29/12/2024: Michelin-starred restaurant La Bandiera, in the Pescarese hinterland (near the more well-known Pianella), unfortunately we did not take advantage of the possibility of staying overnight, but only had dinner (so it is not possible to judge the rooms).
The place is well furnished, elegant, very clean and welcoming, there is only room for around thirty diners distributed on tables of various sizes and types (outside there is a large car park and in the summer period they should give the possibility of eating out). The service is excellent, you are pampered by various waiters, each with a different function, all kind, polite, helpful and competent. The exceptional food with local products, for quality and presentation on the plate, with various colors and combinations, the various combinations are perfect (the menu varies according to the period). The very complete wine list, for all tastes and budgets. The quality - price - quantity ratio is excellent. Definitely a restaurant to visit several times to savor all the dishes. Highly recommended.

08/12/2024: Dopo una mattinata sulla neve, cercavamo un posticino per rifoccillarci, cerchiamo su tripadvisor e il gioco è fatto. Ci affidiamo a chi c'è stato prima di noi e prenotiamo. Questa piccola trattoria ha un calore e un atmosfera davvero familiare, il cibo ottimo e abbondante, il conto super onesto, ma la vera chicca è il proprietario Franchino una persona davvero gentile e cordiale che ti accoglie come se ti conoscesse da tempo.Consiglio assolutamente..noi torneremo a occhi chiusi.

30/09/2024: Usually the restaurants near the place to visit, in this case the Sanctuary of San Gabriele, do not offer impeccable quality. The Gran Sasso Restaurant deserves all the praise possible. Well looked after and clean, the owner is affable, funny and competent. All the dishes offered are quality and delicious. Highly recommended for anyone in the area.

The food is always delicious, prepared with fresh ingredients and with attention to the smallest details. The atmosphere is welcoming and the staff is very kind, attentive and professional. It is our favorite place when we want to treat ourselves to an excellent dinner. We can't wait to return!
30/12/2024: I was here 15 years ago and to my surprise the place has improved a lot. It has gone from an ordinary farmhouse to a more sophisticated restaurant. Very good quality Teramo cuisine. Well decorated. Excellent service with adequate prices. The starter is mandatory, the rest optional. Highly recommended.

Location in aperta campagna con splendida vista collinare....piatti della tradizione ben fatti...dal tour di antipasti...ottimi i primi con pasta fatta in casa...eccellente anche i secondi...soprattutto la capra con pomodoro e peperoni...
Conto molto favorevole...complimenti.
Ristorante segnato...ci rivedremo sicuramente.
01/01/2025: Sera di capodanno da Zenobi, che non tradisce nemmeno stavolta. Il cenone di fine anno potrebbe riservare delle sorprese ma non è il loro caso. Anche in un evento come questo l'impronta rimane. Cena di qualità, ottimi antipasti, da segnalare i cannelloni con pesto di cavolo nero veramente gustosi, e l'agnello ai carciofi ben cotto e saporito, oltre che in gran quantità. Ottimo anche tutto il resto, nemmeno a dirlo, vista l'estrema attenzione di Patrizia nella scelta dei prodotti e nella loro cottura. Una conferma di cui non c'è ovviamente moitivo di stupirsi.

15/08/2024: Dinner for two, everything was really excellent. We went on a trip and wanted something different than usual for dinner, no idea has ever been better than coming to dine here. Very polite, courteous and attentive staff!
The kebabs are something sublime, even the Angus ones. And to conclude, tiramisu made by them! Exceptional!
We will definitely be back!

19/01/2025: I went to this place with my partner. Once we arrived they accompanied us to the table where the waiter kindly moved my partner's chair to make her sit (a gesture much appreciated). The menu is very varied and particular, especially with beautiful, fine and selected meats.
When ordering I was kindly accompanied to the fridges with different cuts of meat.
06/01/2025: It's now a fixed stop... Every time we go to Chieti we can't help but go to our favorite restaurant "Lo squirrel". Quality food, excellent cuisine and impeccable service

10/01/2025: My review refers to years ago when this restaurant probably needed to answer the phone. Since then we have never been able to book anything again. I remember a welcoming place where we ate very well several times but as the years went by the place only came out for "chosen eyes" plus I've been trying to call in the only dedicated hour for about a week and the phone is always busy. Very bad

The Paolino Restaurant is a guarantee! We know Paolo, Roberto and the whole family very well: they are extraordinary people, always kind and welcoming, as is their staff, which is truly exceptional. The cuisine is impeccable, with traditional Abruzzo dishes prepared with passion and quality ingredients. Each visit is an unforgettable culinary experience. I recommend booking in advance because the place is in great demand, especially during high season. Absolutely must try!
