06/03/2025: Finally, a place to eat, it didn't particularly impress me, the food is good and the prices are a bit high, I'll try it again in the future to update the review, maybe I picked the wrong evening.

24/07/2025: We were warmly welcomed by the owners, who were friendly and eager to accommodate their guests' every need. Excellent breakfasts are served in the well-kept garden. The rooms are clean and equipped with every comfort. The town center is just a 5-minute walk away. A heartfelt thank you to the owners, from Alfio and Gabriella.

19/07/2025: The location is strategic for any excursion. The owners are friendly and the atmosphere is clean and well-maintained. The food is excellent. We had a wonderful time. I highly recommend it.

05/09/2025: La Cicchinella is a culinary experience not to be missed! I've been back twice, and each time was better than the last! The wine is fantastic, the platter is top-notch with mouth-watering cured meats! And the service? The guys are truly amazing, always ready to offer advice and make you feel at home. Even if it's just for a beer, this place is a must! I recommend everyone to try it, you won't regret it!

25/08/2025: We had an aperitif with platters of typical Calabrian products, accompanied by an excellent rosé wine. Fantastic location, welcoming, friendly, and professional staff. I highly recommend it.

14/04/2025: My friends and I are visiting from Oregon, USA and despite arriving in Pianopoli during riposo, we were warmly welcomed into El Costa Bar. We were not sure if the bar was open but the gentlemen invited us to sit down and explained some of the food options. We all opted for Margherita pizza and it was delicious! He served us the toppings separate from the crust and that allowed us to flavor our pizza to our own personal liking, including sun-dried tomatoes and pickled zucchini. It was an authentic Italian experience! Even more impressive, is the food is locally sourced. Along with our main course, he provided appetizers that included fresh bread, and amazing locally grown olives! A big thank you for the service provided by this gentleman! We were very well cared for! Take a trip to visit the cute town of Pianopoli and stop in at El Costa Bar!

04/07/2025: Sono stato a cena con la mia famiglia. Locale rinnovato da poco, molti attenti nei particolari e nella qualità e freschezza del pesce. Antipasto caldo freddo molto buono, grigliata mista super, frittura di calamari molto molto buona. Anche la pizza buona (peccato per la cottura non al forno a legna). Il tutto accompagnato da un ottimo rosé fresco. Abbiamo cenato all'esterno visto il periodo, i camerieri molto educati e preparati. Prezzo nella norma vista la qualità del pesce. Lo consiglio vivamente. Sicuramente ritorneremo.

30/06/2025: Sono stata in questo ristorante di pesce a Gizzeria e non posso che dire di aver vissuto un’esperienza davvero piacevole sotto ogni punto di vista. L’ambiente è accogliente e curato, con una splendida vista sul mare che rende il tutto ancora più speciale. Il piatto che mi ha conquistata? La pasta all’aragosta, era semplicemente perfetta! Freschissima, saporita e cucinata con maestria. Un equilibrio di gusto che difficilmente si trova altrove. Senza dubbio la migliore della zona. Il servizio è stato gentile, attento e mai invadente, con personale disponibile e sorridente. Anche gli altri piatti che abbiamo assaggiato erano ottimi, preparati con ingredienti freschi e ben presentati ad esempio il piatto di crudo che ci ha lasciati senza parole. Se siete in zona e amate il pesce, questo ristorante è una tappa obbligatoria, ve lo consiglio. Tornerò sicuramente!

10/06/2025: Siamo andati a pranzo il due giugno e nonostante i numerosi coperti, il servizio è stato celere e preciso. Il menù senza glutine è stato pari al normale. Inoltre la simpatia e l'attenzione di Leonardo e Carmelo nei nostri riguardi è stata la ciliegina sulla torta. Ci torneremo presto. Vi consiglio di farci un salto e non rimarrete delusi.

06/06/2025: Locale molto bello e ben curato, perfetto per pranzare e cenare all'aperto godendo di aria pulita. Il cibo è squisito e di ottima qualità e il personale è molto disponibile e gentile, in particolare i camerieri Carmelo, Domenico e Michele sono stati molto cordiali e simpatici. Ritorneremo sicuramente per deliziarci di altre specialità.

03/06/2025: Locale molto accogliente, molto grande con un ampio spazio all'aperto con la vista di un albero di ciliegie, tantissimi tavoli all'interno, il personale è gentilissimo e molto disponibile, ho preso una Margherita per mio figlio e una pizza maxi per me e mia moglie, le pizze sono ottime, bravissimo il pizzaiolo che mi ha saputo consigliare per la maxi, una metà porcini e salsiccia fresca, l'altra metà guanciale e ndujia ed è venuta una goduria. Assolutamente consigliato 💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯

02/01/2025: Impossibile continuare ad andare. Una pasta 3,00 €. Non si vedono i prezzi perciò mi sono fatta incartare 3 paste,in cassa ho pagato 9,00 €. Non sarà più possibile comprare il tradizionale vassoio della domenica. Ma dove siamo arrivati? E la qualità non è il massimo...

20/09/2025: Unfortunately, the room hadn't been cleaned. There was dust on the tables, and in the bathroom there was a used bar of soap, contact lenses and dental floss in the wastebasket, and mosquito larvae in the toilet. Overall, the rooms are apparently neglected and old. Breakfast is good but limited, and the hours are limited. At the end of the day, when we returned, mosquitoes were in the room; I imagine they entered during cleaning.
