31/10/2025: I visited Corte Pallavicina last Sunday during the "Salumi da Re" (Cold Meats Festival), where there were many cured meat producers you could taste.
Very interesting to visit.
18/10/2025: A piece of Italian history not to be missed. When you arrive and are greeted with professionalism and kindness, you feel right at home. I highly recommend a visit to the Spigaroli family safe. There are no words to describe this incredible experience.

21/10/2025: Characterful and welcoming atmosphere near the Soragna fortress. They offer top-notch cuisine, and they never miss a beat. Excellent value for money, and friendly, family-friendly service. Anolini, tagliatelle with mushrooms, two pairs of tortelli, tripe and fried mushrooms, zuppa inglese, and homemade cakes, along with coffee, nocino, and bargnolino liqueur.

28/06/2025: Ristorante molto accogliente ed elegante con personale gentile e discreto. Il culatello (24 e 36 mesi) veramente speciale ( da bis) e tortelli di erbette con burro fuso e parmigiano ottimi così come il dolce Patrizia per completare in dolcezza un ottimo pranzo.
Grazie ad Alessandro per la gentilissima accoglienza per un pranzo veramente molto apprezzato da ripetere senza alcun dubbio.

14/10/2025: I went for lunch on Sunday and had a truly wonderful time! The management is fantastic, and the owner makes you feel like part of the family: kind, welcoming, and always smiling.
The food is excellent, with traditional dishes prepared with quality ingredients and lots of love. The atmosphere is warm and family-friendly, the service impeccable, and the customer service is top-notch.
A place where you eat well and feel even better—highly recommended! 🍷🍝❤️
12/10/2025: Every dish we tasted was nothing short of superb, but the magic of this place is undoubtedly something else: Rarely do you feel so welcomed as at home, thanks to the owner and her daughter, who know how to convey their passion both through exquisite dishes and attention to detail, and treat each diner as if they were a special friend. We will definitely be back.

03/06/2025: Sabato scorso siamo andati a Parma a trovare dei nostri amici che ci hanno portato in questo localino intimo, ma stupendo. Abbiamo mangiato fuori e abbiamo preso 3 antipasti: una torta salata con i carciofi, uno sformato al parmigiano e un formaggio caprino e marmellata di fichi. Già qui si vola alto 🤩.
Poi noi, sotto consiglio della mia migliore amica, abbiamo preso gli gnocchi alla lavanda (super consigliati) e tagliolini al limone (anche questi molto buoni) . Poi abbiamo diviso due arrosti della settimana (maialino con una composta di prugne) ed infine i dolci (noi volevamo il gelato alle rose, ma ahimè l'avevan finito), abbiamo preso tutto il resto che c'era sul menù 🤣. Io ho preso il cioccorì (riso soffiato al cioccolato) e ammetto che era buono si, ma l'ho trovato particolarmente duro da masticare! Ad un certo punto mi faceva male la mandibola.
Rimane il fatto che ci torneremo ad assaggiare anche il gelato alla lavanda 🥰
27/04/2025: Ai piedi del castello di Tabiano, non proprio comodo da raggiungere, questo locale consigliatoci è stata una ottima scelta. Ambiente intimo e caloroso, ben curato e con ottimo servizio.
Abbiamo gustato dapprima degli affettati misti gustosissimi e li abbiamo fatti seguire da zuppa di legumi e coppa di maialino con potate al forno : piacere puro per il palato.
Al posto del dolce abbiamo preferito delle scaglie di parmigiano stagionato e abbiamo pasteggiato bevendo una ottima bottiglia di gutturnio.
Bravi ed onesti con il conto.

Non ci ha mai delusi. Cucina più che ottima. Personale gentilissimo. Locali molto curati e caratteristici. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

10/11/2025: While visiting Zibello, on the Culatello trail, we decided to try this trattoria we'd heard great things about. The food is high-quality, but the portions aren't overly generous considering the decidedly high prices. Would I go back? No, it's not worth it.
On a positive note, the Culatello is truly delicious and, in my opinion, the only one on the menu with a fair price.

24/03/2025: Mangiare al Cavallino Bianco è sempre una esperienza bellissima perché è come ritornare bambina e ricordare certi sapori che ormai è difficile trovare. Il culatello il prosciutto, lo strolghino , la spalla cotta, la loro giardiniera sono piatti superlativi, per non parlare dei tagliolini al burro di Vacche Rosse con il culatello , i secondi ricchi di gusto,I dolci ottimi insomma provare per credere! La gentilezza del proprietario è innata e quindi ti senti veramente a casa di amici. Non vedo l’ora di tornarci.

13/07/2025: Locale nel centro di Fontannellato a pochi passi dalla splendida rocca. Locale, almeno all'esterno non particolarmente attraente.
Cucina del territorio con menù limitato. Abbiamo preso torta fritta con affettati, tortelli di asinella e tortelli di culatello, sorbetto. Tutto buono, nota speciale per i tortelli di asinella che abbiamo trovato ottimi. Prezzo onesto
18/05/2025: Ubicato nel centro del borgo, a due passi dal castello, la location è gradevole. Abbiamo pranzato nella sala rossa, con soffitto alto, ben arredata con uno stile che richiama un bar di teatro.
Buono il culatello, ma i tortelli ai funghi molto modesti, con un ripieno quasi insapore, conditi con funghi tritati duri e gommosi, dal sapore incerto, tutto molto sapido. Tra l’alteo il piatto era freddo e i tortelli appena tiepidi. Disattento il servizio.
