Nice environment, which is not a given in Chinese-Japanese places, rather attentive service, I didn't give 5 stars as they confused two dishes, otherwise nothing to say.
The food was really good. Certainly above the average for the sector, which let's face it, after the initial boom has definitely flattened out in general. Well here are some dishes that really tickled my palate.
Price in line with the competition, little parking.

21/07/2024: Ristorante ampio, pulito, curato anche nei bagni (perfetti). Un numero incredibile di piatti preparati sul momento ad una velocità incredibile. Cibo di buona qualità.
Prezzi nella media. Consigliato per chi ama gli all you can eat (che noi non sfruttiamo mai perché dopo poco siamo sazi) di buona qualità

18/07/2024: Salmon and tuna, they were very fresh, you know when they melt in your mouth like butter, I was satisfied with the price of brut wine and extra dry sparkling wine, the service was a little more than slow! But if you have the entire lockout I recommend you pass! P.S. concentrated wasabi Attention!😃

11/08/2024: Excellent sushi restaurant run by helpful staff and very fast in deliveries. The menu offers a very wide choice, whether you go for the all you can eat formula or stick to the classic. There is plenty of parking space, and in front you also have a green park where you can spend some time relaxing. The prices are more than fair for what you will eat... Don't bother going to Florence to find a good sushi restaurant... Try this one and you won't regret it.

For the same price (above average) there are restaurants with significantly higher quality and variety of dishes.
The canteen-style white paper napkins and plastic soy sauce bowls are terrible!

03/07/2024: Chinese food near Florence Centro area! Echoing a previous review, my family was also just glad to have this meal after a few days of pizza and pasta. It was not the best Chinese food ever but enough to satisfy our craving.
Out of all the menu items, we would say the chicken stir fry noodles made the meal. Would recommend those and the dumplings if you go. However, the kung pao chicken did not really come with the veggies as expected.

Super greasy. It's not Chinese food. Ordered cantonese fried rice, chicken curry fried rice, boiled fish, mushroom and bamboo vegetable, omelet, duck dish and dumplings.
Total 7 items.
Only ate 15% of the food and we can't eat anymore. Super oily/greasy.
I don't believe they have oriental chef or cook back there.
The boiled fish is the worst and expensive.
Service.
Waitress not very good with english.
Told her on the 1st order that cantonese fried rice super oily and asked can do something about it and not make other orders too oily too.
She shake the head and went off.. 🤦
Atmosphere.
Atmosphere is good.

25/06/2024: Unfortunately I have to lower my previous review, I returned years later and found quite high prices (for example I paid €8 for 4 prawns which were not too large...passed off as salt and pepper prawns, 1 liter of water 2.8 €, cover charge €2.20 each), a slightly shabby place and the service is slow... the food is still good, but the quality/price ratio is no longer its strong point... there is a lot better in Livorno!

24/07/2024: A real disappointment. I frequented the restaurant years ago and it deserved its reputation as one of the best Chinese restaurants in Florence. The quality of the food has definitely deteriorated, especially the dim sums. Service not up to par, I would say rude. They don't fail to remind you that having chosen the all you can eat formula you have to finish everything otherwise you have to pay for the leftover dishes. A true obsession, they came to remind us three times, insisting that we finish the few leftovers (a third of three dishes). Beyond belief! Then out of kindness they only charged us for one dish of the three! I won't go back.
