31/08/2025: Just an amazing restaurant in Udine. Wonderful atmosphere, incredible local food, great selection of wine, kind and knowledgeable staff. Couldn't ask for much more, really. Absolutely recommended - try especially the cjarsons a d the prosciutto d'Osvaldo!!

12/08/2025: A welcoming restaurant, the food is always excellent and top-quality. The owner herself takes your orders and explains how they're made. Worth a try, both the first and second courses are excellent. Recommended. Plenty of space outside, too. There was a birthday party going on when I was there, and there was no problem with waiting for food.

24/08/2025: I've known Nando's for years, and every time I return, it's a confirmation. Confirmation that the food is truly excellent. That the quality of the ingredients is undeniably top-notch. That the wine list and service are top-notch. That the quality/price ratio is extremely favorable (if you want to eat on a budget, avoid quality places). That in the area (and even beyond) it's difficult to eat better and have such a satisfying dining experience. Unfortunately—as I read in other reviews—this excellence of Friulian cuisine isn't always appreciated by its fellow citizens, and that's a shame because I've always found in this restaurant, besides excellent food, a constant desire to improve, with new and creative dishes offered each time, with truly top-notch results. I've been going there for years with satisfaction, and I'm sure I'll return with equal pleasure in the years to come. As a testament to its excellence, I've included a few photos taken during my numerous visits, ensuring that I've tasted and finished every dish without ever finding the slightest flaw!

05/09/2025: We are so happy that we stopped at this place while driving from the Dolomites to Slovenia. Everything was great, but our favourites were the Smoked Black Angus and the Beef Tartare as appetizers. Very friendly people!

31/08/2025: In a sudden craving for frico, I started searching Google for a place to satisfy this pressing desire. I tried the frico with onions and strisulis, the classic frico, and of course the crispy frico, which took me back to my childhood in a nanosecond... Amazing. Must try.

04/09/2025: A favorite place. Risottos like this, with these high-quality ingredients, are hard to find (and I live in Milan). The meat is delicious. The place and staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The Storica Nera sorbet is a must.

26/08/2025: Lunch for two while passing through San Daniele. The first courses and San Daniele platter were excellent. The wine selection was appropriate. The staff was extremely friendly, despite our arrival being 1:30 PM.

I will return soon because I really enjoyed the food. The value for money is excellent. I highly recommend it. What's important is that you can bring your faithful friend with you without any problems.

19/08/2025: I often go there for lunch for work and dinner with my family. Great atmosphere with a fireplace! Excellent food! Simple and very kind people! The food is truly healthy and includes many typical Friulian dishes and more!

10/08/2025: Actually, everything was full, and we didn't have a reservation. But they managed to find a table for the two of us. The service was very friendly, and they even tried to speak German. The food was also very good!

The restaurant overlooks a quiet street with outdoor tables, where we dined. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The menu is divided into two, so there's a good selection of both meat and fish, from appetizers to main courses. We opted for the meat option, and what we ate was truly excellent. Everything was carefully prepared and beautifully presented. The wine cellar is good, and the desserts are excellent. Highly recommended for anyone in the Udine city center.

31/08/2025: An evening to remember. We sat in the garden and savored some first-rate dishes! The ravioli were delicious, but the surprise was the Pluma: tender, flavorful, and succulent, with a side of astonishing vegetables! Kudos to Chef Sergio. All accompanied by attentive and thoughtful service, without being intrusive. Congratulations to Nicoletta and Tiziana! See you soon!

31/08/2025: I went for lunch for the first time, the atmosphere was beautiful and rustic, the food was very good and the price was reasonable.

06/09/2025: I'd sum it up as an excellent lunch! The staff were very friendly, and the girl who served us was really nice. The place was beautifully renovated and very pleasant. They also have a small selection of products for sale, all little gems. As for lunch, we had a little bit of everything, and everything was just the right amount and well-prepared. Nothing to complain about. Of course, there was also the prosciutto, which was delicious, but what the hell am I going to tell you? We also tried, just to make sure we didn't miss out on local tradition, the cjarlons (is that how you spell it?) and the frico, both delicious! I would absolutely recommend it.
