02/01/2026: We only had lunch at the restaurant, not staying at the hotel. The panoramic location overlooking the entire valley was truly beautiful!
The welcome was warm, and the restaurant, spread across several rooms, was very charming. The menu was varied and appetizing. We would have loved to try everything, but since that wasn't possible, I must admit we ate very well, from the entrée to the dessert. Special mention goes to the venison nut and the sorbets.
If I had to find a flaw, it would be the service, a little slow, but that wasn't a problem for us at all.
Congratulations, we'd love to return!

30/01/2026: Dishes of unquestionable quality, traditional cuisine with excellent technique. The cellar features wines from the Terlan cellar, as well as other vintages and special reserves. The pork shank is superb, with crispy rind and generally plentiful.
28/01/2026: The atmosphere is authentic and rustic, just what you'd expect from such a charming and picturesque location. The food is excellent, made with care. Special mention goes to the bartender, who welcomed us with great kindness and professionalism despite the place being packed. Highly recommended!

With one flaw, however: the tagliata I ordered was far too small for a price of €23. It was a paltry little piece, almost shameful for a restaurant like this. What a shame.

08/02/2026: We stumbled upon this restaurant in Bolzano by chance, strolling through the streets of the city center. The name intrigued us, and we decided to come in for lunch. It couldn't have been a better decision. The restaurant's interior is stunning, reminiscent of an Austrian mountain hut. The food—traditional South Tyrolean fare—is equally delicious. I was amazed by the low prices: the two of us ate an appetizer and two main courses, water, and beer, and spent only 50 euros. There's no cover charge. I'd definitely go back!
08/02/2026: I had an excellent lunch at this restaurant, about which I'd read many positive reviews, and which I stumbled upon and tried while strolling around the city, and I can only confirm.
Prices are below average for the area, the quality is high, and the service is friendly!
Recommended!

23/01/2026: A romantic mountain chalet in Milan for a "100% Alto Adige" experience. A spacious location surrounded by wood throughout. It truly feels like being in the mountains, not the city. Table settings with fabric tablecloths, with an attention to detail that transports us back in time to enjoy the local products. We chose the wine first: a Lagrein Gries DOC Riserva 2022 Kellerei Terlan (an excellent red wine paired with the dishes we chose). For appetizers: a warm pumpkin tart with a blue mountain cheese fondue and a Rösti (potato fritters) with speck and quark rolls with mountain herbs. For the first course, a porcini mushroom risotto with crispy speck slices. For dessert, a "Heisse Liebe" vanilla ice cream with warm raspberries and a dark chocolate mousse with berries and almond crumble. To finish, an excellent Amaro Alpler herb liqueur (very bitter) from Cantine Roner/Termeno. I must admit, it was a magical experience we'll never forget. The location, service, food, wine, and emotions... everything was perfect! I'll definitely be back when I'm in Milan.

A truly well-maintained location.
Average product quality, with some ups and downs.
Despite being crowded, the service was good, but with a few minor inconsistencies.
Prices could be slightly revised.
Anyway, definitely worth a try!

30/11/2025: Friendly and helpful staff. Nice atmosphere. The food we just ate was good—we shared a first course and an appetizer. A little too rich and hard to digest.

I can't stand paying €30 a dish and having rude waiters who annoy you after five minutes and are left to fend for themselves without any supervision (obviously, the owners weren't present). Wait times of over an hour between courses, raw first courses, cold second courses, and, to top it all, a scene I've never seen in my life: the waiter in the dining room eating a dish with his hands from a plate.
I formally disputed the bill at the cashier and paid.

24/06/2025: SIamo andati in una torrida domenica di giugno, ma il caldo non ci ha impedito di apprezzare cibo e location; servizio cortese, veloce (pure troppo, appena finiti i primi ci hanno subito portato i secondi...).
Abbiamo optato per un tris di primi da dividere in 4, veramente saporiti, e fantastica la rosticciata con lo stinco.
Prezzo non esattamente da agriturismo di una volta, ma per la qualità del cibo ci sta.

12/12/2024: Una domenica mezzogiorno, per puro caso (eravamo in un negozio in zona), abbiamo avuto la fortuna di pranzare qui.
Abbiamo mangiato (e bevuto) davvero benissimo, il posto è accogliente e il personale molto, molto gentile.
