26/10/2025: Unfriendly staff. I'd read the same review from a young girl, and in response, they threatened to report her and force her to write a positive review. Avoid this place; they should be civilized a little sooner... it's 2025!

23/09/2025: Never again, prices change depending on the day, "they changed last night," and then magically they change again. Judge for yourself, highly discouraged, arrogance and bullying.

23/10/2025: I DO NOT RECOMMEND, CLEARLY!!! THEY DO NOT EVEN MATCH WHAT THEY SHOW ONLINE!!! Very far from the airport only by taxi for 170 € (initially they said 150 €). No transfer from the airport!! The hotel is in a pretty deserted part, in the "bottom of the world with many abandoned buildings, very boring, nothing attractive, looks strange, deserted. Lucky that I went on a couple of trips... Amazing landscapes on the coast, THAT'S IT!! The rest, very expensive everything, you don't really have anything to do.... Hotel without any entertainment, not even some muted music. The only music at the restaurant in the evening from 21'-23'....where it is expensive, Breakfast every day the same for 9 days no change and quite poor. CLEANLINESS in the rooms leaves a lot to be desired, they only changed the towels, that's it! After 5 days we asked the reception to change our dirty linen and to clean the room, we were "surprised" to see that they ONLY changed the bed sheet (MAXIMUM DISAPPOINTMENT!!). We wrote another note on the 6th day to change our bed. We have been waiting for this for 6 hours. It is quite ugly outside and at the reception we are like in an asylum, total silence, boredom!! We asked about the SPA (which is listed online) and they said it is closed. Why??? They did not answer. The beach is very small, 2 meters wide with large stones and dirt, no sand, with very uncomfortable old sunbeds, made of aluminum bars. Everything is old like in the 80s. Very small balconies, and where they are bigger they do not have sunbeds. The cliff? Ugly and boring.... The only transportation is that they take you and bring you back 3 times/day to the city with some minibuses with "crazy" drivers who drive so crazy that you say they are transporting potatoes, it turns your stomach inside out because you don't feel like eating in the city anymore.... in Sorento (and here it is quite boring, terraces and many shops with the same bulendres in everything (with lots of lemons...). We are on the 6th day and we are bored like we have never experienced before!!! We played cards until we were bored and stayed on the phone... because we have nothing to do.... We will NEVER go back!!!! Of course!! It's like a hospital.... PATHETIC!! It's not worth the money I gave it 1210 €/person for 9 days with only breakfast (pathetic) and another 800 €/person. spent on top of.....
