08/06/2025: I had dinner at Sartori two weeks ago with friends, we chose the All you can eat formula. What can I say? Freshness and quality are the words that come to mind to describe Satori's sushi. Very beautiful and well-kept location, impeccable service and normal prices, but with the most evident positive note of freshness and quality compared to perhaps other sushi restaurants. Their tempura is very good, in fact exquisite! Recommended!

10/06/2025: I have tried many sushi but this is definitely my favorite. I may be repetitive, but I always order ravioli and udon and this restaurant is the only one that makes them really good. The sushi is also very good and the menu is very varied.
The other night we went to the competition to try, we will NEVER go there AGAIN. Nothing to do with it, the service is certainly different, but the food, which is what matters, is incomparable. I can't wait to go back
16/05/2025: Great all you can eat restaurant, clean, fast and with a great variety. Personally I'm not very happy with the technology, they have adopted QR codes and menus on the phone, effectively forcing the customer to have the smartphone in hand for half the lunch break.

17/06/2025: It's a typical Korean restaurant, and it's cheap for a tourist destination. The side dishes are amazing, so if you're craving Korean food, I highly recommend visiting.

15/06/2025: We returned after two years, for a quick lunch with the all you can eat formula. Really very limited menu and average quality.
25/05/2025: Simple location, nothing special food, impatient staff, does not make you feel at ease. I will start by saying that we did not take the wine, in the end we spent €40 each. It is not worth it, value for money all you can eat in the end better a healthy meal elsewhere. Great that when booking they ask what type of table you prefer, since not everyone can sit for example without a backrest or interlocking at tables at floor level.

The prices change at the weekend but that's okay.

25/05/2025: The best Chinese restaurant in Casentino in my opinion. Excellent quality/price ratio. Their strong point in my opinion is definitely the first courses. They are very good and plentiful. The spring rolls are also excellent, nice and big and not tiny like in other restaurants. Friendly staff. NOTE: the reviews from a few years ago are no longer valid. The place and the manager have changed and have been completely renovated.
