The dishes were exceptional: all characterized by an elegant delicacy but at the same time by a strong, clear taste, capable of speaking with confidence and identity. A cuisine that is not afraid to tell its story, but does so with balance and personality. The strong point lies in the combination of tradition and innovation: the Emilian roots are evident and respected, but reinterpreted with intelligence and modern sensitivity. The impeccable service, attentive but never intrusive, makes the experience even more fluid and pleasant. The historic location, immersed in the Ferrari legend, adds value and atmosphere to every course.

20/06/2025: Not the Cavallino we knew before. Fantastic historical location in front of the entrance of the factory, nice up to date decoration, good food but expensive experience.

05/05/2025: Located a stone's throw from the center, the Osteria was a pleasant surprise. Very nice place with the possibility of eating in the internal courtyard. High level product quality. Good service. Prices above average still justify the quality, presentation, service and courtesy.

23/06/2025: Everything was delicious and perfect, I would give six stars if I could! I arrived on Saturday night with my boyfriend, we hadn't booked but they found us a table anyway and made us feel at home. Exceptional staff and really delicious food, we had: tortellini (very tasty) and tagliatelle with ragù too, delicious tagliata and homemade desserts to lick your lips, all at a more than fair price. The location is fabulous, immersed in the hills. In short, we will definitely be back with the whole family, highly recommended!

06/06/2025: Gentilezza, professionalità e buon cibo i primi fatti in casa tortelli ripieni ricotta e spinaci buonissimi per terminare con gnocco e tigelle buonissimi, il tutto accompagnato da un buon lambrusco. Un plauso allo staff disponibile e sempre sorridente, consiglio il menù rustico rapporto prezzo, qualità ottimo.

04/06/2025: Siamo appena usciti da questo bel ristorantino, siamo venuti per comprare le ciliegie, di Vignola,abbiamo mangiato i calza gatti e funghi porcini fritti, una bella tagliata di filetto all’aglio e rosmarino il mio compagno e gnocchi fritti e tigelle con salumi e lardo io. un bel Lambrusco fresco, due dolci dei quali uno tipico chiamato torta Barozzi molto particolare., caffè e liquore, 70 € spesi bene perché era tutto buonissimo e il posto è molto carino il cameriere sono gentilissimi! È la seconda volta che ci torniamo torneremo sicuramente una terza quarta, quinta eccetera

I am American and was introduced to this restaurant and owner by my friend Marco and always loved everything about this place, especially the lasagna (once made for us) and the tortellini. My best to the owner and her family.

09/03/2025: Un posto raro, con ottima e squisita cucina, ed ambiente familiare. Da non perdere. gli ottimi i primi, squisita la carne ed il dolce. Un posto che non si dimentica. lo stesso enzo Ferrari la frequentava assidutamente , ed avvertiva sempre , prima di arrivare, aveva il suo posto prediletto- La attuale proprietaria è una persona gentile, affabile, schietta e molto simpatica. Insomma un posto da non perdere assolutamente!!!! paolo maffei
