28/08/2024: Arriving in Ischia in the early afternoon, after a tour around the Corso we stopped here with its fascinating shop windows where sweets of all kinds made a beautiful impression. We took two lemon delights: Est, Est, Est! Having then tasted similar desserts in other bars/pastry shops, I can say that the Gran Caffè Vittoria is absolutely worth a stop!

18/07/2024: Otra de las razones por la que volveré a Ischia, además de sus atardeceres anaranjados y sus aguas termales, sin duda, es por el restaurante Pane e vino, en el que no solo son deliciosos sus platos de pescado fresco y pasta sino todo el personal que derrocha simpatía y amabilidad, desde Miguel Ángel, el dueño, la chef Mónica y el resto del equipo. Muchísimas gracias por hacer nuestra estancia en Ischia aún más maravillosa , en especial, a nuestro amigo dominicano.

13/07/2024: A real do-it-yourself ice cream. You choose it, fill the tray, garnish it and taste it. Obviously the price varies, it always depends on the weight of the tray. I absolutely recommend it

07/05/2024: This is not yogurt. It is not sour as it should be, but with added sugar and thick like ice cream. Disappointed.

27/05/2024: In vacanza ad Ischia il giorno prima di partire ordino alcune paste tra cui dei baba' da portate a Milano. Chiedo quindi confezioni viaggio. Arrivata a casa mi ritrovo i baba' asciutti la pastiera vecchia. Ho fatto una pessima figura con i miei parenti.

04/05/2024: Excellent breakfast. The first day we ordered and consumed at the table. The second day we ordered the same things, but we were not seated. I don't understand the final cost difference, given that the second day is higher.

25/07/2024: Buona pizza Personale gentile e pronto ad ogni richiesta . Serata animata da musiche e scenette in napoletano. Una bella scoperta per passare una serata divertente ad un prezzo in linea con gli standard dell’isola.

12/07/2024: Se mentre ti siedi al tavolo ti tolgono gli ombrelloni chiusi dalli linea dell’orizzonte, per agevolare la vista sul castello aragonese, non puoi non considerarlo un gesto di grande cortesia e carineria. Questo e’ avvenuto da Antonio “ ristorante & beach” un posto dove siamo stati ancor più coccolati e gratificati dalle ottime pietanze servite dove abbiamo potuto cogliere sapori freschi e saporiti. Insomma, lo abbiamo scelto come nostro ristorante nel corso di tutta la nostra permanenza.

11/07/2024: We recently visited in Ischia and Bagno Antonio was "our" beach every day! Fantastic location, a lovely 15-minute walk from Vittoria Colonna Luxury B&B, where we stayed for one week. Excellent beach, where you can rent chairs and an umbrella and spend the most fantastic day soaking up the wonderful Italian sun. There is a restaurant right there that makes the most fantastic food, the freshest mussels you will ever eat, scrumptious eggplant parmigiano, and more!! But what made our experience the very best was the people. Ilario, who works on the beach was so kind and attentive. Antonio, the owner, is so friendly and accommodating. Thank you Antonio! Hope to see you soon!

25/06/2024: Unica nota positiva sono gli spazi. Non mi soffermo sull'impiattamento ma linguine al limone con pasta poco cotta e paccheri allo spada immangiabili. Servizio lento, non hanno tavoli numerati e vanno in confusione con le commande. A Ischia si trova molto di meglio.

23/06/2024: Siamo venuti a cena due volte con la mia famiglia e ci è piaciuto molto. Pizza napoletana incredibile e aperitivo straordinario. Ottimo servizio, soprattutto grazie all'attenzione di Antonio. L'ambiente è una bellissima terrazza, il servizio è stato molto rapido e a buon prezzo. Altamente raccomandato!

25/08/2024: I won’t ed to give it a zero but that’s not possible so I’m gonna give it a one. Imbarazzante.

18/08/2024: We opted to spend the evening in this nightclub in the absence of anything else. We start with the inexplicable wait of almost 1h30 in line and then manage to enter at 2:30. We had been anticipated a reggaeton and commercial evening for €25 and they told us only afterwards that the price was instead €30 and the only Latin music was played while we were waiting in line, while once inside they were there for hours just poorly remixed songs with the same house beat ruining every chorus. The only nice interlude was the guest Filisdeo who made the evening at least pleasant. For the rest, for which unfortunately the club is not responsible, the audience was divided between those who pushed and elbowed us all evening and those who remained still without dancing and staring at the people, which I would like to understand that you go to the disco. I specify that the age range is 18-25, perhaps even minors since it didn't seem like they were asking for documents, so if you are older like us you can really feel the difference. Outside it was full of kids even at 5 in the morning and be careful of the streets around because there aren't many nice people walking around, given that many taxis don't even want to go there. The staff at the entrance were super rude. In conclusion, the expectations were there but we just wasted money.

29/07/2024: If I could choose no star, I would choose that one. Staff that is not very empathetic and not very welcoming. Price/quality is terrible. Frozen food passed off as fresh. In this restaurant we only met weird people or people with disabilities. For a moment it was as if we were in a scene from the film "The Hills Have Eyes". We ordered paccheri with lobster and spaghetti with sea urchin. The owner had assured us that the catch was fresh and therefore we would not regret it. Once the dish arrived we could see that the fish was in fact not fresh, but dead and frozen. We pointed this out and they brought us another dish to replace it. When we got the bill, they made us pay for the replacement dish and in addition for the one we didn't eat. I strongly advise against it.

28/07/2024: I strongly advise against eating at this place, low quality food and high prices. Staff with serious cognitive problems when we asked to speak to the owner there was a sort of passing the buck between some of the staff to avoid confrontation. We ordered two incomparable spaghetti with sea urchins which were brought back "whole" and replaced by a decent spaghetti with clams.. when the bill arrived we found that they made us pay not only for the indecent spaghetti with sea urchins but also for the spaghetti with clams taken as a replacement, I strongly advise against it the stay little culture of Food and low level of tact towards customers.
