le fave erano marce dentro il bacello ma questo non penso dipenda dal ristorante

26/04/2025: ho prenotato in questa trattoria che non conoscevo per il pranzo di Pasquetta perchè non sono riuscita a prenotare a Pasqua. Abbiamo pranzato alla carta. I pansoti erano buonissimi come tutti gli altri piatti. Tutto il personale di sala è stato gentile e ringraziamo la signora che ci ha ben consigliato. Abbiamo acquistato del pesto presso il negozio accanto e ci è piaciuto molto. Rapporto qualità-prezzo buona soprattutto se paragonata con i prezzi dei ristoranti sulla costa. Non possiamo che scrivere una recensione positiva con l'obiettivo di ritornare.

21/04/2025: Siamo stati il giorno di Pasqua in nove, i locali erano stracolmi di persone ma, nonostante ciò, ci hanno coccolati e serviti come se fossimo gli unici cliente. Il menù era fisso Pasquale ma hanno avuto anche le gentilezza di apportare qualche modifica nonostante avessero,io credo, almeno duecentocinquanta persone da servire. Mai vista tanta gentilezza e disponibilità da parte del personale tutto e del gestore al quale voglio tributare un plauso particolare, non a caso ho scoperto essere un romagnolo doc....chapeau!!! Il cibo è stato tutto eccellente,di qualità e sin troppo abbondante.... insomma ci hanno fatto passare una Pasqua davvero piacevole.Bravi bravi bravi

28/09/2025: Of you're a solo traveler, don't bother. They won't serve you. Instead they pretend they're all full (reserved). Unlikely with no reservation signs and almost no people around. It's a common thing in this region but still annoying.

27/04/2025: In famiglia siamo stati a pranzo dal Ristorante Bertin per il giorno di Pasqua che per noi è ormai un appuntamento fisso da anni per la famiglia. Si mangia sempre molto bene in questo ristorante, ma qualcosa è cambiato! Quest'ultima volta si sono davvero superati alzando di molto l'asticella sia in termini di qualità che di presentazione dei piatti, al punto di voler fare i complimenti ai cuochi. Devo dire infatti che è per noi, il miglior posto dove mangiare e ritrovarsi per le feste, perché sia per cordialità e attenzione, ci fanno sentire sempre come a casa nostra. Il locale è molto accogliente, ben decorato anche sui tavoli dove ci sono le ovette di cioccolato, ambiente super pulito e spazioso. Abbiamo cominciato il pranzo con un antipasto a più portate freddo e caldo misto. Poi come primi Ravioli al sugo di carne (superlativi), tagliatelle al sugo di funghi e al pesto. Come secondo, arrosto di vitello con patatine fritte davvero ottimo e cima alla genovese. Come dolce torta al cocco con sbriciolata di cioccolato e panna e fetta di colomba preparate dalla pasticcera Elisa del ristorante Bertin. Nota particolare, che per ogni piatto di per se è una porzione già molto generosa, ci hanno offerto il bis e il tris, il ché è stato molto apprezzato perché tutto molto buono. Vino, bibite, ghiaccio a volontà e caffe sono tutti inclusi. Piatti consigliati: Ravioli al sugo di carne. Tagliatelle al sugo di funghi e al pesto. Insalata russa e vitello tonnato Torta al cioccolato e panna della casa. Il locale è provvisto di area verde relax esterna e amplio parcheggio. Nota natalizia, la chiesa di fronte ha un apprezzabile presepe sull'esterno. Opzioni per il parcheggio Parcheggio senza costi, parcheggio molto amplio in strada senza costi. Vivamente consigliato a chi vuole trascorrere una piacevole giornata in campagna mangiando buon cibo casalingo, servito con grande cortesia e attenzione. 20/04/2025: Dopo tanti anni che ne sentivo parlare da amici,siamo andati a verificare di persona la cucina di Bertin. Ed in effetti tutto ciò che di buono abbiamo sentito a riguardo è pienamente confermato. Servizio simpatico e puntualissimo,vasta scelta di portate ed ottima qualità delle proposte il tutto ad un buon rapporto prezzo/qualità.

19/04/2025: Ragazzi giovani e cordiali, piatti semplici ma decisamente gustosi, una farinata CLA MO RO SA. Il locale ha cambiato gestione qualche tempo fa (così ci ha raccontato il proprietario, che dopo aver faticato tutta la sera al forno si è fermato con noi a chiacchierare) e ora lo staff è composto da personale decisamente under 30. Abbiamo preso due porzioni di farinata, un antipasto, un primo, due secondi e un dolce. Con mezzo litro di Bianco della Casa (tra l’altro, proprio niente male) abbiamo speso un totale di 85 € in due. Per me, onestissimo. I ragazzi lavorano con attenzione e con il sorriso: si vede e si sente anche nei piatti. Continuate così!
