27/07/2025: Cibo ottimo, ma tempi di attesa assurdi. È la seconda volta che vado a mangiare in questo locale, nel quale si mangia benissimo ed il personale è molto cortese. Purtroppo, di contro, devo segnalare i tempi di attesa biblici, con un servizio più rapido, la recensione la modificherei immediatamente in 5 stelle.

I ordered a graffa, a crepes, and a panino – all of them were fresh, tasty, and satisfying. The graffa was soft and just the right amount of sweet, the crepes were well-filled and nicely cooked, and the panino had a good balance of flavor and texture. You can tell they care about quality, even for quick bites. Service was decent and everything was prepared in a reasonable amount of time. Definitely a solid spot if you're looking for casual comfort food done well. 20/07/2025: Horror. The first time I went there, everything was good, but the last time I had a kebab with everything falling out: bones, skin, and strange strings. The fries were raw, and the Parisienne was stale. The place had wobbly or broken stools and dirty tables. Unwelcome.

03/12/2024: Ho portato un gruppo di 30 persone dalla provincia di Brindisi e sin dai primi contatti telefonici ho trovato una persona molto disponibile e alla mano. Ci siamo stati il 1 dicembre: piatti buonissimi e abbondanti, dall'antipasto al dolce. Sia Amodio che la moglie non si sono risparmiati per venire incontro a qualche richiesta "particolare". Ti fanno sentire a casa, non ospiti e nonostante il locale fosse pieno, siamo stati veramente bene: tutto il gruppo ha gradito il pranzo e il bis. COMPLIMENTI. Consiglio vivamente. Se mi dovessi trovare dalle parti di Benevento sicuro, ci ritorno.

18/10/2024: On Saturday evening, the place almost full, we took a portion of chips with fondue and sausage which was truly excellent and plentiful, especially the sausage. Then we get a sandwich and a pizza. My sandwich arrives shortly after, it is made up of hamburger, tomato, lettuce, egg, bacon and sauces; excellent, I'll finish it before it gets cold but not even a trace of the pizza. They come to apologize and shortly afterwards the pizza with mushrooms, sausage and mozzarella arrives. The sausage was always good but the mushrooms were those from the supermarket and also cut very large, not with a good flavor. The normal dough, not the best but acceptable. The dessert was a white chocolate semifreddo, an industrial classic. The service was genuine as is the place. I was sorry to eat separately. Prices normal. Free parking.

23/05/2025: I visited for lunch, maybe people in this area don't usually have lunch at a restaurant, it was only us and the restaurant looked not prepared to have us, despite being opened. When you walk in there were no greetings and we felt very out of place immediately, no music, no menu, when asked she tells me to find it on instagram. They could not speak an ounce of english and they didn't try, also it seemed english speaking customers scared them aswell. The menu is very small which made it difficult to decide, also with menus that take 15mins and 25mins to prepare (as mentioned on the menu). On the photos I thought the venue looked cosy and quirky but in reality it looked old and unkept. Despite all this luckily the food was good. And for the finale, we went to pay after eating, they only turn on their eftpos machine when we asked to pay. So we were standing there for 2 mins at the counter, them saying it would take another 4 mins to be ready got me to pay in cash. The bill being 32€ I handed 35€(expecting 3€ change) the lady suddenly bows and thanks me 3€ worth only verbally. I didn't think I was tipping. But oh wells its only 3€.. honestly, I don't think i will be back.

16/05/2025: Don't order! Big scam. I ordered from JustEat around 1 a.m. and never received my order. Not a notification, not a message, just a pop-up from Just Eat telling me to "Bon appétit" even though I didn't see a single delivery person. Customer service is obviously unavailable, and there's no refund. 30 euros for nothing!

24/07/2025: This afternoon, and repeatedly: Beers not always available, and not always cold. They only bring appetizers with the aperitif if you ask for them, and they're served mixed up. The wait staff is inattentive, uninterested, and unhelpful, especially the brunette. The outdoor location is nice, but I won't go back if I have to be served like this.

07/07/2025: Come ogni anno,anche quest estate siamo ritornati alla baita,però siamo rimasti un po delusi dal rincaro prezzi!il cibo sempre ottimo servizio impeccabile e location fresca e suggestiva sebbene scomoda per chi ha bimbi!Abbiamo pagato 82 €per 2 antipasti(ottimi e ricchi),2 primi (di cui uno una semplice pennetta al pomodoro) e una fettina di carne con patatine fritte più acqua e vino!anche il dolce deludente: una sola fetta di plum cacke alle albicocche....per essere tutti prodotti a km 0 credo che il prezzo sia davvero eccessivo e non lo ricordavo cosi

05/07/2025: Yes, it's true: you eat well. Yes, the environment is very spartan, but fresh and with a wonderful view. Yes, getting there is not easy and that steep climb/descent does not help. Yes, Mr. Pietro and his wife will welcome you as if you were family and will share their vision of life: simple and genuine!... However, without a menu it becomes a bitter surprise to discover that an appetizer for 5 costs a good 90 euros, with lots of vegetables from their garden (certainly sweaty) and little meat. And there are no receipts, invoices that hold up and are issued.

30/07/2025: Di solito cerco sempre di trovare qualche lato positivo da un’esperienza negativa, ma in questo caso davvero non riesco. Locale che fa menù a prezzi super accessibili, con un antipasto dove ho trovato una montanara sapidissima e super unta, pizza al di sotto della media partenopea, ma parlo di impasto poiché a livello di condimento non era neanche così male. Nota super negativa il servizio, penso una delle pizzerie dove mi sono trovato peggio, una confusione totale dove una richiesta al cameriere deve essere fatta almeno 3-4 volte prima di essere portata a termine. Concludo con il dire solo che per un caffè ho dovuto aspettare mezz’ora dopo averlo chiesto al meno sei volte. Sconsiglio fortemente

The crust is soft but not rubbery, while the bottom remains just the right amount of crunchy. The menu is rich and varied, with the timeless classics and many original proposals, even with seasonal ingredients. The combinations are well studied and you can perceive the use of quality raw materials. I have tried both the margherita and some gourmet variations and have always been satisfied. The service also deserves a positive note: the staff is kind, fast and always available to advise. The atmosphere of the place is warm and familiar, ideal for a dinner with friends or family. Waiting times are more than acceptable, even on the busiest days. In short, Luna Rossa is a pizzeria that combines flavor, quality and a nice atmosphere. 09/04/2025: Attention !!! The opinion is not totally negative. To be clear, the pizza is good, but for 6 no more and for being in Naples the rating is not very high. Terrible service: from the warm beer, to the dishes that arrived 2/3 hours after ordering, to the inattentive, too hasty service of the waiters. It could potentially do much better and for this reason my opinion wants to push in that direction.
