25/08/2024: Location: carino ma nulla di speciale. Menù / cibo : buona scelta di carni . Fagioli freddi , insalata tropeana nulla di che. Carne buona , solo che avevo chiesto carne cottura media , e mi arriva fredda , poco cotta . E se mi fai una carne da 70€ non puoi permetterti di chiamarti x farmela cuocere ancora . Quindi complimenti al produttore e non a chi stava alla griglia . Servizio : gentile , un po’ distratto e un po’ lento . Conto : medio alto . Forse un po’ troppo per il servizio che danno . Conclusioni: ve lo consiglio? “NI” …. Uno dei pochi posti che fa carne con più scelta .. ma rischiare i tempi e il saper cucinare la carne .

22/08/2024: It's the second time we've come since we've been here on holiday. The guys are really kind and nice, the food is good and always hot (something not to be underestimated here in Tropea) and the prices are normal. Super recommended

11/08/2024: Ice cream that satisfies every taste. The manager, Giovanni, has an uncommon courtesy. Don't miss the ricotta croissant made by them, of which they are fans!

23/08/2024: very good food with fair portions. Very quick in delivery and also between one dish and another. Friendly and helpful staff and a very welcoming environment. It has tables both inside with air conditioning and outside under cover. If you want to spend a quiet evening with friends this is the place for you. Absolutely recommended to try it!

12/08/2024: Sandwich without infamy and without praise, the place is nice in the center of Tropea We got two burgers but the quality of the meat is really low, the prices are average

09/08/2024: We tried calling several times to book but got no response. Despite this, once we got there we found a place. We sat down and waited about 20 minutes for the gentleman to come and take our order. Once the water was brought I asked for some ice and was told that the water was cold anyway, I reiterated if they could kindly bring me some ice and after a quarter of an hour it finally arrived. It took them more than an hour to make two pasta dishes (fresh pasta which cooks faster than dry pasta). Pasta that I didn't finish because honestly I was no longer hungry. I would like to say something in favor of the blonde waitress who served us because she was very kind, polite and I would add also very patient, even too much, given the organisation.

05/08/2024: They advertise seriousness! Millantano!!! This morning I called to book for 12 people. The person I spoke to, describing themselves as "serious and professional", told me that for 10pm there was no need for a reservation, reiterating that with the utmost seriousness they would guarantee us a seat. Obvious result: 12 of us arrived at 9.45pm and they also told us with a certain arrogance that there was no such thing as being able to sit down! Buffoons!

25/08/2024: Siamo arrivati senza una prenotazione e abbiamo chiesto gentilmente un tavolo x7, erano le 21:45 circa, ci ha risposto un ragazzo cordialmente dicendo a primo impatto che non c’era possibilità di un tavolo disponibile, vedendo alcuni tavoli da sparecchiare abbiamo “insistito” in maniera gentile e scherzosa se potevamo riuscire ad avere un posto, visto la bellezza e l’ambiente che lo circondava, subito dopo è arrivata una signora non altrettanto cordiale dicendo che non c’era possibilità, abbiamo risposto se potevamo ripassare tra un po’ ma ha subito tagliato la parola diventando sgarbata e non professionale, a questo punto siamo andati via. Che peccato, potevamo ritornare l’indomani con una prenotazione in anticipo, ma non ritorneremo di sicuro. Adesso ci troviamo in un ottimo ristorante che ci accolto calorosamente. Buona continuazione.

25/08/2024: Non abbiamo cenato in questo ristorante. Abbiamo chiesto effettivamente un po in maniera "insistente" ma con modi molto EDUCATI e SIMPATICI un tavolo x 7, non abbiamo chiesto di mangiare SUBITO, ma anche disposti a ritornare più tardi. La signora che lavorava li ad un certo punto ci risponde con modi e toni poco professionali. Onestamente non ho nessuna voglia di tornare in questo posto, perché ci sono modi e modi per rispondere anche quando il cliente insiste un po e ripeto che insiste in modi EDUCATI. Siamo attualmente in un ottimo ristorante che ci ha accolti come un cliente merita. Buona continuazione e buon lavoro

21/08/2024: We ate in this really nice and romantic place. The staff were very kind and courteous. We took a parmigiana and caramelized onions. Very very good, just a little salt was missing in the parmigiana. Then we had the very good filey with seafood, well cooked and with good quality products, here too a pinch of extra salt wouldn't have hurt. Finally, a smoked risotto which was a nice little surprise: a risotto with a cream of local pecorino cheese and perfectly crisped bacon (it exploded in the mouth, pulverising on the palate), a truly well-constructed dish. We left happy and satisfied.

18/08/2024: We had dinner last night in this enchanting place that smells of tradition, but at the same time knows how to keep up with the times. On a Saturday evening in August, full of tourists, we had to wait a bit but it was worth it. Cave appetizer x 2 (really delicious sweet and sour red onions) Eggplant parmigiana and Primo di Grotta, cooked really well, flavors that are enhanced together with the typical Calabrian fresh pasta. Impeccable service, very good. Honest account. We really had a great time, super recommended for anyone on holiday in Tropea.

01/07/2024: Great pizza, very tasty. Very nice service. Joyful owner.. Open until 10 p.m. but when there are people, no one chases them away. Prices are not high, pizza 7€, large beer 2€, bottle of wine 3.5€. I RECOMMEND 💖. And I will add that we came back the next evening. Different flavors this time. Including the Tropea pizza, I wholeheartedly recommend it 💖 the combined snacks reflect the charm of Calabria. The host who welcomed us is great 💪😃

04/09/2024: Absolutely delicious food, the burrata on top of the Margherita was top notch. The pistachio tartufo for dessert was also delicious. Food was pretty affordable for the area and the service and setting was 10 out of 10!

31/08/2024: Our dinner was great! The place is nice and the staff are welcoming and friendly! Truly 5 star food, I recommend the octopus with Tropea onion. The tuna was slightly ahead of cooking and the chef took care to prepare another dish immediately (at no additional cost) and this shows that they take great care both in the excellent cuisine and towards the customer. Highly recommended.

02/09/2024: Premetto da subito che l’importante affluenza di gente che caratterizzava il ristorante mi ha lasciato intendere che la qualità delle materie prime fosse fuori discussione. Io e il mio compagno iniziamo con l ordinare un misto di pesce come antipasto per poi continuare con un tonno alla griglia e dei gamberoni; era tutto veramente buonissimo; il personale di sala eccellente e ci ha subito fatto sentire parte di una bella e grande famiglia. Prossima volta proveremo il pesce al sale, purtroppo finito ma dall’ aspetto succoso e ricco.

01/09/2024: Abbiamo mangiato in famiglia qui in vacanza e siamo rimasti molto più che soddisfatti. Posizione al centro di tropea nei suoi vicoli. Il menù offre ampia scelta, noi abbiamo optato per 2 antipasti, 3 primi e 2 secondi più il dolce. Antipasti buoni, i primi ben cucinati e saporiti, i secondi davvero eccezionali ( trancio di tonno con cipolle di tropea) il tonno, cotto benissimo, era fresco e si sentiva. Servizio cordiale e attento, il titolare simpatico e alla mano. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo.
