09/03/2025: We stopped at this winery for a simple aperitif along the road we were traveling on. Instead, it was a pleasant surprise: the innkeeper is a very kind person who prepared an excellent aperitif for us accompanied by a generous platter of typical local products. We were in a hurry but we will definitely return for a more peaceful glass 😊

09/03/2025: Ci siamo fermati in questa vineria per un semplice aperitivo lungo la strada che stavamo percorrendo. È stata invece una piacevole sorpresa: l’oste è una persona gentilissima che ci ha preparato un ottimo aperitivo accompagnato da un abbondante tagliere di prodotti tipici locali. Eravamo di corsa ma torneremo sicuramente per un calice più sereno 😊

11/05/2025: Nothing to say about the quality of the menu in general, good starters, pizzas and desserts. The only flaw is the organization and the service, I waited 1 hour outside the venue with everything I had booked (I had booked at 10pm for 10 people) we all arrived more or less on time (at most the last 2 were a couple of minutes late) in the end we entered at 11pm and left at 1am, only us were left. Great food, but they need to organize themselves better in general. A big shame.

11/05/2025: I'm sorry to give a low rating because there are some strong points, unfortunately there were some stumbles throughout the evening: Despite a reservation and the punctual arrival of the whole group, we waited more than an hour to be seated. The room is not very large and I understand there is a different turnout on weekends, but waiting so long unnerves even the most patient. Furthermore, we practically ate in staggered formats, there were those who received their food immediately and those who had to wait a long time. The menu is limited and certainly features some particular combinations, and from what I have noticed there is a particular tendency to wink both at oriental cuisine (among the starters a reinterpretation of the katsusando and the use of Ponzu sauce on a pizza if I remember correctly), and at the universe of the gourmet sandwich (black angus or pulled pork on a pizza are not seen every day). In my opinion, this makes the customer disoriented, as he has no references to the more classic traditional pizzas. Personally, it took me a while to decide which pizza to get for this very reason, but I admit that I'm a very simple person so maybe I'm not in the target group with the place. I found the fried potato appetizer to be fried to perfection, but excessively salty. As for the pizza, however, I really appreciated the dough, which enhanced the seasoning. The dessert wasn't bad either, perhaps excessively sweet for my tastes: in a creme brulee that already has a layer of pure sugar, the pineapple slice was too many (and with a hard centre, a little awkward to eat without a knife). In short, I understand the intentions and appreciate the commitment in wanting to bring refined products and experiment, but I admit that perhaps it's not for me. Probably the biggest flaw was the fluctuating and infrequent service. Maybe I had a less fortunate evening, we'll see if I can change my mind in the future.

27/05/2025: Nice atmosphere. Friendly staff. Varied menu (maybe even too much) and with good intuitions. The parking lot is not very large and the man who pretends to be a parking attendant is really rude (to say the least). In fact, he ruined my evening.

28/05/2025: We celebrated my daughter's communion, fantastic location, beautiful and well kept. Delicious and quality dishes, just the right portions to get to the end of the ceremony without feeling weighed down. FANTASTIC entertainment for children, all the children starting with my daughter were super happy to have played and had fun with the entertainment. If we really want to find a hair in the egg it is in the piano bar, a little absent but when it wanted to entertain the guests it knew how to do it in the best way. Only at the end of the evening I met the owner Angela, an exceptional woman who was able to resolve small misunderstandings in an excellent way. Thanks again for the day you made us spend.

23/02/2025: I was in the restaurant a few weeks ago, what can I say about quality/price, it's not all bad, the dishes cost sky high, badly presented, poor quality and cooked worse, unwelcoming place, honestly they could even make it more fascinating and warm if it's cold in there...Never again!! if you want to have high prices at least present dishes that are up to par and change the chef Stringy meat, raw mushrooms, escarole tasting only of water and cold, unappealing bread, unpleasant appetizer, you couldn't taste anything incomprehensible enough to understand that it was on the plate... an unrefined environment, money wasted!!!!!

05/05/2025: They don't know how to cook and they're very expensive for a pasta and potatoes, 10 euros for raw or claimed pasta, they remade it every year, the raw pasta was always not edible, I paid and left, I don't recommend it to everyone.

04/05/2025: Very good Italian restaurant. The pizzas are delicious; the pasta is perfect. There are also other dishes to discover. We have been to this establishment several times and have never been disappointed! The staff is very helpful and always smiling. We feel good at Pummarulella! We highly recommend.

11/05/2025: It had been a long time since we had the historic one, because we often bought cakes in the new store....obviously everything was always good, but the choice was reduced to a minimum....we waited 40 minutes and it was absolutely not a problem, but in the same 40 minutes we never saw lobster tails, red velvet and several other desserts...in short, there were 10 choices of small pastries, a pittance. I hope to change my mind next time, otherwise it will be another one to discard after so much satisfaction

29/04/2025: Not very available. I call to book a pastiera and a woman on the phone tells me that I can't order it because it's out of production and they only make it during Easter (which was 4 days ago). Having said this, if I order any dessert and book as you say by 2pm on Saturday I think that a pastry shop cannot refuse to do it. It's a shame, because I should have taken 3 of them and taken them out of the region, an opportunity to let you know!

25/04/2025: I've been going there for years and it's one of my 'safe places': it doesn't matter what day of the week, what time of year, if there are holidays, if it's very crowded, there are never any bad surprises, dinner always goes smoothly.

26/03/2025: My husband and I went for dinner one evening because this place had intrigued us. We wanted to try the pizza but they didn't make it even though there was a pizzeria sign... Anyway, all in all it was a pleasant discovery... Family atmosphere and average food.... The bill was a little high... But it can be done on a one-off basis!!!!
