Carlo Alberto and Concetta always welcome us with a smile, as if we've been lifelong friends—two people who always know how to make you smile. But the goal isn't to get lost in chit-chat, but to enjoy the President's cuisine... traditional cuisine that evolves while respecting local products. The Valsamoggia caciotta crème brûlée with pears and mushroom ragù is a feast for the eyes! The pasta with sardines and the ever-present green tagliatelle are a must. A glass of Nebbiolo and a glass of Trentodoc accompanied this quick lunch. The wine list? 10+!! Full of friends! The Life on Mars bar was specially wrapped and taken to go... because dessert is a must... at home! La Lumira is just like that, a place close to the heart. Well done Borsa!

The only flaw was the soundproofing, which could be improved. Otherwise, everything was fine, even the bill, which was fair for what we had eaten.

A small criticism: the caramels were a little hard on the folds, but the filling was delicious, and the rice was delicious. I would recommend using crispy chopped bacon lengthwise, rather than a whole slice, which, while beautiful, doesn't cover the entire plate. Second courses included sliced ​​steak and rib-eye steak, which was remade without any problems because they had accidentally cooked it not rare. A decidedly positive experience, with prices in line with the quality. Next time we'll try the borlenghi, which we didn't order this time.
