30/09/2025: I had the tagliata with arugula and parmesan, well-cooked just the way I like it. The tigelle and gnocco were excellent. The prosciutto was sweet. The only flaw was the soundproofing, which could be improved. Otherwise, everything was fine, even the bill, which was fair for what we had eaten.

The owner's expertise in the field is evident, even in the smallest details. A wide selection of wines, both local and international, is available. The dishes are beautiful to look at and, above all, delicious. The mushroom risotto is excellent. The prices are reasonable and fair.

18/10/2025: We celebrated my husband's 60th birthday. It was magical, because we are both passionate about Ferrari, and we ate very well. The only thing about the second courses, in terms of our tastes, was that there was not much choice (because we don't eat pigeon or eel, etc.) but the dishes were superb, the service and courtesy were excellent. We will definitely be back ♥️

27/10/2025: My rating refers to the restaurant, not the inn's rooms. Therefore, the "Rooms," "Service," and "Location" fields make no sense. I tried reporting this using Google, but I can't find a way.
This is a medium-high level restaurant; its Michelin star is well-deserved. We ate (lunch) in a beautiful and refined setting, the dishes were truly delicious, and the welcome was truly warm, even for our dog.
A special mention for the "torta degli ebrei," a specialty of Finale Emilia, a sort of cheese puff pastry, eaten as an appetizer, wrapped in yellow paper and eaten directly in bites.
Everything was delicious and well-prepared; an experience worth repeating.

02/12/2025: RUDE. The owner even teases me twice for my accent. In 2025, this is so sad and low-class, but maybe I shouldn't be ashamed. Maybe one star isn't enough. The food is low-quality, but I think kindness is everything when you own a restaurant.

The fresh pasta and ragu are highly recommended, and it's always a good idea to order the daily special, which they usually have for lunch. They have a room dedicated to Pagani. The staff is very friendly, and the owner is always there, ready to help.
