01/08/2025: ********Warning from a British consultant Doctor about this scam hotel scamming tourists Very rude mean , unprofessional Receptionst ( D) I have extensive traveling experience and I am a member with International brands worldwide , an Intercontinental Ambassador , Millennium prestige member , Hilton member , Accor , Marriott and I prefer. However ,I do stay at 4 stars hotels often as well . I booked a week before arrival from London and requested a top floor room with a nice city view . Hotel responded by e-mail that my request was approved , I thanked them . I arrived to find a room facing a dirty internal wall ( picture below ) . I informed the receptionist and showed her the confirmation from the hotel but she was very defensive ,not apologetic. Furthermore , she refused that I speak to the hotel manager or calling him for a solution. I decided to leave to another hotel especially that she was very rude, loud and vulgar . After I mentioned that I will get them the police for scamming tourists , eventually they issued a full refund. Never experienced any scam or rude disgusting behavior like that in my life . Avoid 0/5

28/07/2025: Good location, the staff are all very attentive and pleasant. The air conditioning in my room wasn't working properly and it was hot. In any case, I recommend it as a place to stay.

29/06/2025: Michele, the owner, is a true gentleman. A host from another era with a lot of experience. Kind and helpful with customers, always ready to satisfy every need. Quality pizza, excellent ingredients and variety but on request he can also serve other dishes. A place that pays more attention to substance than appearance and perhaps for this reason, in a bourgeois and somewhat posh town like Caserta, it is frequented not by people with their noses in the air and more by those who think less about the dress and more about the content. 22/02/2025: I ordered a white frankfurter and chips and a take-away margherita at this pizzeria, the pizza was really bad, as can be seen in the photo there was a double quantity of tomato without any request for this, the tomato puree, because it is a tomato puree and not hand-crushed peeled tomatoes, was sour. The dough was wet and soft. the only positive note is that they were punctual in the pre-established delivery time, even if I was not given the tax receipt

26/06/2025: I ordered through this pizzeria at home (holiday accommodation), I am Roman and I love the low and thin Roman pizza but I have to say that this Neapolitan pizza is really good, the arancini are divine. The guys were very punctual. I saw some reviews with few stars but my experience was excellent. Thanks!

13/07/2025: I'd been missing this place for a while because I live out of town, and I remembered they made good bruschetta and sandwiches, but there was nothing like that! We ordered the "ribeye," expecting a nice ribeye steak, but instead we got the usual tagliata, except obviously they call it that to save on arugula and cheese. 😂 The flavor was normal; let's say not bad, but I definitely expected much better for the price (€25). Not to mention the burger, which was just an overcooked piece of meat (I ordered it medium rare) with two strange-tasting, dry zucchini! (€18) They brought us bread that tasted like a brick. The only good thing was the pasta and potatoes, but even that, for €16, wasn't worth it. Oh, and a €3 cover charge, like it was luxury! And yet, one dish had a huge stain. Maybe I'm wrong about all this, but I would definitely never go back there again!

15/06/2025: NO PERSON SHOULD GO HERE. They take the money for the upper section and force you to sunbathe on the dirty sandy area below even though all the sunbeds are empty. Terrible management and fraud! The first time we came, the upper section was 44 euros, the last time we came, it was 48 euros.. and we were forced to go to the sandy area. Unbelievable, never go. Liars and scammers.

20/07/2025: This evening, my friends and I decided to have pizza at this well-known restaurant located in the center of Agnone. We waited about 15 minutes outside to be seated. The frittata and pizza were very good, and the wait was very short. I'm only giving it 3 stars because the cutlery was missing (not yet washed) and because a large group like mine (10 people) had to eat at two tables despite having made a reservation.

18/07/2025: Excellent pizza....qualified, hospitable and helpful staff, short wait....the pizza chef really outdid himself....I'll be back soon.

28/06/2025: It's a very, very typical Neapolitan trattoria. The owner and chef are very friendly. The food is delicious! All dishes are typical of this area. Very filling.
