21/04/2026: I called in the afternoon to make a reservation for 9 pm and was told they were full for that time, but they could make it for 9:30 (a reservation for two people, I'd say easy enough). As soon as we arrived, they told us our table would be ready in 20 minutes and to wait outside. I'd overlook the fact that the person who told us to wait 20 minutes was a child who looked like he was 11 or 12 years old at the most... They finally seated us at 10:15 after I came back, explicitly asking to be seated since I had a reservation for 45 minutes earlier. Only then did the waitress move a table that had already been filled up and prepare it for us. Some of the guys who were already seated told us they do that to everyone. The restaurant is old and in need of renovation. The bathroom is falling apart, and the smell throughout the restaurant is unpleasant. When you get home, you have to wash your clothes to avoid smelling like fried food for a week. The service wasn't exactly fast, but it wasn't slow either. The waiter picked his nose while taking our order; let's hope the kitchen doesn't do the same thing... It's a shame, because everything we ate was good and cheap (quite spicy, but good).

07/02/2026: We went for lunch today; there were a few other tables, but it wasn't crowded. The service was excellent, very courteous and helpful. The menu allows you to order up to 3 dishes with 4 courses each. It's really a lot of food, and we didn't even get to order our last dish. Everything comes gradually so you can savor each course. I can't choose which one I liked best; it was all delicious and fresh. It's definitely our favorite Chinese and Japanese restaurant in the city. I RECOMMEND IT!

17/03/2026: We stumbled upon this place by chance, even though we live in the city. It's a small, charmingly decorated place, and the food is excellent, much better than many other more renowned and trendy places in the city. We're now almost regulars and will continue to return. Well done!!

16/04/2026: Environment: The floor was fairly clean, to be fair. Service: The waiters rarely smiled and didn't apologize when we took the wrong order. The food was served extremely slowly; it took almost 15 minutes for the first dish to arrive. With an hour allotted, we could only order about two rounds of food, and it took half an hour to bring each round to our table, even when there weren't many customers. Review: From a consumer's perspective, the service at this restaurant was mediocre. The attitude was barely acceptable, and the food was served very slowly. The sushi rice was noticeably watery and lacked the distinct grain texture. However, the few bright spots were that the food in the kitchen was above average. It's clear that the management and manager of this restaurant haven't focused on improving service and efficiency. The waiters were lazy and unhelpful, and the kitchen was inefficient; the sushi bar hadn't even cooked the rice properly. I hope things will improve next time I come.

23/03/2026: Even though the food is mediocre and the atmosphere isn't the best, I'd say it's not horrible except that after eating someone always vomits and they don't bring the ordered food very often.

28/11/2025: The best Chinese restaurant in Florence, for what it's worth! The appetizers are the best, especially the spring rolls. I often order takeout; they're quick and cheap. I've also eaten in the restaurant, which is cozy and very nice. I also recommend the sweet and sour pork and the fried ice cream.

29/04/2026: I've been to many Chinese restaurants in various Italian cities and in China (Guangzhou, Hong Kong, Shanghai): this is the only place where I can eat REAL Chinese food. Clean environment and family atmosphere, fast service and very friendly staff. You can order takeout, à la carte, and AYCE. The Japanese menu is also excellent. Highly recommended.

25/04/2026: I ordered at 8:00 PM, clearly writing the desired products, the delivery address, and specifying that I needed to leave urgently. I immediately called to confirm the delivery time and was told that the delivery driver would be leaving in 10 minutes. After 20 minutes, I called back: they told me it was leaving. After another 10 minutes, still nothing. I called again and was told it would leave in 5 minutes. Another 10 minutes passed, I called again and discovered that the order hadn't been shipped yet and that it would take another 10-15 minutes. More time passed… At that point, after over an hour of waiting, I had to cancel the order and left without dinner. The problem isn't the delay itself; that can happen. The problem is that I gave false information about delivery times throughout the entire wait. It would have been enough to immediately tell the truth: "We can't deliver quickly." I would have organized things differently and they would have looked better. Terrible experience, new management very disorganized. For me, failed.

21/02/2026: For me, the food is generous and top-notch, and the taste is top-notch. Perhaps the only flaw is that the grilled ravioli are sometimes too oily, the same goes for the egg rolls (now that I'm on a diet, I pay more attention to it), but they're still good. Service: fast and friendly, but obviously when there's a lot of people, they get a little ruder, but that's true for every place I've read absurd comments. They're excellent. Ambience: it's a rotisserie, not a critical restaurant, so the space is small. If you're not happy with it, order takeout.

08/02/2026: I strongly advise against it. The food quality is terrible, the wait times are incredibly long, and even when a customer, like me, waited an hour for the grilled food without eating it, they'll give you a €1.60 discount to keep you happy. It's just a money-eating machine.

29/11/2025: I went for lunch. The traditional, beautiful, and well-maintained atmosphere is enlivened by automated waiters roaming the restaurant. The food was all very good, and you order using a tablet. The only flaw: the kitchen was very, very slow with us, serving 35 courses in an hour and a half, while people who arrived after us were served first. The price was good. All in all, a peaceful lunch.
