The kitchen lost some points: too much salt

Through a colleague, we were directed to have a quick lunch during a break from a union training course at Buzzi Hospital, at this truly beautiful and unique restaurant.
To cut a long story short, we tried a mixed cured meat platter, followed by a colleague's entrée with scallops, another the lamb shank, and me and another the pork shank with baked potatoes and vegetables.
Everything was truly delicious and in satisfying quantities (and to think the owner was worried we wouldn't eat everything, but obviously didn't know us), especially the pork shank, which, in my opinion, is absolutely worth trying.
We paid a fair price, considering the size and overall quality of the meals served, so next time I get a chance, I plan to return to try other delicacies on their menu (it could be more varied and extensive, but a few good ones are also a good idea!).

It feels like being in a mountain hut in South Tyrol, a very welcoming, all-wood restaurant with a lovely garden and a few tables for outdoor dining. The food is excellent, with generous portions and attentive service. I had a venison steak that melted in my mouth, and the traditional cured meats and mountain cheeses were also excellent. The price is reasonable for the quality.

A Tyrolean restaurant just steps from Chinatown, it's beautiful, first and foremost, with its mountain cabin-style decor, and secondly, excellent for the quality of its dishes. Friendly and reasonably quick service, though prices are perhaps a bit high considering we're not in the city center.

Overall, a very nice restaurant, starting with its wooden structure and the feel of a mountain refuge or restaurant, similar to those found in Trentino hotels. We ordered a platter of cured meats and cheeses with honey and mustard—very good and unique—two first courses, including long potato gnocchi with speck and saffron sauce and apple-filled ravioli with porcini mushroom cream and crispy speck, and a second course of sausages with sauerkraut, mustard, and rösti potatoes. The dishes are generous (see photo). The beer selection is excellent. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
