28/07/2024: We went to this restaurant on the occasion of the feast of Saint Anna. The place has a wonderful view of the Aragonese castle, that alone is worth a reservation.
As for the evening, unfortunately we found ourselves having a "no" evening. The big flaw was the service, not up to the situation, the cuisine and the prices.
The wait staff seemed disoriented and unguided.
The kitchen uses high quality products, creating interesting dishes.
However, a place that deserves a second chance.
21/07/2024: Elegant, refined, spectacular breathtaking view, Gourmet cuisine... where the Chef expresses all his art, in the dishes he proposes, transforming them into true culinary paintings where the excellence of the preparation and the raw materials become a perfect combination of taste... .the staff is highly qualified and they were very kind in singing Happy Birthday to my wife for her birthday..it will remain an indelible memory

16/07/2024: Excellent food, spectacular desserts and lots of courtesy. Of note is the purified water, both still and sparkling, in glass to avoid the use of plastic. Without forgetting the dream place on the beach of Ischia.
16/07/2024: Familiar and welcoming environment, very kind staff, typical Ischia cuisine 10 cum laude, the idea of serving purified water in glass bottles not contaminated by plastic is original, also safeguarding the environment......♥️

04/08/2024: The food is good, we eat well but the wait was too long, more than an hour, arriving at 9pm we received the first courses, without even taking starters, at 10.20pm. Too bad because it didn't even seem that full.

18/07/2024: Went for lunch. Outstanding location with views to die for. Yes it is expensive but the quality is well worth it.
Great service from George.
Had the linguine with seafood and lemon, their signature smoked mussels , the eggplant parmegiana and the spaghetti pomodoro. All were just excellent. Cooked and flavoured to perfection.
And the pomodoro is perhaps the best I ever had.
Cannot recommend it enough.

21/06/2024: Excellent and definitely recommended! I can’t understand why there aren’t better reviews. We had 2 large family lunches there and the owners couldn’t have been more helpful and unfazed by the sudden arrival of 15 of us! Delicious food; especially the spaghetti alle vongole.
12/05/2024: Authentic Italian cuisine! Delicious pasta, wine and great service from a nice couple!!! Great place for a beach lunch. The cappuccino is also very tasty 👍🏻

18/08/2024: Large, comfortable and always clean room. The hotel, in addition to having an excellent restaurant and pastry shop, also has a rotisserie and therefore the possibility of being able to consume, if desired, an equally good meal but at a lower price.
Excellent breakfast served by kind and smiling staff ready to give, upon request, advice on where to best spend your holiday day. Thank you with all my heart.

01/04/2024: My experience at Carusino restaurant was exceptional. Carusino's starter consisted of excellent fresh produce, followed by a light pizza and spectacular meats. The quality of the dishes was surprising, especially considering the modest costs. In summary, the Carosino restaurant offers high quality dishes. Highly recommended

Il "tira dentro" ovvero il signore che ti invita a scegliere il ristorante è Gentile e simpatico vale la pena conoscerlo. Qui si mangia davvero bene, dall' antipasto al dolce sia che la pietanza sia di mare che di terra, consigliatissimo il dolce con pasta filo, crema pasticcera e frutti di bosco.
Prezzo giusto.

Cucina sfiziosa. Bella posizione.
