A Salerno institution, and for me, starting the day here is a ritual. Their desserts and cakes are masterpieces that delight the eye before the palate. The variety of croissants is astonishing: perfect puff pastry, generous fillings, and flavors ranging from classics to more sophisticated combinations. The brioches are clouds of fluffy goodness, but the entire counter invites temptation. They also offer savory options: rustici and mini pizzas, always fresh, perfect for those seeking a quality break that isn't necessarily sugary. NEW: Realistic Fruit. ​The final highlight, however, is their realistic fruit. It's an experience that goes beyond the taste: aesthetically, they are works of art indistinguishable from real fruit, but at first taste, they reveal an explosion of flavor and top-notch pastry technique. Extraordinary and, above all, delicious.

Excellent breakfasts, both for the cappuccino and the desserts (especially these). The pastiera is excellent. Friendly staff and a relaxing atmosphere.

The Pavlova cake (the only cake shop I contacted in Salerno that made it) and the Black Forest cake were sublime. Thanks again.

Honestly, once inside, it's a shame to have to measure yourself. Everything was excellent.
