19/02/2024: Applause certainly goes to the food because they don't have a tourist menu with a thousand dishes, there are few dishes but they are of quality and with fresh ingredients. The atmosphere is homely as it is a family-run restaurant, a positive experience. But ... I didn't give 5 stars for just one reason: for two fried fish, no matter how good they are, you shouldn't spend €36 as they are largely made up of anchovies and prawns.

26/03/2024: I do not recommend for vegetarians and vegans. There is a single vegan dish with the added possibility of replacing the vegan burger in this dish with the meat burger in the different sandwiches. The vegan burger is very salty and chewy. It would be appropriate to add ad hoc vegan sandwiches for those who do not eat meat or animal derivatives because sandwiches designed for omnivorous people are not easily adaptable to this type of diet (which is linked to an ethical choice and not a whim!) However, the paprika twister chips are delicious!

06/02/2024: I bought a slice of pastiera. I don't understand why they call it that. One of the worst pastieras I've eaten in my life: dry, the wheat can be found with a lantern and smelling of orange blossom like an old courtesan.

26/02/2024: Pessima esperienza . Un tagliere senza prosciutto , solo mortadella , salame , pancetta e qualche scaglia di formaggio. Polpette giganti gelate e precotte … presumibilmente già cotte da qualche giorno, perché molli. Quando siamo andati a pagare all’interno, abbiamo notato che nel banco gli alimenti erano conservati in condizioni igienico sanitarie molto scadenti. Considerato che eravamo sei persone e che non abbiamo preso bottiglie di vino abbiamo pagato veramente tanto per una qualità di cibo assolutamente scadente La prima è l’ultima.

18/02/2024: Very kind and welcoming staff. The food is very good, especially the maki which are among the best I have ever tried, and I say this as a person who has visited many sushi restaurants. Although there is no all you can eat option, the prices are not high and you can fill up by spending around €20 or even less per person. Highly recommended for those who want to eat well without spending too much.

30/03/2024: Yesterday we decided to celebrate my mother's birthday at this place. Well it was a perfect choice! Cozy environment. Very kind, friendly and knowledgeable dining room staff. High quality food. Everything selected, everything delicious from the appetizers to the coffee, all excellent. Honest and consistent quality-price ratio. Also suitable for those who don't eat fish (even if it's the best for those who eat fish). Children's dishes also available. We thank the venue and all the operators. 02/04/2024: Resilienza has one of the best pizzas I have ever seen. The service is quick, the pizza tastes amazing and the location is gorgeous. The prices are low and very reasonable. It’s everything I want from an authentic Italian pizza restaurant. I can full-heartedly recommend this place!

14/02/2024: Excellent freshly prepared food, from breakfast to the rotisserie, from first courses to second courses with side dishes, all supported by a warm service offered by Claudia, in a familiar and comfortable environment. Recommended for those who don't want to cook and for those who don't come home to work. For those students who want something quick, tasty and cheap before and after school hours.

07/04/2024: Very very very good pizzas. The dough is excellent and also the variety of the menu which varies from season to season based on the products available. This suggests that the pizzas are truly quality because the raw materials used are fresh. Friendly and helpful staff. What can I say...... Excellent evening in the company of friends and an excellent pizza, what more could you ask for?

The downside is that even in winter with rain or deluge, if all the guests at the table don't show up at the bar, they won't let you in. But then street vendors keep coming in. 02/04/2024: After trying the panettone, I purchased two soft ones and a pistachio colomba. The quality and softness of the dough make them unique, the pistachio colomba is the best I have ever eaten. Very good.
