Abilità sopraffina dello chef nella preparazione dei piatti
Ho scelto i meedaglioni di maialino con salsa di mele campanine e purè di sedano rapa.
Squisiti.

Il senza glutine è spettacolare dalle tigelle ai tortellini al dessert. Prossimo anno tris, almeno spero!!! Un grandissimo complimento a tutto lo staff

17/02/2025: Cena di San Valentino a base di pesce: la scelta proposta ha incontrato i nostri gusti, i piatti erano tutti ben fatti ed equilibrati.
Alcuni, come la sogliola alla mugnaia, li abbiamo trovati eccellenti.
Forse, se il baccalà mantecato fosse stato leggermente meno salato, lo avremmo apprezzato ancora di più.
Il servizio e l'atmosfera impeccabile e gradevolissima come sempre.

08/12/2024: For me, this is the first “Trattoria del Cuore”. I link this place to many wonderful family memories, but above all to tastings of delicious dishes, among which the tortellini in capon broth that are difficult to match stand out. Highly recommended!

08/01/2025: Immediately welcomed with kindness and professionalism, we immediately learned that many dishes including the fabulous tigelle were also available gluten-free. Totally delicious dinner from the cold cuts appetizer to the ham fettucine and the tortelloni. Impeccable service, courteous, quick, reasonable costs. Unfortunately we are out of reach... but if I come back I'll definitely come back!

27/01/2025: Even though I was born in Castelfranco Emilia, I had never been to this historic venue, but on the occasion of an important birthday I finally had the excuse to go. My family and I were welcomed with a lot of heart, in a well-kept and welcoming environment. The kitchen was able to satisfy all our tastes with great skill. Cesare Ciò che passa ad ogni tavolo per salutare ma soprattutto sincerarsi che vada tutto bene..portate abbondanti e per il nostro gusto personale ottime....e il tocco finale di servire i dolci personalmente dal """padrone di casa"""" ci ha lusingati e fatto terminare la serata benissimo...ritorneremo sicuramente!!!@@

The restaurant presents good and very tasty dishes, a secret worth discovering anyway.
The service is also top.
