12/09/2025: We don't usually leave negative reviews, but such dishonesty really stuck with us. During our stay in Naples, we went to this Cafe several times because it was near our accommodation. We sympathised with the owners, thinking we'd built a bond of trust. The coffee was good and they were nice, we tried to chat in italian with them. But then we asked them which Neapolitan coffee they recommended to bring back home, and they showed us one they serve: the Kimbo Premium. We told them we'd stop by and buy a packet on our way back from our day's walk (rather than buying it at the supermarket). We came back later, and after whispering together, they told us €30 for a one-kilo packet! We were shocked, but thinking we could trust them, we paid. When we got home, we saw that this coffee wasn't worth more than €20 online. We thought we were supporting a local business by buying coffee directly from them, but they just made fun of us. Perhaps we should have been alerted because they hadn't given us the correct change that same morning... If we could do our trip to Naples again, we would never return to this cafe. If you want to deal with honest people, move on. "Tourists" aren't just a wallet, and I don't think you or anyone in your family would want to be treated like that abroad.
