29/08/2024: Ambiente informale, la specialità è la zuppa e le pizze che sono basse e croccanti come da foto. Hanno il vino sfuso molto buono. Ho preso appunto zuppa e pizza tutto buonissimo peccato che chiuderá a metà settembre per riaprire non so quando, anzi se i titolari leggono il commento chiedo se mi rispondono. Se proprio devo trovare una pecca dico di velocizzare il servizio che siamo stati quasi mezz’ora senza che ci prendessero l’ordinazione. Consigliatissimo non vefo l’ora di tornarci.

28/03/2025: The food is no longer what it was a few years ago.... Both the Chinese dishes and the sushi are of very poor quality, we always took take-away and we were really disappointed in addition to the doubled prices.... Soy spaghetti practically wrong cooked with whole chard leaves (never seen them) without any flavor the spring rolls...... A sadness.... They will never see us again!

06/11/2024: I would like to know the people who gave 5 stars to this restaurant and who defined it as the best AYCE Japanese restaurant where they ate in Florence. This restaurant from the location, to the food, to the service, to the menu etc in any aspect is AWFUL. PS: Reply to the owner's response. Nobody expected anything special. Without any hard feelings EVERYTHING we mentioned was highly POOR and inferior to 90% of the AYCE Japanese restaurants we frequent. Having said that, I wish you the best of luck at work and I hope that this review can stimulate you to raise your standards.

03/11/2024: I don't know how you are used to eating, reading reviews "the best Japanese..." gives me shivers. Ok the price is really really low but here quality and decency are at an all-time low. Sticky rice. Raw with no flavor. Order still to be written on the leaflet like 15 years ago. An incredible stench. Supermarket wine at €1.50 sold for €12 I don't continue... Absolutely better to spend €10 more!!!!

15/02/2025: Premesso la serata particolare (San Valentino), e sacrosanto il diritto di lavorare il più possibile quando c'è l'opportunità. Ordine take away piuttosto importante inoltrato il giorno prima, con orario stabilito alle 20 e 45. Risultato un ora di ritardo, solo grazie al fatto di aver minacciato di lasciare tutto lì, in quanto non ci veniva data risposta ai tempi di preparazione. Inoltre sottolineo che all'ultimatum di annullare l'ordine mi veniva risposto che fosse pronto, palesemente una fesseria, in quando ci hanno fatto aspettare altri 10 minuti abbondanti. Apprezzabile il gesto di riparazione con uno sconto per scusarsi, purtroppo non reale in quanto arrivati a casa non abbiamo trovato una parte dell'ordine; nella fattispecie diverse confezioni di nigiri correttamenti messi nello scontrino. Dispiace lasciare una recensione negativa, ma si dovrebbe lavorare con coscienza delle proprie potenzialità, e non peccare di ingordigia imprenditoriale altrimenti la qualità del servizio diventa imbarazzante. Imbarazzante come la fila di persone che aspettanavano un tavolo, l'ordine a domicilio o la fila di rider delle varie consegne a domicilio. Semplicemente mettere un punto a gli ordini, avrei capito le difficoltà e ordinato altrove. Niente da eccepire riguardo ai prodotti, ma sicuramente non tornerò.

19/03/2025: Chinese restaurant among the first to arrive in Italy, the tradition has remained in the 90s, everything is excellent and generous portions, super soups.

27/02/2025: Nin Hao is a great place that appeals to tourists and locals who are looking to enjoy something other than Italian. We had Shrimp Fried Rice, Sweet & Sour Pork, and Egg Omelette with Shrimp. All of the items were delicious! Better yet, this was the most affordable dinner we have had in Florence at under 30 euros. The place was busy with customers and a very active take-out business... we had a very short wait for our food.

04/05/2025: Excellent quality Chinese restaurant, I had already gone years ago and it remained at the top, the service was a little slow but perhaps because it was overcrowded given the May 1st holiday.

03/05/2025: A few months after the last dinner I had with my partner, I found a place that had become much worse both in terms of service and environment: orders reversed, staff you can't speak to because they're foreigners, ear-muffling confusion due to rude children and prices that have gone too high. I'm sorry but it's no longer the place it used to be and so I won't go back again.

19/05/2025: what the helly??? what did i just eat… we got the nagmeun (terrible), sundubu (water with gochugaru), jaeyuk (literally slices of bacon drenched in sesame oil). holy cow… never had worse korean food, but i guess this is what you should expect at a korean restaurant in italy 🤷🏻‍♂️ save yourself the money and don’t come here. they also charge you 3 euros for side dishes.

16/05/2025: It was a time when I really needed a Korean food transfusion Kimchi stew (15 euros) and stir-fried pork (16.8 euros) They were delicious 🥹🥹 They said rice comes with the stew So I ordered another bowl of rice~~ (The cost of side dishes for 2 people was 3 euros)

26/04/2025: Io e il mio ragazzo ci andiamo spesso, sushi buono, servizio veloce e cordiale. Abbiamo chiesto di stare al secondo piano ma non è stato possibile. Tutto sommato una cena deliziosa come sempre .
