Mi hanno servito una fetta di spigola sfilettata piena di spine ed alla mia lamentela il cameriere mi ha suggerito di non ordinare pesce se non gradisco. Ho mandato indietro il piatto e preso un hamburger e nel conto avevano inserito anche la spigola. La qualità dei prodotti,come vengono cucinati e il servizio non sono adatti al nome. È la seconda cattiva esperienza. Non andrò più.

10/07/2025: In tegenstelling tot andere beoordelingen vonden wij de pizza's niet lekker. We waren een maand op reis en nemen dan af en toe een pizza. Maar op 14 mei 2025 ('s avonds) was de pizza nogal slap. Een beetje pannenkoek structuur. In Italië zegt men wel dat een pizza met de hand kan eten. Dat was hier beslist niet het geval. 25/11/2025: Thanks rafaelle for the private cappuccino. It was absolutely delicious. Rafaelle was great company. From the outside it's hard to tell there is a coffee lab inside but he ran out of the store to greet us and let us know we were at the right place. Great place to buy coffee beans.

02/03/2026: We had lunch on Sunday, March 1st, after visiting the archaeological site of Pompeii. The restaurant was elegant and clean, with impeccable, young, professional staff. The food was excellent. The gluten-free and intolerant options could be improved. Highly recommended. The food was excellent.

30/12/2025: The restaurant was a pleasant discovery. The owners are very courteous, kind, and helpful. They were able to accommodate my needs even after I disclosed my vegan diet. The restaurant is very well-maintained, clean, and suitable for any occasion. The dishes I was offered (different each time) far exceeded my expectations; they were excellent. The quality of the ingredients is high. Kudos to the young owners for believing in tradition but also in culinary innovation.

08/02/2026: We had a wonderful time at this restaurant. Its varied menu, based on Italian culinary traditions, offers a delightful array of dishes with several high-quality, original creations. The wine list is excellent, featuring mostly Italian wines but also selections from around the world. And above all, our French waitress was absolutely charming and welcoming, allowing us to truly immerse ourselves in Italian culture. It was so good that we spent both evenings there during our Pompeii trip! Steep as a feather in the cap.

The service was fast and courteous, but my partner and I felt quite uncomfortable because the waiters, even though they simply wanted to be present, were too intrusive, staring at the customers in an annoyingly obsessive manner, inappropriate for a couple who wanted even a modicum of privacy. 🤷‍♂️

07/03/2026: My sister and I had lunch at this restaurant, and right from the start, we found the atmosphere very welcoming and aesthetically pleasing. The food was truly excellent, from appetizers to desserts, with special attention paid to gluten-free options, which we greatly appreciated. Furthermore, the helpful staff and the humor of waiter Lucio made the lunch even more enjoyable and fun. We highly recommend it!

18/02/2026: We went there for Valentine's Day dinner with a reservation. Both a fixed menu and à la carte options are available. A wide variety of both seafood and meat dishes. Everything was truly delicious. The staff were kind and attentive, and since I'm celiac, that goes double. The menu was the same for us and just as good. We'll definitely be back.

16/02/2026: I stayed with my family and dog from February 10th to 15th for the second year in a row! What can I say? The staff and the restaurant staff were incredibly kind and friendly. The facility was impeccable, with daily room cleaning. The breakfasts and dinners were plentiful and high-quality! I don't know what else to say! See you soon, Cristian and Family.

10/02/2026: In my opinion, the restaurant suffers from three structural weaknesses: Insufficient culinary quality, Poor service processes, A lack of hospitality. At first glance, the restaurant appears discreet and tidy, suggesting a restaurant standard that is at least adequate. However, the overall experience was highly disappointing in terms of quality, organization, and interpersonal relationships. From a gastronomic standpoint, the gnocchi can only be described as adequate: lacking character, with an average consistency but without any particular distinctive note that warrants a positive rating. This first course alone indicates a cuisine that pays little attention to the value of its ingredients. The real sticking point was the second course, a steak. The meat was of poor quality, tough, sinewy, and difficult to chew. It was cooked inappropriately, not meeting the minimum standards expected in a restaurant catering to the public. This, in my opinion, constitutes a significant lack of professionalism in kitchen management. Added to this is a procedural issue: I had expressly ordered only the steak, but it was arbitrarily served with unsolicited baked potatoes. This practice constitutes a violation of proper service and transparency towards the customer, as it alters the agreed-upon order and potentially even the final price without prior consent. The calamari stuffed with broccoli was also unsatisfactory: the filling was bland, lacking in flavor balance and adequate culinary preparation. Overall, the food offerings appear standardized, lacking in research, and qualitatively below the minimum expectations for a restaurant in the medium-low range. From the perspective of the overall experience, the restaurant does not convey any welcoming atmosphere. Despite the name evoking the concept of "cheerfulness," this characteristic is not reflected in the atmosphere or, more importantly, in the behavior of the staff. In particular, the cashier displayed a dismissive, sullen, and unprofessional attitude: at the time of payment, he didn't ask any questions about the meal's progress, he didn't smile, and he didn't show the slightest attention to the customer. This behavior is incompatible with the minimum standards of courtesy required in the restaurant industry and demonstrates a lack of respect for customers. In light of the above, the restaurant may be considered merely a quick fix for an unpretentious business lunch, but it is in no way recommended for those seeking quality, attentive service, or customer care. The overall quality of the food is poor, and the staff's attitude further degrades the experience.
