29/08/2025: As a man from the "lowlands," I can't explain why I waited so long to enter this dream. Because it's a dream: the place, the restaurant, and everything I tasted. The perfect combination of food and people—everything extremely delicate and wholesome.
29/08/2025: My fiancé and I spent a night at this wonderful property nestled in the Piacenza countryside.
The rooms have retained some original period features and are very romantic.
The property has two restaurants, one of which is Michelin-starred. We ate at the latter and it was a wonderful experience. The dishes are beautiful to look at and excellent to the palate.
In the courtyard is the Culatello Museum, which they produce.
Not far away, they also have a shop where we purchased some traditional products.

21/07/2025: Ci siamo fermati per cena ed è stata davvero una bella scoperta! Personale molto cordiale e disponibile,mangiare davvero ottimo e porzioni veramente abbondanti, il tutto in un contesto molto piacevole.

28/06/2025: Ristorante molto accogliente ed elegante con personale gentile e discreto. Il culatello (24 e 36 mesi) veramente speciale ( da bis) e tortelli di erbette con burro fuso e parmigiano ottimi così come il dolce Patrizia per completare in dolcezza un ottimo pranzo.
Grazie ad Alessandro per la gentilissima accoglienza per un pranzo veramente molto apprezzato da ripetere senza alcun dubbio.

13/08/2025: A beautiful little restaurant at the end of a steep path. Our host suggested two or three trattorias, including this one. After a few good reviews on Google and, above all, photos that reminded me of my grandmother's dishes, we went for it.
Everything was delicious, from the pasta with beans, the rabbit with truffles, and the kid with melting polenta.
To top it all off, a delicious homemade lumbrusco. Homemade cuisine and a warm welcome. Thank you for this wonderful time.

31/08/2025: My husband and I were in Bardi. We stopped to eat at the Due Spade restaurant. We waited a while before we could order, and no one came. The appetizers were good, but poor. They didn't serve the first courses together. One, then the other after 10 minutes. My food wasn't even hot. The staff was disorganized and not very smiling. We won't be coming back.
31/08/2025: We stopped for lunch before visiting the beautiful castle. The restaurant was full, so they seated us outside. Even though the weather wasn't the best, we enjoyed excellent food and wine. The service was attentive, but the prices were quite high.
Definitely worth a visit.

13/07/2025: Everything as it should be. Homemade cured meats are devastating. The hot cooked shoulder is incredible. Excellent torta fritta and a trio of really good first courses. The price is fair for what you get.
If I had to find anything that could be improved, it would be the wine list.
For everything else, I highly recommend it. Definitely worth a try.

29/03/2025: 30esimo compleanno, aperitivo alla Strega in piazza prima, abbiamo chiamato all’ultimo e trovato posto e già qui disponibili e tanta roba!
Ci hanno accolto a braccia aperte SUPER disponibili.
Antipasto primo e secondo sono piaciuti a tutti.
Consiglio di bere MON ESSENTIEL, sotto consiglio della ragazza Samantha che devo dire ci ha servito in modo mooolto professionale e con esperienza.
Quindi, abbiamo pranzato molto bene e il conto è stato molto più basso di quello che ci aspettavamo davvero consiglio il posto!

24/03/2025: Mangiare al Cavallino Bianco è sempre una esperienza bellissima perché è come ritornare bambina e ricordare certi sapori che ormai è difficile trovare. Il culatello il prosciutto, lo strolghino , la spalla cotta, la loro giardiniera sono piatti superlativi, per non parlare dei tagliolini al burro di Vacche Rosse con il culatello , i secondi ricchi di gusto,I dolci ottimi insomma provare per credere! La gentilezza del proprietario è innata e quindi ti senti veramente a casa di amici. Non vedo l’ora di tornarci.

Locanda del Colle da Oscar

03/06/2025: Sabato scorso siamo andati a Parma a trovare dei nostri amici che ci hanno portato in questo localino intimo, ma stupendo. Abbiamo mangiato fuori e abbiamo preso 3 antipasti: una torta salata con i carciofi, uno sformato al parmigiano e un formaggio caprino e marmellata di fichi. Già qui si vola alto 🤩.
Poi noi, sotto consiglio della mia migliore amica, abbiamo preso gli gnocchi alla lavanda (super consigliati) e tagliolini al limone (anche questi molto buoni) . Poi abbiamo diviso due arrosti della settimana (maialino con una composta di prugne) ed infine i dolci (noi volevamo il gelato alle rose, ma ahimè l'avevan finito), abbiamo preso tutto il resto che c'era sul menù 🤣. Io ho preso il cioccorì (riso soffiato al cioccolato) e ammetto che era buono si, ma l'ho trovato particolarmente duro da masticare! Ad un certo punto mi faceva male la mandibola.
Rimane il fatto che ci torneremo ad assaggiare anche il gelato alla lavanda 🥰
27/04/2025: Ai piedi del castello di Tabiano, non proprio comodo da raggiungere, questo locale consigliatoci è stata una ottima scelta. Ambiente intimo e caloroso, ben curato e con ottimo servizio.
Abbiamo gustato dapprima degli affettati misti gustosissimi e li abbiamo fatti seguire da zuppa di legumi e coppa di maialino con potate al forno : piacere puro per il palato.
Al posto del dolce abbiamo preferito delle scaglie di parmigiano stagionato e abbiamo pasteggiato bevendo una ottima bottiglia di gutturnio.
Bravi ed onesti con il conto.

16/07/2025: Trattoria nel centro di Fidenza, grande atmosfera, piatti tipici della tradizione Parmense e Piacentina. Salumi di qualita' eccezionale, gnocco fritto sublime, molto leggero. Ampia scelta di primi e secondi piatti, dolci buonissimi: la migliore torta "sbrisolona" mai assaggiata. Il titolare disponibile a spiegare tutti i piatti, cucina a vista impeccabile; vedere "tirare" la pasta dei primi piatti in diretta e' qualcosa di inusuale ma di molto gradevole. Consiglio a tutti di provare: un'immersione nella cucina dell'Emilia.

03/05/2025: My husband and I have known this restaurant for a few years.
It is now a place of the heart.
We usually return once a year. When we succeed even more. The kitchen has been run for generations by women only. The dishes are tasty, genuine and of high quality. A true delight for the palate.
We recommend it to everyone. On Sundays it is always very crowded. This year we chose to come on a Saturday and it was a great choice.
