08/06/2025: We had dinner on Saturday night in 6 and we were welcomed by Ivan: friendly, genuine and a true Master in his craft. We let ourselves be carried away by his advice and spent a very pleasant evening having eaten real home cooking. Compliments also to the owner, a truly exquisite person. We will definitely be back!

26/03/2025: My husband and I went for dinner one evening because this place had intrigued us. We wanted to try the pizza but they didn't make it even though there was a pizzeria sign... Anyway, all in all it was a pleasant discovery... Family atmosphere and average food.... The bill was a little high... But it can be done on a one-off basis!!!!

08/07/2025: The bar owner, Cristofaro, deserves 5 stars for setting an example of altruism and respectability, which in a land like ours is now rare. Yesterday my son's papers and documents were stolen on the train to Naples. The thieves attempted to spend money in the bar, and thanks to the instant text message of the attempted purchase, my son contacted the owner directly at the register. With great initiative and cunning, used for good, he managed to intimidate the thieves and scare them away. During their escape, they threw the various papers and documents to the ground. He contacted my son again, and last night we went to the bar and recovered everything. Thank you, Cristofaro, thank you for showing that good and altruistic people like you exist among us too. I wish you the best of luck and may you always find someone who will repay you for your good deeds. Thank you, truly.

26/08/2025: Not among the best pizzas I've ever eaten, but the price was reasonable. There were 9 of us and everyone had different pizzas. We spent €11 each, including drinks.

25/08/2025: The pizza was burnt and raw. I don't think the oven has been cleaned in a while. Rubbery, too oily. Unfortunately, nothing positive, except the air conditioning.

08/05/2025: Central place in Varcaturo on Via Ripuaria, good food done well. Even the fried fish are worth it! The owner is very kind and welcoming. Also good for a quick lunch.

29/05/2025: My daughter is visiting for the summer and we decided to return to this restaurant that we had enjoyed in the past. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. Since my daughter is allergic to seafood, we specifically asked the waiter for a simple pasta with tomato sauce, without any contamination. His response was, “This is not America, we don’t have this.” I would like to point out that we are not Americans, and I made this known immediately. Unfortunately, the waiter’s tone and attitude were rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. The restaurant has lost two loyal customers after this experience. It is desirable that the staff receive more training in terms of courtesy and handling food allergies, which are a serious health issue.

14/08/2025: We took the 15 euro menu served outside. The fried fish, the mussels with pepper, and the pizza were all good. The service was quick and the waiters were very friendly and helpful. Make sure to book because it's very popular.

23/07/2025: We went for lunch on Sunday and were greeted warmly, even though the waiters were all stationary in one spot and didn't pay much attention to the tables. Luckily, we were near the playground. The entertainer, Checca, was incredibly sweet and patient. She took care of both the children and us, repeatedly letting the waiters know our requests. Thanks to her, we even managed to get ice cream for our little girl, who we'd asked for several times without receiving an answer. The food was excellent, the meat was truly delicious. We'll definitely be back; the little girl has grown fond of Checca.

06/07/2025: Simple atmosphere but excellent dishes with fresh and quality products good staff only flaw too much noise you leave with ringing ears. All in all if you want to eat excellent fish it's worth it

06/07/2025: I was just today in this fish restaurant. I'll start by saying that the food is fresh and prepared quite well. Unfortunately the service is terrible to say the least. Half an hour just to order, the person in charge of the orders doesn't even know what's on the menu, to my question: "but how do you work, do you bring the first course first and then serve the raw food?". They answer: "And why don't you let us know?". Personally you could re-evaluate better to do a "self service", the restaurant is another thing

23/07/2025: We stayed for my son's wedding for several days, we had a great time, we felt at home, large and comfortable rooms, excellent cleanliness, outdoor space with ample parking and relaxation area with background music, thanks to all the staff, I highly recommend it

12/08/2025: Excellent food, welcoming place, disappointing service. When I asked to move the air conditioning louvers so they wouldn't be pointed at me during dinner, the waitress, looking annoyed, replied that she would ask the manager and then never returned. It was obvious she was new to the business... the same request was made to another waitress, who immediately grabbed the air conditioning remote and adjusted the direction of the louvers as requested.

08/06/2025: Siamo stati io e il mio ragazzo perché eravamo di zona e volevamo stuzzicare un po’ di pollo. Che dire… posto unto, manca proprio la pulizia, personale confuso e disorientato. ll menù cartaceo è un optional si predilige quello vocale in base a quello che è rimasto. Quindi non ci resta che accontentarci, ordinando mezzo pollo con una porzione di patatine. Come antipasto avevamo ordinato delle zeppoline che però sicuramente erano rafferme del giorno prima. Dunque arriva il fatidico mezzo pollo accompagnate da una porzione di alette di pollo (MAI ORDINATE) ma il piatto forte erano le patate tagliate a forma di otto volante. Per essere precisi la patata non è tagliata a stick bensì in modo orizzontale. Il mezzo pollo però era buono. Se ben pagato servizio e coperti inesistenti. Consiglio di prendere il pollo d’asporto.
