05/08/2024: The restaurant located on the outskirts of Formigine on the road of the same name which gives its name to the restaurant, which leads to Maranello, offers a wide range of typical dishes such as tortellini, totelloni, tigelle with cured meats, fried gnocco, and a good assortment of first courses, many of which can be tasted in tasting portions as an encore or trio. We opted for the standard choice of fried gnocco and crescentine, accompanied by stewed sausage. All very good, as was the service offered by the dining room staff and the friendly owner, with whom we chatted at the end of the evening. the environment is familiar and welcoming. The value for money is also good.

10/08/2024: A beautiful historic trattoria. We spent 42.50 euros for 1 starter, 2 first courses, water, Lambrusco wine, 1 dessert and 2 coffees. The truly excellent cuisine and the well-kept retro environment are worth a lot. Parking is on the street and pets are allowed inside.

20/07/2024: I randomly found this restaurant looking on the internet because I was in the area.....excellent choice!! We ate very well: fried porcini mushrooms, tagliatelle with ragù, "crazy" tortelli and cockerel.... all delicious 😋. The owner was also very kind and friendly. Highly recommended!🤩

11/08/2024: I was here with my husband last night for the San Lorenzo celebration in the square. After the visit to the castle we saw this restaurant inside and we couldn't resist. We hadn't booked but they immediately seated us. A very sweet and well-prepared boy served and accompanied us throughout the evening, also advising us on how to best savor the dishes. We were very sorry that we couldn't say goodbye to him when we left, because he never left the kitchen again 😅 We took the 'Strolling around... Italy!' menu. The fried aubergine millefeuille is a delight, as is the guinea fowl breast, excellent cooking! In the end, the strawberry tiramisu was the apotheosis of pleasure for me, mascarpone and strawberries... Perfect pairing! And finally a little surprise treat with a sugar cube and 70° of pure herbal fire 🤣 too good!!! Will I go back? Surely!!!

28/08/2024: Bella la location estiva in mezzo al prato, immerso nel verde. Nonostante riconosca la qualità dei piatti e nel servizio, seppur un pò lento, il rapporto quantità prezzo è veramente sproporzionato. Pagare 17 euro per due pezzi di salsiccia e 34 per 4 costine di agnellone è eccessivo. Non penso ritornerò.

12/08/2024: Cucina tradizionale molto saporita e delicata allo stesso tempo, tutto buono e location molto carina con tavoli rotondi ampi.Servizio famigliare e professionale, consiglio!!!

14/08/2024: Even though I am a very loyal customer, I have never thought about leaving a review. I have been a regular visitor to the restaurant for 17 years and I consider it one of the best in Emilia Romagna. I won't dwell on the excellent menu as it has already been extensively described by other reviewers. Excellent quality of every single dish and ingredient. Wine and spirits list of the highest level. Trained and highly qualified staff. The Clò family, the owners, simply special people. In 2010 we chose it for our wedding and it was a fantastic wedding, organized to perfection and with a choice of dishes even off the menu that were simply delicious. Now I live abroad, but when I return to Italy I have dinner here almost every evening. I include this restaurant and the treatment we receive every time among my "beautiful things" about Italy.

30/08/2024: Scoperta per caso, siamo rimasti davvero molto soddisfatti. Qualità ottima, ci sono piaciuti tutti i piatti provati. Simpatia e gentilezza del personale rendono la cena ancora più piacevole.

29/08/2024: L'occasione era un festeggiamento in famiglia e la volontà di assaggiare, chi per la prima volta (il sottoscritto) chi dopo tanto tempo, i Borlenghi. Locale non tanto grande, un po' rumoroso ma curato. Si parte con i sopracitati Borlenghi, un prodotto unico, quanto goloso. Sottilissimo ventaglio di pasta friabile (e unta) con all'interno del lardo conciato e Parmigiano Reggiano. Uno tira l'altro (considerando anche che escono a ciclo continuo dalla cucina e sta a te "dire basta"). Tortellini in brodo di cappone, notevoli. Piccoli e in buona porzione. Serviti in tazza (come tradizione vuole), seppure resa un po' più "scicchettosa". Filetto di manzo alla griglia ottimo e scioglievole (oltre che abbondante), funghi porcini fritti buoni (ma non è difficile), tagliatelle ai porcini gustose anche se un filino insipide, gnocco fritto eccezionale con prosciutto davvero aromatico e dolce. Si chiude con un tiramisù tradizionale, nella media. Prezzo onestissimo; esperienza da ripetere per provare quanto avremmo voluto ma non c'era fisicamente più posto per concedercelo. Bravi!!

27/08/2024: We went to Maranello to visit the Ferrari museum and were recommended this restaurant about 10-15 minutes walk from the museum. Good value for money. We paid about 20-30 euros per head.

28/07/2024: Beautiful and traditional place, there is no air conditioning but it is very cool inside (walls as old as they once were). Tortelloni and sweets are highly recommended as a second course, gnocco, tigelle and tagliatelle. I found good and particular meat

Dopo aver provato diverse volte questo nuovo locale in mezzo al parco, devo dire che si riconferma una certezza per qualsiasi occasione: pranzo, aperitivo, cena e dopo cena. Tutto lo staff è gentilissimo, sempre attento e sorridente. Un grazie speciale a Fillo, il nostro cameriere di fiducia e Giommy! Ragazzi, se passate da Carpi, "CHALET 3.0 AL PARCO" è una tappa fissa che dovete fare! BRAVI!

04/08/2024: As a guest of friends on a lunch break, after over 25 years I returned to this place which has kept the charm of the 80s premises intact. We ate traditional Modena dishes such as fried gnocco and tigelle accompanied by good cured meats. Rich opening buffet with battered vegetables, roasted potatoes and much more, accompanied by a pleasant Lambrusco. Air-conditioned room, ample parking and very kind owner. Also suitable for families, correct prices.

01/08/2024: Dopo 2 anni in occasione del compleanno di mia moglie ritorniamo alla spiaggetta a cena e come sempre il nostro voto e 100 e lode nella qualità e quantita ottimo e magnifico il buffet arricchito di tutto squisiti i tortellini sia in brodo che alla panna anche il secondo gnocco e tigelle con salumi con vino e acqua

04/08/2024: Typical tavern with exceptional people managing it, wonderful and very nice host, waitress who looked after us equally competent and friendly. The food is a wonder for the palate and also for the eyes, I went back to my childhood with the dishes we ate, having grown up in Castelfranco and then moved to Tuscany at 18. I recommend everyone to stop by, excellent food and very honest prices. Well done, we'll be back!
